There are a lot of fine linens of exceptional quality to choose from also place mats, signature napkins, silencer paddings and table cloths. They are lovely to have but they also need delicate care for they are fine linens after all.

Bo’s Coffee Davao Featured Cake Durian Cheesecake

I was craving for cheesecake the past two days after finding a page at Facebook all about cheesecake. I was reminded of this durian cheesecake from Bo’s Coffee. I love the durian tart that I ate there at this coffee shop a long time ago when a friend from the US treated us his classmates in a class for coffee there. I know it is past the Kadayawan Festival but I hope they still have this on their menu. Okay now I am craving for it again but we were not able to go inside Bo’s tonight. But I’ll find time soon to drop by hopefully while our little boy is in school.

We missed trying this Bo’s Coffee Davao Green Tea Matcha Freeze & Latte out tonight. We were there outside after having dinner at Antonio’s Metrolifesyle branch but hubby was really sleepy I decided to postpone my own taste test on this. I want to drink this as it seems to be a better option to improve one’s health I hope and since green tea is known to contain antioxidants and I also read it lowers cholesterol levels. i am not really a fan of green tea because of its taste but am giving this a try. It may taste better than what I imagine it to be.

When I asked hubby if he can help me finding one, he just said he will will try but he seems busy trying to decide which resto we will be dining out tonight as the little boy is still asleep. I said we will just decide while waiting for the taxi.

I was browsing through the On Line Schools quick degree finder but there was no course for culinary. They do offer degrees such as associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate’s and certificate in courses in accounting, education, engineering, health services and technology but none in culinary so far. Well I got to search more for an other possible online school for culinary if ever there is one out there. As for now, I am going to continue eating errr learning to cook new and simple dishes at home.

Durian Cream Freeze and Durian Coffee Froccino

They have added a sense of adventure to that iced creamy favorite a dash of the fresh, exotic king of fruits ~ DURIAN!!!

These were two cold coffee treats that I wanted to try when and if ever we have the chance to go to Bo’s Coffee Club Davao. Hope we can even drop by their Metrolifestyle branch tomorrow the nearest Bo’s to us unless we still get to visit SM. I am not sure until when they will be serving these durian coffee treats. But would love to be able to try them out!

I asked him how much it was and he said he does not know. He said he did not bother to ask as the cashier just scanned it with the scan range which makes it easy to scan barcodes at checkout counter. Oh if only we have a retail barcode scanner at home then I’d find it out myself. A friend’s store has one and I remember how much the little boy was fascinated with that machine that delivers the right solution for retail industry at the best price.

It isn’t that bitter in taste in fact I love the taste of it similar to the Chanee durian variety. Try eating it fresh which I like most since you can really appreciate the flavor. I think it taste a little different once you have frozen the durian.

There are other varieties that I want to taste like the Durian 101 or D101 as they call it I think. I think there are already so many varieties that I lost count already. I still miss the native durian and the delicious bitter taste and the smell which is not much present with the Kanyaw variety.

Durian is one of the many fruits that are abundant and can be found almost anywhere in the city now. If you want to buy durian, there is always near Magsaysay Park, or in Torres Street (our suki) corner Panganiban Street (that’s the first time I knew the name of that street LOL!) near the MIC Retreat House and fronting almost Bistro. They also sell at the corner of Lacson Street and Porras Street in Obrero. It’s between San Roque School and Papa Chings. They are usually there from 2PM to 12MN they say or maybe until the durian supply lasts.
