As the CEO of Web Design Magic I constantly get asked questions like;

How can we make money on the Internet - fast?
I see lots and lots of adverts saying I can earn $5k per week and work from home! Can do this?
What can I sell online? I want to sit back and watch my bank balance grow.

Well maybe I am a sceptic, but if it is this easy why is everyone not doing it? I always tell them...

If it is to good to sound true, then it is likely to good to be true!

This brings me to the question.. Where is the Internet going? Where will it be in 10 years? What will Web 3.0 be - social networking on steroids?

I constantly ask this question with anticipation that I could facilitate the next wave of Internet trends or cycles. Hmm that would be nice. Retired at 40 counting grains of sand on my private Island... (We all have to have dreams)

One of my customers had a deep reply that got me thinking. Maybe he is correct? Deep or not he does have a valid point regarding who I am on the Internet and lately we are constantly being bombarded with stories on identity theft. Have a read and let me know what you think...

You see 99% of the internet concept was originated by people from the 60’s, 1958 to be exact, high on LSD they created a duplicate of the molecule psilocybin fungus, or Reduviasporonites which covered the entire earth way before Trees and also is bought about as a clean up mechanism for the planet, bit like a giant spider web all the way around the world, it was a fungus which still lives today and covers Millions of acres in some countries Anyway overtime they needed the energy of the youth to breed popular choices in their new Internet concept to make the New World Order a reality, something that everyone had to be a part of the and rest is history. Google was born by the investors not the creators.

If you really want to push it, think of it like this. The internet is not something behind a Computer, it is actually something in front of the Computer. It lives!

Face book, LinkedIn, MySpace, White Pages, Twitter etc will all eventually be superseded by the obvious.

The true future is when you look at the internet Networking cycle as a name, not by how many friends you have within a community. The community MUST BE an extension of you. Not the other way round.

I believe if you really want to be someone in say 5-10years from now YOU MUST now buy this domain name www.darenhawes.com.au and everything around it as soon as you can before someone else does, and then you can turn it into a website all about YOU and your Career.

This is he LinkedIn of the future. You are LinkedIn, You are Face Book and so on. Not the other way around.

I know this is deep but imagine how you are going to feel in the future when someone else owns you.
