1. Fill a highball glass with ice.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Pour in all ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Stir.&lt;br /&gt;
4. 2 tablespoons cream&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 ounce lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;
1 egg white&lt;br /&gt;
1 tablespoon powdered sugar&lt;br /&gt;
3 to 4 drops of orange flower water&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 ounce lime juice&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 ounce club soda&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, powdered sugar, orange flower water, and lime juice.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Shake.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Strain into a goblet.&lt;br /&gt;
