We’re excited to share two preview tracks from our forthcoming studio LP, our follow-up to Beast for Love. This next album has hard-hitting muscle-car roots rock tracks like these and some new neo-soul and blues rock sounds that turn up the heat on our horn section. Of course we couldn’t resist a little of the haunted swamp vibe for good measure.

We will preview tracks regularly leading up to our anticipated June release date. So keep checking back.

This record was recorded as an ensemble at Entourage Studios with minimum overdubs. We wanted the record to sound very “alive”… well, as alive as a band of long dead rock zombies and jazz cats can be. We hope you like it.

Rocking the Venice Beach Music Festival on September 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m.

The Venice Beach Music Festival is back for its biggest year yet, adding a foam dance party with Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soap in addition to the stellar lineups in music, art, and dance for which the festival has been known for the past seven years. This free-to-the-public, full day of entertainment will be in Windward Plaza Park from 11am – 7:00pm. (Windward Plaza Park is at 1 Windward Avenue, between the boardwalk and the bike trail in Venice, CA 90291.)
