My national book tour begins in New York City on Tuesday, July 21 with an appearance on NBC’s Today show and two signings in Manhattan. Other scheduled television appearances include the Glenn Beck program on the Fox News Channel, Morning Joe on MSNBC, and the Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer on CNN. I’ll also be talking about The Defector on the radio with my friend Joan Hamburg and the incomparable Hugh Hewitt of Townhall.com. If you happen to miss an interview, fear not. On Wednesday, I’ll be leaving New York and hitting the road for three weeks of signings and other appearances around the country. For those of you who missed the NYC event, the real Gabriel Allon came and signed books with Daniel at the Barnes and Noble stop. In real life, meet David Bull one of the world's finest art restorers who has taught Daniel so much about the world of art restoration. As Daniel introduced him, "he does not have a Hebrew accent, but an English one... but he does speak lovely Italian." And as far as we know he is not a spy! Hope you all enjoy!
