Jewlery is something most poeple wear, either just for the sake of fashion, because it's tied to a memory or for religious purposes. There can be many reason, but a lot of times the jewlery we wear often or only on speical occasions are the pieces we cherish the most and that mean something to us.
I wanted to share the pieces that mean something to me and that I wear everyday, or almost everyday.
There has been a few additions since I wrote this post, my wedding band and two gifts from family, but besides that it's all the same, these pieces all mean something special to me, including the new ones that are not in the pictures!

The cross is from my baptism, it means a lot to me because it is a symbol of my tie to God and the promise I made to myself when I got baptised and later the promise I made to my husband when we god married (of course my wedding band is part of that promise).

My engagement rings I guess don't really need explanation, they are the promise of love, joy, happiness, unity, family and much much more from my now husband when we got engaged, they are truely some of the most cherished pieces I have.

Then comes the dainty earings that is a gift from my grandmother (from my mothers side), I got them when I was quite young, 10 if i remember correctly, as a gift when she came to visit from Armenia.

The Jade bangle is something I bought for myself when I went to China with my high school class. That bangle reminds me of all the places I've been in my life and all the new places I'm gonna go.

Rhubarb Cake | Recipe

Why is it that most social things are based around food and mostly unhealthy food? Like cake and candy? When we want to have a good time we go out and buy all of these unhealthy things (not that there is anything wrong with that once in a while, I love me some cake we all know THAT!)
But honestly I appreciate social time more when I am doing/eating healthy things.

Anyway some time ago one of my besties came to visit for the first time after I moved to Malmö and since we are both good at being bad when it comes to eating healthy, I decided that we were gonna have fun and eat a lot of delicious healthy things, forgot about healthy and baked a rhubarb cake, perfect for summer, I'm so bad haahahah! If you would like to try, here's the recipe.

You will need:

- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g meltet butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanillasugar (you can substitute it with vanilla extract)
- zest of 1 lemon (or 2 limes)
- 4 dl flour
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 ½ dl milk
- 4 rhubarb stalks cut in 1 cm pieces

Heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius (390 degrees fahrenheit)

Whip egg and sugar together until fluffy, add meltet butter, milk and yogurt and mix.

Mix flour, vanillasugar and lemon zest. Add it slowly untill it's all well combined. Lastly fold in the rhubarb pieces.

Prepare a springform pan by giving it a genereous coat of butter and pour the batter in, and put on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. Every oven is different so keep an eye on it.

Enjoy with fresh berries and sourcream, so delicious!

Elderflower Goodness | Recipe

The last couple of days the weather here in Malmö have been amazing, which makes me all giddy to get outside and be with nature, when I was child be would plant all sorts of fruit and vegetables and makes the most delicious food, desert and drinks of them and that has definitely stuck with me. I miss the feeling of planting, nurturing and seeing a garden come to life. Since we don't have a garden i make do with just making delicious foods and drink with everything that screams summer! And since the weather had been so good for a little while I knew that all the lovely elder-flower trees must have bloomed, which means it's time for elder-flower cordial. It's such a delicious treat, it tastes like summer, flowers and sunny warm days.

You'll need:

- 20 elder-flower screens
- 25 g citric acid powder
- 1-2 sliced lemons
- 750 g sugar
- 250 g brown sugar
- 1 L boiling water + enough to scald the container
- 1 tsp atamon + enough to rinse the container in (you can leave this out if you plan on using the whole batch within a week)
And some kind of container that will lock airtight.

Boil the water. While the water is boiling put the elder-flowers in a big bowl that you can fit a lid on, add all the other ingredients and then pour over the boiling water. Stir well and put the lid on, let it sit for 5 days, remember to stir once or twice everyday to make all the sugars melt. On the 5th day you are ready to bottle it up!
Start by sifting the cordial and then scalding the containers and then rinsing them with atamon. After that you can fill up the containers and you have a delicious summer drink. Dilute it with water after your taste, serve with ice cubes and sliced lemons. Enjoy!

One batch makes around 1,25 L/42 oz which you might think is an awkward amount but then you can bottle most of it and enjoy some at the same time !
I always double the batch since it doesn't last for long in this house ;)

Hectic Life, Busy Wife!

I am now officially a Mrs, yaaaay mission accomplished!
But seriously guys I can't believe that I am now a married woman, and that we actually made it, all the preparing and planning in time and that it was so beautiful and fun and exciting all at the same time. I cannot explain how happy it makes me to see his ring on my finger knowing that this amazing man is MINE!

It feels like a balloon deflating you know, now there is no stress, just normal day after normal day, going to work, cooking and cleaning. It's surreal after that incredibly hectic week before the wedding and after with family and friends visiting. Guests flying back. It took some time to come down from my pink cloud and get into my normal relaxed self. Also one of the reasons I haven't been posting, but now I am finally back! Can't wait to get the pictures so I can share them with you guys and relive an amazing day that passed too fast, that's one tip for you guys, try to let all the impressions soak in because suddenly the day will be over and you will be thinking when did the time pass.

Gotta go now I have some amazing weather to enjoy some delicious elder-flower cordial to make (recipe coming up!)

Simple but Delicious Chicken Curry | Recipe

You know those days where you need to cook dinner but you don't have a clue what to cook. And you don't want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen (because it's the weekend and you rather relax and spend time with your family!). Well yesterday was one of those days, it's weekend, I want to spend time with Mr. M and just enjoy my time off. But we have to eat right? So I like to have a couple of simple recipes on hand for simple easy but still tasty cooking.

Yesterday it was Chicken curry, it's very simple with only a few ingredients that you probably already have at home and it takes little time to cook.

You need:

4-5 diced bell peppers (different colors for a colorful meal)
1 kg diced chicken breast
2-3 diced tomato
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1 can of coconut-milk
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1-2 tbsp of curry
Chili to taste (I like mine HOT!)
Salt and pepper
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil

Tips!

You could also add zucchini, cauliflower or celery along with the peppers and you could top it with cilantro when serving for great taste and more color :)

Start with a large pot over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and the diced bell pepper, tomato, garlic and all the other vegetables. Cook until they have softened a little. Then add the chicken breast and cook until the meat is all white. Then add the coconut-milk and lemon juice. Let it come to a boil and add the curry, chili, salt and pepper to taste.

All done!

Serve with some fluffy rice and you have a yummy meal.

Kigelia Africana the Miracle Fruit

One of the newer brands that we have gotten in the pharmacy is Kimovi, it's a danish brand with few but effective products in their line. And when I say new we have had it for about a year, but since we don't get new brands often, it stills feels pretty new.

The brand doesn't really live up to my "clean" standards, but the gel contains a very few ingredients compared to other products that are not natural and/or organic. And since starting the accutane treatment my skin has been breaking out in rashes and eczema weekly( even now that I'm done my skin is super sensitive). The Kimovi gel soothes the itchiness immediately and calms the skin thanks to the kigelia africana plant extract, which has anti inflammatory and antibacterial effects (that also gives it a not so nice brown color, as you can see in the above picture), it also lays a very thin protecting film over the skin. That's why it's soothes eczema and the anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties combined with the salt in some of Kimovi's products actually make it super good for people (like me) who has got acne. The salt doesn't only fight acne but psoriasis too, they have studies with remarkable results after just a couple of weeks.

It's the only thing I have found besides hormone creams my doctor prescribes that can calm my skin. I would have liked to use the more moisturizing cream from their line. But I like the gel for it's few ingredients. So for now I add on my Pai comfrey & calendula calming body cream for extra moisture and calming effect.

Mint Green Nails

If you guys follow me on Instagram you know that for easter I had the most appropriate bright yellow nails, but since my nails are super dry and brittle it didn't last for long when I apparently decided to smash my nails against the counter top and break not one but two of them. And of course the polish chipped right off. So I decided it was time for a new spring color.

And that makes the perfect reason to share my nail-care routine with you guys, which have gotten quite complex post accutane, since they are still super dry I incorporated a couple of extra steps.

I always start by prepping the nail bed. I file them down to the desired shape, sometimes I even cut them first if they are too long. Even though right now it's impossible for me to grow my nails long, because they are so brittle. I then start with a cuticle remover, this one is from Ciaté. I use a cuticle pusher to push them back and then wash my hands.Then I apply cuticle oil to moisturize and condition the area around the nail, I use the Ciaté's "Love Me Oil" cuticle oil. When the oil has absorbed the first step is to use the Malava nail hardener and then I add OPI's Nail Envy, I switched to the one called "Dry & Brittle" instead of the original. Since my nails are so brittle I try to make up for that with the Mavala to harden them and I try to give them a little moisture with the OPI Nail Envy for dry and brittle nails.

And then it's time to put some color on. I choose this beautiful, pastel mint green from Essie, called "Where's My Chauffeur?", I really like this for spring (for some reason the color doesn't look the same on my nails as in the bottle). I always put on 2 coats, that makes a much smoother manicure. Top it off with top coat and your manicure should last for days. I love Ciaté's Speed Coat beacause it dries so fast, which makes the risk of ruining your nail polish while it dries so much smaller. It has saved many of my manicures, including this one.

Recycled Bookmarks | DIY

As you guys know I am a big fan of the Pai Skincare products (I'm obsessed! See here and here), not only are their products great, all natural and organic but they're packaging is super pretty too!
Since buying the first product I have been saving all the packaging for the products, just couldn't make myself throw them out. I generally don't like throwing things out.
So I decided to make bookmarks out of them, I love reading so it was the perfect fix. And of course I will share with you how to, it's super simple.

You need:

Scissors
Ribbons in your preferred colors
A lighter
Pencil
Ruler
Perforator
Sharp cutting knife
Cardboard piece of your choice

You can also skip the knife and lighter, and still get a nice result.

If you have a bigger piece of cardboard you need to cut it smaller to handle it better, or like in my case, cut the packaging open.

After that, mark the part you want to cut out for the bookmark, I choose the part with the flowers, and since it's printed on both sides, it's gonna be pretty front and back.

Then it's time to prepare the ribbon to stop it from unraveling, first cut it diagonally and the sear the ends with the lighter if you want to, to make 100 % sure it wont unravel, you can leave it without searing, cutting it diagonally should do the trick too.

Cut a hole for the ribbon in the cardboard piece you cut out, put the middle of the ribbon through the whole and put the ends of the ribbon through the loop that is created.

And you have a beautiful bookmark!

Time to Travel

Today we are packed and ready to go to Armenia, we have planned this trip for quite some time now.
Since I am originally from Armenia I am super excited to revisit, which will be the 5th time for me. I'm going with my Fiancé, and even though we are mostly going to fix wedding stuff, like our rings and wedding favors, we are also gonna relax and have some time for ourselves.
Another reason we are going is the marking of the centenary of the Armenian Genocide. Which is super important for both of us to attend, so we are looking forward to that.

But first we have our transit in Vienna for 11 hours, and have we totally taken advantage of that and explored the city! Super fun and interesting walking around in an old european city and there is so much to see. Unfortuneatly all stores are closed on Sundays so no shopping, but I'm not evens sure we would be able to after walking 16 km (aprox. 24.000 steps, wearing a pedometer becomes handy) around beautiful Vienna, with only 3 hours of sleep and another flight ahead of us.

So now Mr. M and I are recharging (both body and electronical devices!) so we are ready to explore Armenia tomorrow!

Freshly Baked Buns on Easter Morning

I decided to bake warm delicious buns for my family yesterday, and I used Emily Solomon's recipe, and tweaked it a little to be a little more neutral to taste, I have made them by the original recipe, with raisins and cardamom and they are mouthwatering, with butter, tea and nothing else! Find the original recipe here, on Emily's blog :)

The recipe makes between 16-20 buns:

25 g Yeast
5 dl Milk
30 g Sugar
2 eggs
15 g Salt
900 g Flour
75 g Butter
Sunflower seeds as topping
1 egg for brushing

Heat the milk till it's lukewarm in a small pot, you can also heat it in the microwave, but keep a close eye on it so it doesn't get too warm.

Put a little milk in a big mixing bowl and stir out the yeast in the milk.

Add the rest of the milk + the sugar and salt, give it a little stir and then add the flour and eggs. Stir/knead until well combined.

Add in the butter little by little until all the butter is well incorporated. Leave the dough to rise, in the bowl covered with a kitchen towel, for around 2 hours. Put it someplace warm.

When the dough has risen, knead it through and divide it into 16-20 buns.

Put them on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, for my standard size oven I need 2.

Cover them again and let them rise for another 2 hours.

10 mins before the buns are done rising set your oven to preheat to 200 degrees Celsius.

Whisk the egg together and give the buns a generous coating.

Sprinkle on some sunflower seeds or any other seed of your liking and put them in the oven and bake them for about 10-20 mins depending on your oven (until they are nice and golden brown on top) You can bake both sheets at the same time, just remember to switch the places for the bottom ones to get color too.

I love the toasted sunflower seeds on top, I have a habit of collecting the ones that have fallen off the buns and sprinkle them back on the cut and buttered side, yum!

Bachelorette Party?

Right now im sitting in the train going to jylland (main part of denmark). I just ate the biggest salad and now im full and happy (i tell you guys while im munchin on some cashew nuts)! Do you guys ever feel that way after eating? Like now everything is exactly as its supposed to be, theres nothing more you could ask for after a good meal (besides a nap maybe, i could really use one now haha!) Anyway i am going to jylland to visit my familiy, but more importantly im going there so i can participate in my bachelorrette party.

Can i just say how fantastically happy i am to have such good and considerate friends! Even though i haven't seen half of them for more than a year if not two they chose to spend their time and energy on doing this to make me happy. Which i appreciate so much, i think... Because i actually have no clue what is going to happen, which is nervewrecking. But i cant wait anyway! Whatever they planned im sure we are gonna have lots of fun. So i want it to be saturday NOW! but i guess ill have to wait.

Im hoping to post some pictures from the whole ordeal after the weekend.

Raw 42 | More food!

Last weekend I enjoyed a very relaxing and fun day with a girlfriend, we especially enjoyed some very delicious food at Raw 42 in Copenhagen. they have the most delicious vegan and gluten-free salads, pizzas and desserts along with all kinds of healthy and yummy beverages.
And it's right in the middle of Copenhagen.

After we had eaten our delicious lunch at 42 raw, we went out to shop some special items for my wedding (which I will make a post on later), And you guys know how hard (lol) it can be to shop so we needed a little pick me up after all that hard work. And we love 42 raw so much that we went there again to a little sweet treat and coffee.

The atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy that it makes the perfect place for some girl talk !

Accutane treatment.. DONE!

A couple of days ago I took my very last accutane capsule, and I'm so freaking happy about it! Even though making a living for me depends on selling drugs, I despise taking them myself. Any kind of medicine/supplement that is not natural. I definitely have that from my parents, they alway taught me to let nature take care of things itself. And I totally live by that, but when you come to a point where you feel like you have done everything you could going natures way. That's when you are willing to try anything.

But guys it's so relieving to know that there is no accutane capsules waiting for me! Now the last thing in this whole process is my final blood work and checkup at the dermatologist and I'm done!
Hopefully the results will last, but not quite to this extent, i would like a little less dry skin. In the meantime I will continue to live by gels, creams and balms.

To celebrate the end of my treatment I decided to have a lovely cup of yogitea, this one is the womens balance with raspberry leaves, lemon verbena and lavendar.
Love me some tea with lavendar mmmh, hope You are all enjoying your Sunday!

Accutane Part 2

Hi guys! I promised you an update on how its going with Accutane, you can see the post about me starting on Accutane here. And it's going surprisingly well.

Results & experienced side effects
After 3 months I can really see results in my skin, it's smooth, I haven't had a pimple in 8 weeks now and basically the only thing that indicates that I had acne is a little scarring. I actually had problems with acne on my scalp and on my earlobes and those are totally gone too. But, now I can officially say that I'm experiencing side effects, dry eyes, dry nose, dry skin, dry lips and muscle pain which started 2 weeks ago. But still to be honest It's not that bad, I don't really notice the dryness in my eyes besides when I wake up, I have to blink a couple of times to see clearly and the dryness in my nose has only been a problem when I'm sick which I've been a lot because of all mucous membranes gets dry and they are a big part of your immune system, especially in your nose and throat.

Severe dry skin!
Dry skin is kind of a problem because I'm having more eczema breakouts than I've ever had, especially on my face and hands. And it's hard to keep down even with hormone creams. I try to moisturize the worst places as many times a day as possible, and the rest of my body at least once a day. Which seems to work somewhat. My lips have also been a little hard to keep moisturized, and the weather is also working against me (but eos saves me again and again, read more about that here!) The last time I was at the dermatologist she said I could stop mid March, and I so look forward to that!
And I'm just hoping for lasting effects.

My next update will probably be after I have stopped the treatment, so you guys can see how my skin looks, and if the results last (cross your fingers guys).

EOS lipbalm | Review

Hi guys, I'm sorry for the lack of posts in here, but the combination of wedding planning and a full time job + weekends saved for Mr. M and family and getting sick all the time! = Finding no time to blog, and it makes me sad :( But I'm trying to squeeze in time anytime possible!

My very used 2. eos lipbalm! :)

Did you guys notice how everybody loves the eos lip balms, they smell fantastic, they taste great, they are all natural...
Well I have actually never liked the eos lip balms, I never liked any of the scents or the fact that they taste sweet. Why do your lip balm need to taste like anything? You are not gonna eat it, are you? I don't eat my lip balms, want it to stay on my lips to moisturize.
But after starting my Accutane treatment (you can find the post here) and getting crazy dry lips (anyone who's been on Accutane knows what I'm talking about), I have gone through several different lip balms, different brands and different types. In my desperation to find something that could alleviate the dryness and help with healing all the cracks I did not think eos would be the one I would end up with relying on. Not one of the other lip balms I had tried had been as moisturizing, long lasting and generally good for my lips as the eos. It surprised me that the one lip balm I truly didn't like was the one that would save my lips! So now I'm on the eos lip balm craze too, carrying it around with me everywhere, even if I'm a little reluctant to be.

Not one single crack! :D

I have to recommend it to you guys since it has saved my lips, and it is truly a good moisturizing lip balm, it is 95% organic and 100% natural. Glides on so easily and the packaging makes it easy to handle (plus you don't have to stick your fingers in it!). What more can you ask for?
And if you are wondering which one I am using currently it is the light green one with Honeysuckle Honeydew.

By the way another good product for dry chapped lips is Lansinoh, which contains 100% pure lanolin, that is a natural wax that sheep and other wool-bearing animals. It's usually marketed as a product for breastfeeding mommies with cracked/sore nipples but it does wonders on dry lips, I always have one on hand in case I have a lip-mergency. And you can usually find this in your local drugstore ;)

Reunited With The Gang!

A couple of weeks ago I was out, meeting with the girls for the first time after we graduated this summer. Amazing being out enjoying good company and good food. Besides 4 months is a long time to catch up with, so you can imagine we were at that cafe for a long time.

Mushroom Hunts and Good Memories

I'm spending some time at my family's house this weekend, I haven't been here since I moved end of September. I'm sitting here all cozied up on my parents couch, tea next to me and snuggled into a fluffy blanket I'm remembering when I was still working in Vejle, and living here.

The last week I was working in Vejle was a little bittersweet, because I was super excited to start something new and try having more responsibility, and for my colleagues not to look at me as the apprentice but as a equal colleague, not that they were intentionally making a difference, it's just hard changing your mindset after 3 years :) But on the other hand I was really sad to leave because it was really a good workplace, I had fantastic colleagues, a really great boss and I really felt comfortable there.

During my last week at my old workplace, I went to collect mushrooms with a couple of my colleagues, it was nice to spend some casual time with them before I left. It's definitely a day that will stay with me. It was such a lovely day with fresh air and lots of sun, enjoying each others company.

And of course we were not the only ones in the forest, beetles, frogs, birds and deer were around while we were collecting and investigating mushrooms.

And our "catch" of the day, which tasted amazing btw. Can't wait until next year when it will be good mushroom weather again!

Accutane - My new "friend"

As you guys know, I'm all for the natural way, I don't like using medicine when nature can take care of it, itself. I truly believe that you can cure so many things by changing you lifestyle, by taking care of yourself and making wise choices. But, I've been struggling with acne for the past 5 years, and I just can't seem to figure out what's causing it/triggering it or making it go away, even though it did get better when I stopped drinking milk, you can read about that here. It just didn't go away completely, I decided to go to a dermatologist. I had tired antibiotics and cremes before, but they would not make the acne go away permanently, so she suggested that I try accutane. I have to say I was against it in the beginning, because whatever is teratogenic (disturbs growth/development of embryo/fetus) can not be healthy for your body in any way. I did decide to go with her suggestion because having cystic acne is really painful, both physically but also psychological. No matter how many times I tell myself that I don't care how I look, it still bothers me, and since I will get married this summer, I would like to have beautiful pictures, without uneven and scarred skin.

Before Accutane

Accutane
In Denmark Accutane can only be prescribed by a dermatologist, before starting the treatment though you have to get blood samples taken, to see if you are pregnant (if you are female of course!) and to see how your liver is working and fat levels in the blood. They do that every month to make sure there are no unwanted/dangerous side effects, and they make sure you are not pregnant because Accutane is teratogenic, which means it will harm the embryo/fetus. They say it takes 4-6 week before you see improvements, and the acne can even get worse in the beginning! Of course you experience the side effects almost imediatly, the most prominent side effect is dryness (which is actually how the drug works), dry skin, dry scalp, nose bleeds because of dryness in the nose and dry eyes. (anyone questioning why i was reluctant to start this treatment in the first place? Hmm?) Besides that treatments need to last for at least 4-6 months to see lasting results and some even have to repeat treatments to make their acne go away(Crossing my fingers that, that someone isn't me!).

I have been on Accutane for 4 weeks now and I'm starting to see improvement. But I also have side effects, my skin is more dry, its nothing that a little cream can't handle though. But the eczema on my scalp has gone crazy, I have to use medication to keep it down, which I normally don't have to. Other than that I have had crazy dry lips, I cannot live without a lip balm (you can see what lip balm I use here), like if I leave the house without one I have to go back and get it (lip balm addiction LOL). Other than that I haven't had any side effects. Let see what next weeks blood samples will say and if my dermatologist will let me continue the treatment.

I will definitely keep you guys updated, you will not be spared one single little detail, especially because I want this to be a help for others to make decisions related to treating acne.

Moving to Malmö (aka Sweden) + Being M.I.A.

So guys, you are probably wondering where I have been, and I'm really sorry that I have been gone at all. But my move to Sweden have been a little tough, not the move itself, but more starting on a new job, longer working hours, going from Sweden to Denmark everyday and the fact that food is not ready when I get home, LOL. Joke aside my new colleagues have been really sweet, I even got flowers on my first day!

All my weekends have been spent cleaning, unpacking and finding room for my stuff and of course seeing family and spending time with Mr. M who I can't believe I'm waking up next to every morning. Waking up and seeing him next to me is one of the highlights of my day every day.

But now that I have settled in this wonderful town that is Malmö, you can definitely look forward to more posts from me, I've missed blogging so much!

Konjac Sponge Addiction | Review

I have discovered a new and very gentle way to clean my skin, it's called The Konjac Sponge. Before I was using the muslin cloths that comes with the Pai Gentle Cleanser, but since I've found this I rarely use the muslin cloth. The Konjac Sponge is a small half sphere and is made from a potato plant (Go figure, I use potato to clean my skin!) Not from a regular potato, but still in the potato family. When you buy it, it's in an airtight bag that keeps it moist and squishy, but after you open and use it, it will dry up between uses. I use it with the Pai gentle cleanser or just with water and run it over my skin in circular motion, and it's so soft and gentle that it won't harm even the most sensitive skin while still exfoliating ever so gently. I use it on the eye area too just give a soft exfoliation.

All dried up and hard, it feels like paper mache :)

I really love that it's 100% natural, it makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my skin! And the sponge I have is made for acne prone skin, so there's added charcoal which is a natural antioxidant that helps the skin get rid of impurities - which my skin most definitely needs! On days where i feel like i need a little extra exfoliation i still use the muslin cloth from Pai, but the Konjac Sponge is definitely my go to cleansing tool at the moment!

Last week I was off work for a couple of days and spent them in Malmö, it was such a blessing, being able to relax and spend precious time with dear friends and family, That's really one of the top things I love to spend time on. On my way home from Malmö I met with a friend, and that's always a good opportunity to dress up! In my opinion the knit cardigan and necklace really dress up this, dark pants and white top, outfit.

And seriously who can say no to sushi?

Foodie Weekend

I love food and I love company, so that's what I spent my weekend with.
It's my last free weekend, before I completely move to Malmö, cooking with friends and enjoying that delicious food. We decided on an indian classic butter chicken which was spicy and aromatic. Of course we couldn't end our evening without desserts, so macaroons it was!

At some point I will share the recipe for the butter chicken we ate, which was delicious!
The macaroons was cheating though, came straight out of a box, very easy haha!
