FOR SALE - 2008 Roketa 250CC Scooter (Model: MC-54-250B)

I purchased this ride last Spring with around 700 miles on it, primarily for daily commute driving.

Engine is 16.6 HP, 4-Stroke, Single Cylinder CVT and Water-Cooled. Has very good tires with front and rear disk brakes. Uses an easy-start electric starter, and automatic clutch, so no shifting is required.

Very easy on gas mileage (see attached photo from Summer fill-up). MPG ranges from 65-85mpg, based on driving style and speeds.

Has a neat built-In MP3/auxiliary cable and speaker system, with FM radio tuner, an on-board control module for scanning and volume control. Very awesome for smartphone users with internet radio apps, like Pandora or iHeartRadio. Certainly makes the rides a lot more fun.

Comes with lockable trunk box bolted to back, handy for storing helmet and other accessories (also has stow away storage underneath seat).

Current mileage is 1549.7; has been garage

This is a nice 2005 yamaha FZ6 street bike it's a fuel injected 600cc engine in fact they used the R6 motor so it really revs out, if that's your thing, the bike is designed to be a commuter so it is the more rider friendly seating position. The bike gets 45-50 mpg every time. It has some small dings one on the tank about the size of a quarter, some scratches on the plastic but not highly visible issues. The motor had the valves adjusted and oil changed one time at a Yamaha dealer, all brakes work clutch is smooth and has no slip. But over all this would be a great way to enjoy the outdoors while saving $$$. The mods I have done to this bike are: Installed a mototech engine guard, a tall touring windsheild, halfback handle bar risers. It also features a Scorpion exhaust. Its loud, but not deafening.
Asking $3500 OBO... I have a little wiggle room in the price, but not much.
