Wow, what an incredible finale, and man, a huge surprise! Simon said it was knock out, and boy did he get it wrong. David Cook beat David Archuleta by 12,000,000 votes. Damn! Ya gotta wonder how much the “underdog” syndrome took effect. In any case, both David’s are absolutely amazing, no doubt. It’s round three, the last round of the American Idol Finale, and David’s going to go with the song that first blew everyone away, Imagine by John Lennon. A pretty strong choice. The judges basically fawn all over him! See why:

Man, this will be quite a showdown between the two Davids. It’s Archuleta vs. Cook. Each contestant will sing two songs, a “Previous Song”, a “New Song”, and then the winner will sing a “Coronation Song”….or somethign like that, I always get it a little confused. Don’t forget to vote this week, this is the big one!!!!
