We have had quite a few hot days here in Australia these past few weeks and the sun is really hot. I am a huge sunscreen user as I am really fair and my skin burns so quickly. Baz Luhrmann is currently filming a remake of the 1920s set, The Great Gatsby - and with programmes such as Broadwalk Empire taking television by storm, the 1920s is incredibly popular right now.

Plus if you need proof that the era is 'oh so chic' you only need to look at the weddings of Kate Moss and Lily Allen.

Both women had more than a nod to the 20s for the look on their big days.

Lily opted for a lace Karl Largerfeld dress with a very 20s style lace cap, and if there is one fashion house that screams 20s style it has to be Chanel.

Super model Kate had an all out Great Gatsby look for her big day: like Lily she had a lace 20s style veil while her John Galliano designed dress wouldn't look out of place on the set of the new Baz Luhrmann film.

What's more, it is not just the small and big screen that is taking inspiration from the roaring 20s, the autumn/winter 2011-12 and spring/summer 2012 catwalks were also full of the 20s looks.

Designers like Ralph Lauren and Holly Fulton showcased looks with more than a little nod to the 20s in their autumn/winter collections. In spring/summer there were a number of looks that could have come straight from the jazz age.

At Gucci the models were sent down wearing beaded black and gold flapper dresses, while Ralph Lauren the models were seen sporting wearing cloche hats and at Sonia Rykiel there were a number of preppy sportswear looks.

However, it is not just clothes that are getting all 1920s, hair and beauty is also taking on the trend, and one easy way to get a chic 20s look is with the GHD limited edition Scarlet styler.

Five things that inspire me

We are three weeks into 2012, now that a new year has started it always prompts me to think about what I want to achieve in the year and what inspires me.

I love inspiration and being inspired, because I really believe that inspiration is everywhere, we just have to allow ourselves to see it.

1. The beach - I love going down to the beach and just staring into the water, letting my mind run free. The crashing waves, the smell of the salty water and just being so far away from reality is so relaxing and a great way to unwind. I am usually refreshed and inspired by nature.

2. Books - I love reading! I always have, even as a teenager I use to read one novel per week. I am particularly inspired by biographies as I love to learn about others and be inspired by their lives. I also like adventure and drama books as well as magazines.

3. Anything beautiful - That pretty much covers everything, but anything that is beautiful like paintings, jewellery, pottery, pictures, beauty, fashion, homeware, colours the list goes on and on.....

4. Music - Music is so powerful that it can change a lot in the way we think or feel. I love that music is written by many musicians so that people can relate to it and it really does help you to think of things in a different perspective.

5. Life - Life in general inspires me. There are so many things that can bring us down in life, but it's always the good things in life that helps me to keep going and be inspired. My children inspire me as I watch them grow and help them to enjoy their lives, all the good things we have, our house, jobs, business, cars, holidays - help me feel inspired as I enjoy them with my family. I am thankful to god for being alive everyday and being inspired.

My blog is also a huge inspiration to me, knowing that you are reading this right now, makes me want to keep on blogging. Thanks to all my readers!

A few months ago I was sent the Lacura Renovage skincare range sold exclusively at Aldi to review. I love skincare and was definitely intrigued to try this range as I have seen a lot about it. The packaging is sturdy and the range is affordable and accessible from the supermarket Aldi.

Lacura Renovage says: The Lacura Renovage premium skin care range contains the innovative anti-ageing PhytoCellTec complex, which is based on apple stem cells from a rare Swiss apple tree. Its regenerative properties help protect the skin against harmful environmental influences and help support the repair function of your skin, helping reduce the signs of ageing.

The Lacura Renovage range has a day cream, eye cream, serum and night cream. The packaging on all products are a sturdy plastic jar, except the serum which is in a pump bottle. The sizes are decent 50ml for the moisturisers, 100ml for the serum and 15ml for the eye cream, a few months worth of product.

Intensive Serum: Is ideal to wear as a base under makeup due to its light formulation. Formulated with Vitamin E and Provitamin B5, it helps regenerate, firm and improve skin complexion. Use in combination with day or night cream for additional anti-ageing benefits.

The serum comes in a pump bottle which is great, one pump is enough for the entire face and the texture is a soft, runny cream. It feels soft when applied on the face and absorbs quickly.

Day cream: Contains the additional benefits of UV filters to help protect the skin from external environmental influences, helping prevent fine lines and wrinkles appearing.

The day cream is a soft cream that feels nice on the skin and absorbs quite nicely. It doesn't leave the skin feeling heavy or oily, but rather just nice and moisturising.

Rejuvenating night cream: A rich moisture complex that includes the additional benefits of grape seed oil and shea butter to increase hydration overnight. Your skin is left feeling relaxed and recovered the following morning.

The night cream is the same in texture with the day cream a soft cream that feels great on the skin. You don't need to use too much. It leaves the skin soft, hydrated and feeling moisturised the next morning. Doesn't feel oily or heavy which is great.

Protective eye cream: Contains natural parts of avocado to help strengthen the skin barrier of the delicate skin around the eyes, helping reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Can be used day or night.

The eye cream has a really soft texture, so you don't need a lot. It leaves the undereye area feeling soft and moisturised.

Overall the Lacura Renovage range has soft/runny texture to their products, if you like softer creams then this might be great for you. They are also quite moisturising and leave the skin feeling soft, so I would say if you have dry skin or skin that needs moisture, then these would be great. I didn't find any of the products oily or heavy and no breakouts, which is great. The Lacura Renovage range is available at Aldi at $19.99 each.

How to boost your self esteem

Low self esteem can make you feel unhappy and unsatisfied with yourself. It is something that some of us deal with for years. Self-esteem is your opinion of yourself. Having a healthy self-esteem means you like yourself and value your achievements.

There are a few ways to boost your self esteem and accept yourself for who you are and be confident.

1. Embrace your positive qualities - you do have them! Make a list of your skills, experiences, talents and anything else that makes you feel good about yourself. Put them up somewhere where you can see them and remind yourself of them, it will help boost your self confidence.

2. Trust yourself, you can do it! Look at how far you have come, you would have had problems in the past that you have combated which is great. You have got the skills and knowledge to do things, you just have to believe it. Start up a new hobby and see that you can achieve what you set out to do. It may not be easy but there is always a way.

3. Accept yourself for who you are! No one is perfect, so there will be mistakes we will make but we can always learn from them and do better next time. Surround yourself with happy, positive pictures of yourself (usually taking a photo of yourself smiling works well) and when you look at it see how happy you are and remember that you are unique and can be happy.

4. Have fun! Do things that you like and will make you happy, like go for a walk, visit a museum, hang out with fun friends, read a good book, watch a movie or join a community group/classes. Finding what you like and joining in activities will help you grow, learn and have confidence in yourself!

These makeup brushes are really exquisite quality, I love everything about them. The bristles are soft, but dense and they have a sturdy handle and easy to use. They are easy to wash and they don't shed when you wash them.

The brushes in this collection feature exclusive Synthetic filament, specially designed to apply powder and liquid products without absorption into the fibers. Here are the four brushes in this kit:

The F80 a Flat Kabuki brush great for all over application of liquid and cream foundations. It allows you to buff the foundation onto the skin which gives a flawless finish.

The F82 is a Round Kabuki similar to the F80 except the round shape. This is great to apply liquid and cream foundation, the curved shape means it is great for around the eyes, nose and chin. This brush can also be used for applying mineral foundation.

I am starting to explore more and more great natural products and Sukin is one that I have recently been trying out. I bought the Sukin foaming facial cleanser, having never tried the product before, but as it was on sale at Priceline I couldn't resist. I have been using this cleanser for a few weeks now and I am in love with it!

Sukin is a natural personal care company from Australia. They have over fifty products and are affordable products with great natural ingredients. They have no parabens, no artificial colours, no propylene glycol, no triethanolamine, no mineral oils, no sodium lauryl sulphate/sodium laureth sulphate, no synthetic fragrances and no animal derivatives. Instead the Sukin range offers formulas containing active botanicals and essential oils carefully selected to restore the natural vitality and radiance of the skin.

The Sukin foaming facial cleanser comes in a sturdy 125ml bottle with a pump which is easy to use. All I need is one pump and it is enough to cover my face.

Sukin says: This sulphate free wash provides a gentle, non-drying cleanser to remove impurities leaving your skin feeling soft, clear and clean. This cleanser combines German chamomile, aloe vera, witch hazel and green tea with macadamia and evening primrose oils to purify and balance your skin. It does everything it claims to do. The chamomile is great to calm the skin, evening primrose oil is good for soothing the skin and aloe vera has healing properties, excellent for cleansing the skin well.

I would highly recommend the Sukin foaming facial cleanser to anyone. It would be great for sensitive skin and even oily skin. You only need one pump which is great. The Sukin foaming facial cleanser retails for around ten dollars. Available at Priceline,some supermarkets and chemists. Difference between lipstick and lip gloss?

I love lip products and get asked quite a bit which I prefer lipstick or lipgloss? It's a hard question to answer because they both have great features. So I wanted to let you know what the difference is between a lipstick and a lipgloss.

There are many brands and many different formulas which are all great but when looking at a basic lipstick and lipgloss here are some of the differences:

LIPSTICK

Lipsticks come in a few different textures and are great at providing rich colour that can last a long time (depending on which type you choose).

You can get matt lipsticks which provide colour and are great for long lasting colour, however they can make your lips dry.

Creamy lipsticks come in really true colours and are great for those prone to get dry lips.

Frosted lipsticks are shimmery colour lipsticks and work well to create a fuller lip.

LIPGLOSS

Lipgloss can come in a tube or pot packaging. Lipgloss does wear off quicker than lipstick.

Sheer lipgloss provide a hint of colour and lots of shine.

Sparkling lipglosses are glitter or shimmer infused and are great to add something more to your lips than traditional lip products.

Shiny lipglosses are great to give you lots of shine, some can give you a really wet look.

Creamy lipgloss gives you more colour and a creamier feel to your lips (but not quite like a lipstick)

These days there are so many different varieties to choose from that you are definitely going to find something that suits you. Both lipsticks and lipglosses can be found in long lasting and moisturising formulas. You can wear both a lipstick and lipgloss together, which looks great.

And don't forget if you have dry lips - before applying lipstick or lipgloss, apply a moisturising lip balm and leave it on for a good ten minutes or so to give you smooth lips and then you can apply your lipstick or lip gloss.

In 2012 that will increase to almost 280,000 people with dementia and 1,600 new cases each week. Alzeihmer's Australia is urging the government to create a Dementia Action Plan to address the dementia epidemic set to hit Australia.

I have had a family member affected by Dementia and I know how important it is to have support, to help the affected person and their family.

We definitely need more awareness and support systems in place to tackle the issues that we face, as the number of dementia cases increase.

I was able to interview Monica Leonelle and ask her a few questions about her fantastic book:

DanniiBeauty: Tell us a little about yourself?
Monica Leonelle: I'm a 27 year old entrepreneur and writer living in Chicago. Aside from writing, I am a marketing consultant and help companies with their digital strategies. Naturally, I'm trying to transition out of that and focus solely on my novels. I'm getting there, but I'm still developing my readership.

DanniiBeauty: What inspired you to write this book?
Monica Leonelle: At the time I was writing it, I was pretty depressed, to be honest. I had always planned to write a novel, but never could seem to find the time. I was working in Atlanta at an agency as a marketing director, managing some the digital marketing for some really huge brands. Every day when I got home from work, I would fall asleep and not wake up until the next morning when I had to work. It was pretty insane. I was alive but not really living.

I couldn't express my feelings in writing just due to being a professional and not wanting to risk my job, so I started writing about this girl who was extremely depressed because her mother died. The girl had lost everything, her friends, her home, etc. I wrote like 40 pages of this super depressing manuscript, almost none of which made the cut to the actual book. But at the end of all that, I was not depressed anymore and I had Brie van Rossum, the main character of Silver Smoke. The book starts about two months after her mom dies, but those 40 pages I wrote are the in-between--what she goes through before the book actually starts.

DanniiBeauty: What is the book about?
Monica Leonelle: The book is about a girl who is looking for her mother's killer, but it's not a crime story because it has a supernatural twist. For Brie, the stakes are high, because she's developing supernatural powers and needs her mother's help to understand what's really going on. She has the help of the Hallows, who know part of the story, and can offer her a best guess. But they don't have all the answers. So Brie gets obsessed with the idea of finding her mom's killer and uncovering her family secrets. In the meantime, a lot of other crazy stuff is happening and that stuff keeps her in Honolulu, away from the mainland, where she's more likely to find answers. It's very frustrating for her, but she eventually learns the answers and they set her on a different path than she expected.

DanniiBeauty: Where did your ideas for this book/characters come from?
Monica Leonelle: I was raised Roman Catholic, so christian mythology fascinates me. I loved the idea of the archangels at the center of this major battle where humans are, in a sense, just pawns in a larger game. I guess you could say it's a bit like Percy Jackson and the Olympians in that sense.

DanniiBeauty: What are your book plans for the future?
Monica Leonelle: I have two books coming out in January--the second book in the Seven Halos series called Tin Soldier, and the first book in a new series called Socialpunk. Tin Soldier is going to be really fun--it takes place a few weeks after Silver Smoke ends, and most of the characters are miserable. Their all dealing with their pain in different ways. There are new characters and the book moves from Honolulu to New York City. Some of the characters also visit Chicago and Washington DC. Tin Soldier is much more urban--where Silver Smoke was influenced heavily by oceanic myths, Tin Soldier will have lots of references to urban legends.

Socialpunk is an entirely different series. It's a cyberpunk with a heavy focus on technology, set in near-future Chicago. Ima, the main character, is a lot tougher than Brie. Where Brie is naturally popular, a classic beauty, and kind of that girl that you can't help being jealous of, Ima is more of an outcast who only hangs out with the guys. She has some terrible stuff happen in her childhood that causes mental stress during her teenage years, when the book takes place. I was sent some products to try and must say I am impressed. The products do work pretty well considering they cost less than five dollars each.

Derma Intensive+ Q10 Gentle Cleansing Milk 200ml $3.99 - This is a gentle cleanser that comes in a plastic bottle with a flip top. The ingredients as listed on the back of the product are Aloe Vera Extract to improve the ability of the skin to retain water, moisturizers it in depth and restores its elsasticity. Vitamin E protects the epidermis cells from oxidation and helps the skin to slow down the signs of ageing, Coenzyme Q10 helps to repair and regenerate itself, improving elasticity and appearance and D-panthenol calms, relaxes and helps protect the skin against irritations.

This cleanser is easy to use, has a pleasant smell which I like and cleanses the skin well. The formula is a milky cleanser that you apply in circular motions on the skin. It leaves my skin feeling cleaned, refreshed and feels good.

Derma Intensive+ Clarifying Facial Toner 200ml - comes in a plastic bottle with a flip top as well. It also has the main ingredients (as does the cleansing milk) Aloe Vera Extract, Coenzyme 10 and D-Panthenol and also has Green Tea Extract an antioxidant which protects the skin against the effects of free radicals and environmental damage.
Once you apply the toner to a cotton pad you smooth it onto the skin. I found this nice and refreshing on the skin, it can sting if you have blemishes so I wouldn't use it on those areas. It does have a strong nice smell ( took me a little while to get use to) Overall it leaves the skin clean and fresh, with the toner absorbed quickly into the skin.

Derma Intensive+ Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream 50ml $4.99 - The night cream comes in a glass jar with a top that you unscrew to open and is made to help protect the skin against the signs of ageing. It says that it is nourishing and soothing to the skin and increases the natural Q10 level at night - restoring the skin’s firmness and freshness.

The main ingredients again in this are Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E and also Macadamia Oil for deeply soothing and moisturising and helps to replenish skin moisture. This smells beautiful, it really caught my attention.

The formula is a nice consistency, not too thick or too thin, just right and is soft and easy to apply. It feels smooth on the skin and you can feel it on the skin, not greasy but a wet feeling which is absorbed really quickly leaving your skin feeling refreshed. You only need a small amount of this product, otherwise your skin can feel greasy if you touch it. Once I worked out how much I needed for me, it was fine. The next morning my skin feels nice, soft and smooth.

Overall an affordable range that is made to be suitable for all skin types. I would suggest this to anyone that has normal skin. If your on a budget, then these would be great to have a look at and see if they will work for you. Available at Coles only.

Why exfoliation is good for your skin

Many people forget about exfoliation. Why should I exfoliate? you may ask. There are some really good reasons why exfoliating is good for your skin.

When you exfoliate you are removing the top layer of dead skin cells that tend to dull your complexion. It removes the flaky skin you may have so when you apply your moisturiser or serum, it is absorbed better and your foundation glides on smoothly on your skin.

Exfoliation stimulates blood circulation whilst removing dead skin cells and increases the cell renewal rate. This then makes your skin look and feel softer and smoother and you will have a healthy glow.

If you get pimples and blackheads they are caused by a build up of oil, dirt and dead skin cells that are usually in your pores. Exfoliating will help to remove the buildup, as our skin is sensitive ensure you are gentle when using a exfoliator, just rub gently in circular motions on your face.

Exfoliating at least two to three times is great for the skin, but it depends on your skin type so try a few different options to see what works for you.

Body exfoliation is good as well, I usually use a exfoliating glove for the body and it works really well, leaving the skin softer and smoother.

The one thing I always look for in my skin products that I use during the day is sunscreen. I am very fair and have sensitive skin, so definitely need to protect it from the sun, as we all do. A lot of products have SPF 15+ but we need at least SPF 30+ to be protected well.

Four tips to keep your makeup fresh in Summer

It is officially Summer here in Australia. The weather will start warming up soon and it will be hot. The one thing that is really annoying is when makeup doesn't stay on, because of the heat.

There are some really great products to look out for, to help keep your makeup on in summer.

Here are my tips on how to keep your makeup fresh in Summer:

1. Wear a primer - a primer applied after you day moisturiser, will help to even out your skintone and helps your foundation 'stay put' - great for hot weather.

2. Choose a lightweight foundation or tinted moisturiser - the lighter the makeup the better you will feel in the heat. If you find your makeup is too light, set your foundation with some loose powder foundation to give more coverage.

3. Use a makeup setting spray - once you have applied all your makeup up, spray some makeup setting spray it is designed to set your makeup, leaves you looking fresh and your makeup should stay on all day.

4. Use blotting paper - they are affordable and you can get great travel sized ones, that you just press on your shiny areas of your face and the powder coated blotting papers will absorb it.

Of course everyone is different, so what may work for some may not work for others, but they are worth a try. Also to be considered is your skin type and the makeup you are using. Try what works best for you and don't forget to wear SPF sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun - most important!

I have been on the lookout for Butter London nailpolishes for the longest time and finally I found them on sale so I bought the most talked about 'Yummy Mummy' colour.

The Butter London nailpolishes are non toxic and formulated without harmful ingredients which I really like.

Butter London says: 3 Free (non-toxic) nail lacquers and revolutionary waterless nail services. butter LONDON products are formulated without the use of the harmful ingredients like Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP or Parabens. butter LONDON was the first company to sell non-toxic nail lacquer in the United States.

About the Yummy Mummy colour: Our ‘magic’ lacquer. This medium beige colour is simply stunning on EVERY skin colour. If you can’t decide on a lacquer, then we will for you. It’s this.

It is a beautiful colour if your after a nailpolish that will compliment any outfit you are wearing and that will look 'amazing' on your nails. I would describe the colour as a light taupe colour with brown/biege undertones and some silver shimmer (which you can't see on the pictures but they are there, just really tiny) that gives it a nice finish.

The bottle is square shaped which is different to other nailpolishes. The formula of the nailpolish is really nice, the brush is thin and easy to use. It allows for the nailpolish to be easily applied exactly on the nail, so no messy nailpolish! The actual nailpolish is a thin formula and two coats are needed to achieve the colour.

The nailpolish lasted on my nails for four days before chipping. I like everything about the Butter London nailpolishes. I am really impressed with the quality. They have a huge range of colours, some are really unique and different.

Vaseline Healthy Hand and Nail Conditioning Hand Lotion Review

Hand creams are great to moisturise, soften and smooth the hands. I have tried a few, but there is one that I keep on buying and using that I really like. The Vaseline health hand and nail conditioning hand lotion. It contains vitamin E which I like as it is so good for the skin and keratin which is great for nail strengthening.

Vaseline says: Incredibly, our hand are made up of 5 unique surfaces. But because they are constantly exposed, they are prone to dryness and require customised care. Vaseline Healthy Hand and Nail Lotion is formulated just for your hands. Its conditioning moisturisers are fast absorbing and non-greasy. It nourishes for softer palms, fingertips and knuckles, smoother cuticles and stronger nails. Soften hands and strenghtens nails by 50%.

The Vaseline Hand comes in a 75ml squeeze tube that is a great size. The tube is a cute pink colour. The product comes out as you squeeze the tube. You only need a small amount and you just rub it in your hands and around your nails.

It feels soft on the hands and absorbs quite quickly. It leaves the hands feeling softer and smoother. It is not greasy, but if you use too much it can leave a oily feeling, so only a little amount is needed (as you use it a few times, you will see what amount works best for you)

I usually apply it in the morning and at night before bed, as these times suit me the best. Once you apply this lotion I would suggest not washing your hands for at least an hour (as it can wash off).

The Vaseline healthy hand and nail conditioning hand lotion is also great for nails. I find that I can get dry skin around my nails and cuticles, but when using this and massaging it in the nail area you can see the results really quickly - softer and smoother skin. To get the results you need to use this continuously and it really does make a difference.

I would definitely recommend this as a great everyday hand lotion that will give you softer, smoother skin and great results overall with continued use. It is very affordable at $4.95aud from supermarkets and priceline.

Clinique Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm review

I never leave the house without something on my lips, whether its a lip balm, lipgloss or lipstick!

The Clinique Chubby Sticks were released earlier this year and definitely have been a must try product for me, the packaging is so enticing.

Clinique says: Super-nourishing balm is loaded with mango and shea butters. Just what dry, delicate lips need to feel comfortably soft and smooth. Eight natural-looking lip tints in all, each with a subtle sheen.

The Clinique Chubby sticks are a oversized crayon-like balm that has a cap. Once you take the cap off, you apply the chubby stick to your lips. You wind it up to get more product out and it doesn't need sharpening. I was sent to try the 06 whoppin watermelon - a pretty light pink colour.

The texture of the chubby stick is a thin consistency that feels like a lip balm, glides on beautifully, is smooth and lightweight on the lips. It feels very moisturising and comfortable on the lips, with a light colour payoff. They are sheer, but can be built up if you apply a few layers. I apply a few layers about four and this lip balm lasts a good three to four hours, before I feel like I need to reapply.

It is definitely a lip balm, that moisturises and feels hydrating with a hint of colour. If your after a everyday lip balm that feels moisturising and smooth on the lips (excellent for dry lips) and easy to apply, then these are great. The packaging are presentable, cute and fun!

The dresses, skirts, tops and jackets are all gorgeous, if I had to choose some, I always go for clothes that are free flowing and comfortable. Here are some great pieces I found:

For an evening look, I like a dress that is comfortable and that also has something different and unique about it. Shoes that are comfortable, yet classy and jewellery that will compliment the outfit:

A top and cardigan that will accomodate the weather, if warm a nice top that can be worn alone, and a cardigan to warm up with and still feel light and comfortable to wear.

Recently I tried the new Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light shampoo and conditioner and really like them. They do exactly what they claim to do and they work well.

I have used other Pantene products which I have liked also. Pantene products work well with my hair, I have fine hair but a lot of it. My hair is normal, but gets dry more so than oily (mainly due to colouring).

The Pantene Pro - V Aqua Light shampoo and conditioner range were created to provide zero residue and zero weight, leaving the hair nourished.

The shampoo comes out as a clear gel like texture that lathers up really well and feels lightweight. After a few minutes, I rinse it out and my hair feels really clean, like I've had a really good hair wash. It feels nice on the hair and smells really beautiful. You don't need much product, as it works really well with a little. The packaging is a nice clear bottle, so you can see how much product you have left and there are pretty colours on the bottle. The bottle stands upright with a easy to use flip top.

The conditioner is a white creamy texture, lathers well and feels lightweight. You only need to apply the conditioner to your mid lengths and end of hair to get a great result. It rinsed out well and my hair feels really soft, clean and lightweight. My hair looks healthy and has a nice shine to it. It has a gorgeous light floral smell to it. The packaging is a white bottle, that sits upside down and has a easy to use flip top. I find that my hair stays clean and healthy looking for at least two days and I'm not in a rush to wash it, as it still looks and feels good even after two days.

Overall the Pantene Pro - V Aqua Light Shampoo and Conditioner work really well to leave the hair feeling light, clean and healthy. They come in 350ml bottles and retail for $7.95aud each at supermarkets.
