- 200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
- 20 gr susu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt tbm&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 buah pisang ambon lumut haluskan dengan menggunakan sendok&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr margarin cairkan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
- Campur semua bahan kering, kecuali gula.&lt;br /&gt;
- Masukkan telur, gula dan &lt;b&gt;tbm&lt;/b&gt; ke dalam wadah lalu kocok dengan menggunakan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang dan berjejak.&lt;br /&gt;
- kemudian masukkan terigu yang telah dicampur dengan vanilli, susu bubuk dan baking powder. Masukkan&amp;nbsp; sedikit demi sedikit, kocok dengan kecepatan rendah.&lt;br /&gt;
- Setelah tercampur rata masukkan pisang yang telah dihaluskan. Kocok terus sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;
- Terakhir masukkan margarin cair, aduk sampai tercampur sempurna.&lt;br /&gt;
- Masukkan ke dalam loyang bulat yang telah dioles margarin.&lt;br /&gt;
- Panggang dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu dengan suhu 170°. Kurang lebih 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;
- Angkat dan siap dinikmati.&lt;br /&gt;
