Well apparently some UK researchers did (thanks to my Men's Health email)
Looks like workers were 15 percent more productive on days when they made time to exercise compared to days they skipped their workouts. Guess DC Dads on the Run might need to get their work day run on too.

In 2008, Obese patients cost close to 150 BILLION. Now that's a lot of coin. Imagine what we can could with that cash if we cut that in half.

Back in the day I could run for miles, play tennis for hours, shoot around till the cows come home. All without stretching.
But we Dads ain't Spring chickens no more. We are seasoned gentlemen and our muscles need more time to recover. Now more than ever we must not forget to stretch.
That and water.
