Nothing is "safe" to smoke. No matter what it is, you're still inhaling charred plant matter. Though I have heard menthol can crystalize in your lungs but I'm pretty sure that's just BS.

Yeah it's real legal, in every thing from ointments to cough drops not to mention menthol cigarettes. It is mildly psycho active But mostly it gives anything smoked a nice taste and eases irritation from the smoke.

Its really unlike to show up. They would have to be testing you for it and I don't see why they would even care if your on JWH and even so, I am guessing that it would put them into high expense. They usually don't even look for the basic illegal stuff...

Answer is no. The synthetic compound(s) in K2 are not THC. The parent compound is different and the metabolic breakdown products are different. Therefore, it will not show up. Several people on here have reported "negative" urine tests.
