As a video producer, I thought: why not see what is working for agents and what is not? There are many outlets for a video of an agent, a property or even a development. Have you used a videographer or simply attempted it yourself? How did it improve your sales? I see a great potential for attracting visitors to your online listing. Producing a DVD handout and telling people to over the phone they can view it online is great, however, I think the true value in MLS videos is that it sets your listing apart from others.
