Search engine, it is referred to Google. Many times, it is said if you need any information go Google it. Google has working very nice in this area from many decades. Undoubtedly they are market leader in this area, time to time they have made changes to the search algorithms. Google is looking to refresh its search outcomes with updated algorithms.
These inform could be an important part of Google's approach to be a market leader with of search contenders like Yahoo and MS’s bing..
The pull in the basic Google algorithm should create search outcomes much timelier for users, Google said, adding that about 35% of all explorations should be pretentious.
"If any one searches for 'Cricket world cup,' they probably want information about current or next upcoming world cup, not the 2007. It uses a freshness algorithm, designed to give you the most up-to-date results, so even when I just type 'cricket world cup' without specifying 2011, I still find what we are searching for" .
In August, it slipped below 65 percent for the first time in two months. It was a quick dip, though. According to comScore, an Internet tracker, Google inched back from 64.8 percent in August to 65.3 percent in September.
However, the dip under 65 percent should be a notice to Google that it needs to make sure its technology stays forward of the rivalry. Still the analysis points that Google is still favorite as search engine.

As day by day world business is getting complicated, vendor wants to have solution to their problem. Industries don’t want to waste time in deciding the small parts which are required to complete this solution. They don’t want to waste time to decide which database, middleware and OS needed to setup this solution.

So the giant like IBM is even working in solution industry, where IBM has lots of part which are required for a solution. Like IBM is company which has following things with them

Hardware (P-servers)
Operating system (AIX and Mainframe )
Database (DB2)
Middleware (Webspheare )
Mailing (Lotus)
Monitoring (Tivoli)

They don’t have to go and find a vendor for any kind of part for a solution.

Oracle the second giant was facing problem for this solution integration. They use to have database. They don’t use to have hardware and operating system and middleware. Sun Microsystems was brought by Oracle to fulfill this gap. Oracle is big giant into solution market. They have following arrows to go for business war

Hardware (Sun server)
Operating System (Solarios)
Database (Oracle)
Middleware (Glassfish)

Microsoft which has all these things equipped, slowly moving to make its footprint into big solution market. Till time they are more favorite into desktop market. With the release of operating system like 2003 and Share Point, they are moving slowly with upper segment.

HP is fourth giant in this area. They want to move into this solution market. The decision to hold the PC unit with HP is going to play important role in next future.
