Well, I would say that you should take the advice that feels most right for you. After all, most of the people giving the advice are just people like you. They have tried some things out, and some of those things have worked, so they share it with you, and then that becomes their advice.

3. Don't try too hard to impress every woman that you meet.

When you want to get a girlfriend badly, then you will tend to give off a certain vibe to most women that you meet. 1. Intentions: We all date for different reasons. People go on dates with their own agendas. You can't trust that he wants the same things as you. A player mainly dates for sex. If that's not what you want... watch out for the player. The easiest way to block this play is to set boundaries before you date. I'm not saying you have to wait for sex, that's your decision. But know that players won't wait too long.

2. Attention: How much attention are you getting from him? Does he behave like a man obsessed? Getting attention from a handsome man would be enough to bring a smile to my face. Calling. Wanting to be with you. But why all this sudden attention after one date? He wants to monopolize your time. To stop this block this game don't make yourself too available until you know him better.

3. Compliments: Is he constantly complimenting you? Not that I'd stop someone from doing this one. A player can read people very well. He know what you need to hear. He senses when people may be at their lowest and that's when he make his move. I don't mind someone saying something to make me feel good, but only if they're sincere. If you doubt his sincerity block his game. Accept the compliment, thank him and keep it moving.

4. Consistency: So many lies, so little time. How can he keep track of them all... He can't. Players will eventually slip up. If you spend enough time with a player you'll notice little cracks in the facade. Over time everything will show. Don't stick around to see it unravel. As soon as you see lies and inconsistencies...leave. Don't stay with someone you can't trust.

5. Future Plans: The player knows what you want from him. A relationship. We all have dreams of our future with someone special. Don't let his perfect tale of a fairy tale ending lead you into a pseudo relationship. For me commitment is a relationship goal but his fake future is just that.... fake. You don't need a faux beau you need the real deal. Block this by knowing what you want. And not being afraid to tell him.

Look for the signs. End the players' game before it even gets started. Remember you can't change a player. As long as he wants to play the game he will. So your best bet is to avoid getting involved with a player in the first place.

There are so many different ways you can communicate with women, but the best way is just the natural approach. Some guys start with a cheesy pick up line while others fall into the same old conversations. In this article I'm going to share with you how to naturally communicate better with women.

Over the years I have picked up a thing or two when learning how to communicate better with women. Letting your conversation have a natural flow to it is always best so I'm going to share with you a few simple things that will make this work much better.

The first thing you want to do is make a list of five or ten topics that you are the most comfortable talking about. These should be things that you are either knowledgeable or passionate about. It's pretty safe to say that almost any topic will do just as long as you are passionate about it.

Let's face it, the information itself is not what women are interested in. It's all about the way you express yourself. Now most of you guys already have several topics that fall into these categories but you never give yourself permission to talk about them.

The secret is just easing into these topics with a question that starts with "have you ever". You can say something like "Have you ever been to Hawaii?" or "Have you ever been sky diving?" This is the way to get the person you are talking to more invested in the topic.

The second thing I want to share with you is how you can take a topic you aren't very familiar with and ease it into a topic you are familiar with. For instance let's say you aren't very knowledgeable on the subject of old TV shows but you are knowledgeable on the subject of boating and traveling. So she asks you if you remember the TV show I Dream of Jeannie. You can say something like "I Dream of Jeannie, yeah I vaguely remember that show. Isn't that where the lady is a genie and she can disappear and go anywhere she wants. Wouldn't that be cool to just be able to pop on over to Hawaii anytime you want. It's such a beautiful place and there's so much to do..."

Can you see from those examples how to naturally communicate better with women? It starts with the topics you are the most comfortable with, use the "have you ever" questions and then ease into a topic you are familiar with to refocus the conversation. That should give you a pretty good start at least.

Finding healthy dating relationships almost certainly requires you to overcome approach anxiety. Think about it, approach anxiety leaves you with fewer options because you're not creating them by meeting new dates. This is the number one reason why people end up settling into undesirable and even unhealthy dating relationships. In fact, some men are so afraid of approach that they're also afraid to commit to long term relationships because of the fear that they might be "missing something better" because they never learned to approach and explore their options.

The good news is that approach anxiety is not a natural fear, it's a learned fear. Anything that can be learned can be unlearned; it's simply a matter of knowing how....

What Causes Approach Anxiety?

I've heard all the silly explanations for why we have approach anxiety, but having a background in sales, I've learned that the reason people fear approaching people is because they fear rejection. Fear of rejection, just like approach anxiety, is a learned fear and believe it or not, most people TRAIN themselves to fear rejection by making it a goal to get someone to say yes. This applies in sales and it applies in dating, here's why...

Imagine yourself running East, what are you running away from? That's right, you're running from West. There's no way to run in both directions at once, and the faster you run in one direction the faster you run away from the other. Now, take that same logic and apply it to rejection and acceptance, the two are just as opposite as East and West.

The problem is that if you make it a goal to approach someone and to get them to give you their phone number or say yes to a date, you're automatically making it your goal to avoid rejection. So you're sending your brain and nervous system mixed messages and trying to get it to run East and West at the same time. Think about it, the first message you're giving it is: "Our goal is to avoid rejection and get a yes." and the other message is: "The goal is to not be afraid of rejection."

This is where the anxiety sets in, your brain is being told to not fear rejection, yet it's being encouraged to avoid it. Avoidance breeds fear, yet your trying to fight that fear at the same time. Naturally, this creates tension in your nervous system just like you can create tension in a string by pulling it in two different directions.

So how do you create harmony and train yourself to not fear rejection?

Going Toe to Toe With Rejection

If avoidance breeds fear, confrontation erases it. Think about it, how do you overcome any other kind of fear? Not by running away, that's for sure. You meet it head on and you do it ON PURPOSE. The on purpose part is key, and if you make it a definite goal to face rejection and ridicule, your fear of rejection will make its departure. To go toe to toe with fear or rejection, start approaching at least one person (male or female) a day with a request that's 100% certain to invite rejection and even ridicule.

I've found that businesses are a great place to do this. For example, ask your dry cleaner if they sell exercise bikes, or go into a McDonald's and order a Whopper (that one's fun). Walk into a bookstore and ask where their lingerie section is. Yes, it's stupid and people will think you're weird and you'll FEEL weird about it. That's the whole point, confronting the experience of social anxiety and inviting rejection.

The more you do this, the more familiar those awkward feelings will become and the less anxiety they'll cause you. You don't have to have a pleasant experience with something to become comfortable with it, you just have to have the experience enough times to build familiarity. Think about it, people become comfortable with awkward and even uncomfortable things all the time simply because they're familiar. Think of the child who grows up around domestic violence and ends up in a similar situation when they get married.

Familiarity drives out fear, so get familiar with the feeling of rejection and pretty soon the fear of it will no longer hold you back.

If you love to write or paint, take classes or simply write or paint your little heart away whenever possible. If you love kids, volunteer at a children's hospital or daycare center. You get the idea: The key is to enjoy life and remind yourself how cool you are.

Tone Up, and Not Just Physically
Go to the gym! I know, it's very hard if you haven't worked out in a while (or ever), but once you get in the habit you'll actually start to enjoy it.

Not only will physical exercise raise endorphin levels and improve your over-all mood, but it will of course make your body tighter and leaner as well. There's a big bonus right there, since your man will no doubt notice!

While you're working on that body, don't forget about your mental health as well. Take a few yoga classes and you'll get the idea: meditation and calmness are great gifts you can give yourself with a little effort.

Friends!!!
If you were feeling that needy in your relationship, then it's pretty much a certainty that you had been neglecting your buddies.

Spend time with them again! They probably miss you a lot! You never want to be that lame girl that stops hanging out with her friends when she's in a serious relationship. So go out and have some fun! Just because you have a boyfriend doesn't mean you have to be with him 24/7.

Take Care of Those Insecurity Issues
To ensure that you don't fall back into this unhealthy habit of being clingy, it's a good idea to seek counseling. It doesn't mean you're crazy if you talk to a therapist; all it means is you recognize a problem and you want to fix it.

You don't have to tell anyone about it if you don't want to. It's nobody's business but yours.

Ask for Space if Necessary
If your boyfriend is the weirdo jealous and controlling type, he may be a human roadblock when you try to do the suggested ideas here.

If you really feel that he's hindering your happiness and efforts to feel better, it's probably a good idea to ask for some time apart. If he flips out when you mention the idea, it's an even better idea to just get rid of him for good.

It can be very confusing to figure out what guys really want, and reading between the lines can prove to be impossible. So here's some help that will guide you if you're trying to figure out if that special guy is trying to date you or not:

He Asks Other People About You

If you start to hear from mutual acquaintances and/or friends that a certain guy is asking about you, this is a good sign.

He is trying to get info on you from coworkers, friends, etc., because he's still too nervous to talk to you himself.

His Manner of Speech Changes When You're Around

If he begins to ramble and talk very fast when you're around, this signals a panic mode due to the fact that he's crushing on you.

Oppositely, he may clam up entirely and not talk at all. If either of these verbal styles are unusual for him and he only acts this way when you're around, there's a reason why: he's dying to date you!

He Tries Deliberately to Not Look At You

When a guy is trying to get up the courage to ask you out for that first time, he may be so nervous that he's terrified of messing up in front of you even a little.

He is Always Trying to Make You Laugh

Many guys use comedy as an ice-breaker, and a form of validation. When they make you laugh, it really boosts their confidence.
