Happy Day After St. Patrick's Day!

San Bernardino had its first St. Patty's Day celebration last night,

so we went and checked it out.

It was small, but nice.

Irish music and dancing with some food and party favors.

Unfortunately, Benjamin wasn't feeling too well, so no jig for him!

Frankie was baptized today, so he couldn't join us.

What a week it's been.
Come to find out,
the fever that Benjamin had was the beginning of roseola.
After the fever went away,
he developed a rash all over his body.

Let's just say...the fever was no big thing.
I'd take it over the screaming that took place for the past 3 days!
My little guy has not been himself.

He's hardly eaten, tires easily, and doesn't want to be put down.

Monday night: start of the fever.

The temperature is rising.

Friday: fever's gone, speckles have arrived.

Not cute.

Finally, no screaming.

Saturday: looking a mess.

So tired.


Saturday night: Things are looking up.

My poor baby...I hope he is okay today,
we're heading to cousin Nathan's first birthday party.
