Hari ini saya ingin berkongsi resepi baru untuk anda semua yang merupakan antara cadangan healthy breakfast. Teringin nak makan sup labu atau pumpkin soup tak untuk sarapan? Pumpkin soup recipe ini saya ubah suai mengikut selera saya yang tak berapa suka sup yang pekat sangat. Sup kali ni sangat ringan untuk di makan walaupun pada waktu malam.&lt;br /&gt;

Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;
1) 1 Kg labu yang masak&lt;br /&gt;
2) 190 ml Krim memasak (cooking cream)&lt;br /&gt;
3) Minyak masak (saya guna virgin olive oil)&lt;br /&gt;
4) 2 labu bawang besar (hiris)&lt;br /&gt;
5) 1 kiub pati ayam dicairkan di dalam 1500ml air panas&lt;br /&gt;
6) Serbuk lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;

Cara-cara:&lt;br /&gt;
1) Panaskan 4 sudu besar minyak dalam periuk dan tumis bawang sehingga lembut. Jangan sampai bertukar warna ya, kalau tidak nanti warna sup anda akan berubah.&lt;br /&gt;
2) Masukkan labu yang telah dipotong kecil. Masak selama 8-10 minit sehingga warna menjadi kuning keemasan dan sedikit lembut.&lt;br /&gt;
3) Tuangkan larutan kiub ayam dan biarkan mendidih. Kemudian reneh sup tersebut selama 10 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
4) Masukkan krim memasak dan biarkan mendidih. Tutup api dan masukkan garam dan sedikit serbuk lada hitam mengikut cita rasa anda.&lt;br /&gt;
5) Blend sup tersebut sehingga sebati. Saya guna hand blender jadi boleh blend terus dalam periuk. Tapi jika tidak ada, anda boleh guna blender yang biasa cuma harus tunggu sehigga sup sejuk sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;
6) Sedia dihidangkan begitu sahaja atau disertakan bersama roti bakar untuk sarapan. Elok dimakan ketika panas dan ianya boleh disimpan lama dalam freezer.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Kupas bawang dan hiris bulat-bulat tidak terlalu tebal dalam setengah inci. Pisah-pisahkan setiap bulatan. Buang selaput nipis di antara setiap bulatan tersebut.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak. Cukup untuk deep fry&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campurkan tepung, serbuk cili, serbuk lada hitam, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tuang sedikit demi sedikit butermilk dan adunkan dengan sebatian tepung, sehingga likat. Tidak terlalu cair dan tidak terlalu pekat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Salutkan bawang satu persatu dan goreng deep fry dengan api yg sederhana tinggi (kalau tak nanti soggy dan berminyak).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Angkat apabila sudah garing dan toskan. Hidang dengan sos dan mayonese. Nyummm~!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Kemudian tuang susu ke dalam cawan tersebut sehingga penuh. Kacau sebati.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Biarkan selama 10-15 minit (susu tersebut akan bergumpal)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sedia untuk digunakan. Anda juga boleh tutup dan simpan di dalam peti sejuk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Campurkan serbuk kari babas, serbuk cili dan kicap manis dengan sedikit air kemudian tuang ke dalam periuk. Tumis sehingga pecah minyak.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Campurkan susu dan gula di dalam periuk. Panaskan dengan api sederhana sehingga semua gula cair. (jangan sampai terlalu panas / mendidih kerana ini akan membuat telur menjadi masak apabila dicampurkan nanti)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tuangkan campuran susu dan gula ke dalam telur sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau perlahan-lahan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tapiskan kesemua campuran tersebut dengan berhati-hati (tanpa menghasilkan buih)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Kemudian tuang secara sama-rata ke dalam cawan-cawan ramekin yang mengandungi karamel tadi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tutup bekas ramekin dengan aluminium foil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan air di dalam periuk besar dengan api sederhana. Masukkan tuala dapur yang bersih ke dalam periuk tersebut (untuk menghalang direct heating).
