Ieri ma trezi bine, misto, dupa un somn de 8 ore ceea ce nu se mai intamplara de ceva vreme ca deh, maneaua canta in continuare in Berceni, fara mila, fara oprire si mai ales fara motiv. Deschid geamul, observ fetilii din carter cum se plimba agale pe strada in echipamentul de primavara atat de asteptat de macho menii locali. Niste babute au loc acum sa stea in mijlocul strazii sa discute revolutia PSD si pretul la cartofi , ca nah, s-a topit zapada si trebuie sa rasara si ele ca ghioceii in peisaj....chiar dragut as putea zice, mai ales ca nu ma duc la munca duminica si nici nu trebuie sa le injur in gand ca n-au treaba cu grijile si vitezele altora. Niste porumbei foarte simpatici au binevoit sa se aseze pe pervazul meu in speranta unor boabe/ farame de paine care bineinteles nu or sa vina de la mine ca imi este in general muuult prea lene.&lt;br /&gt;

Stripperu' care salasluieste cu un etaj mai jos ca mine si-a schimbat work out-ul de dimineata si nu mai arunca cu halterele in dormitor ci in sufragerie unde are geamuri mai mari in care se poate oglindi mai bine...cu ocazia asta a schimbat si fundalul sonor cu ceva mai vesel si cu 30 de bpm mai mult ca inainte..Nevasta'sa si ea s-a adaptat noului registru si acum nu il injura numa de ma'sa si fostele amante ci si de posibilele viitoare cohabitatoare are patului lor conjugal.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma intind cu mare satisfactie si casc cu cea mai mare pofta...ce frumos e!..maine vine primavara...deci azi este un fel de ajun de Craciun ceea ce inseamna ca vecinul trebuie musai sa arunce fix azi zeama de la varza murata ceea ce va scoate din orisice locatar ultima urma de mahmureala...pentru ca e suficient de cald vecina de la 5 va bate la usa sa ne comunice ca ii picura apa pe pervaz de la aerul nostru conditionat si ca din acest motiv nu isi mai poate face somnul de frumusete care consta in cel putin 24 de ore pe zi....."dar nu-i nimic sunt consolat de mic"...&lt;br /&gt;

Bai misto afara, deci pe bune,&amp;nbsp; nu miroase misto, a primavara, a pamant, a viata...fie ea si una de Berceni? Adica agitatie mare cu florilii si martisoarilii pt femela aferenta fiecarui mascul relativ norocos? Pentru colejilii lui ? Su madre? Marfa!&lt;br /&gt;
Floraresele sunt cele mai tari Project Managerite si Sales Managerite care vor exista vreodata : "Ia maica de la mine, las-o p-aia ca a fost parasuta pana acu 2 ani, ia d-aci! Era 10 lei firu' da ca ai ochii verzi/albastrii/negrii/caprui/rosii/albi simtz asa o caldura in piept si stiu ca ai sa imi aduci noroc si iti las la 8 lei ...Ah vrei mai multe? Bata-te norocu de frumos, ce n-as da sa am si eu barbat asa frumos ca tine, ia de la maica aici ...uite ti-am pus si feriga sa para mai multe si bete d-astea cu var alb si staniol d-ala de e la moda acuma, cu flori violet ! Ia , ptiu sa nu fii de deochi, ia, uite ca nici rafia asta de straluce nu face farmece cum faci tu la muieri...Ia sa fie cu noroc si la altele ca mie mi-a dat dumnezeu destul azi ca mi-ai iesit in cale...Hai sa-ti traiasca fata ca tare bine va potriviti, si ce frumoasa zana e...Auzi da nu mai bine iei tu trandafiri , vreo suta rosii&amp;nbsp; si un inel de la barbati-miu, da ma d-ala cu pietricica, e de la o matusa, saraca a murit de scarlatina la 12 ani s-a lasat 5 copii in urma, da ia-l si da-l la fata ca asa e de frumos ca ea".............si fraieru scote banu doar doar o tace nebuna din gura si nu l-o baga de tot pe cai fara de intoarcere , casa, copii , soacre, ipoteci...Femela deja a pus bot ca&lt;br /&gt;
1.Sta prea mult de vb cu florareasa, o avea vreo fantezie cu ea;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Ei nu ii plac trandafirii rosii si nici orice fel de alte flori ar putea avea "asta" Ei nu ii plac florile decat de la curier, mai ales daca curierul are 1.95, piept=2 x talie, ochi albastrii/verzi, gel in par, telefon smecher si blugi cu Emporio Armani ca doar suntem la piata in Berceni&lt;br /&gt;
3.Nu vrea sa ii ia inel de care oricum nu ii place ca e kitchos, nu scrie Bulgari pe el si l-a purtat o taranca proasta de l-a pierdut in mall si acuma ii zice ca e vintage de la matusa, dar de ce sa nu ii ia , ea nu merita, nu e si ea femeie, delicata, sau doamne fereste, nu vrea sa se insoare cu ea???!! Oricum nu vroia nici ea sa se marite cu el si pleaca l-a ma-sa acuma , sa nu-l mai vaza in ochi!:)) &lt;br /&gt;

Bai si noroiu' voi stiti noroiu de berceni? D-ala de face invidios si noroiu' de pe ulita lu' mamaia? D-ala de nu mai scapi de el nici la a 3a spalare....Habar n-aveti!!! Coana X probabil profesoara la scoala , iese mandra din cladire cu ditai tablou prins in piept, cu mare funda rosie sa nu fie de deochi....copiii se semnasera pe un curcubeu pictat de un parinte mai naiv...probabil in limba lor chirilica aveau alt mesaj pentru tanti care le cere la 2 zile sa aduca fondu' scolii , fapt pentru care ei sunt pedepsiti acasa ca cheltuie prea mult din bugetu familiei...deci tanti ..atentie la detalii ca parca vad ca afli cu stupoare ca faci lucruri pe bani putini ;;) Doamne tablou , nu glumesc, 10x15 avea....&lt;br /&gt;

Eh , d-astea glume are primavara...oricum multumim ca ti-ai miscat fizicu gratios si spre noi, ma saturasem de hoasca aia de iarna, tu siliconata si pitipoanca cum esti macar aduci o bucurie ochiului bucurestean....&lt;br /&gt;

Si poeziile ar cam fii despre mici gesturi pe si le fac pretenii intre ei...subiectiva cum sunt va povestesc si eu despre ce am vazut, auzit pe la mine si pe la altii.&lt;br /&gt;

Stiu pe cineva, nu zic, persoana importanta, care m-a scos de infinite ori din tot felul de situatii care mai de care mai jenante si mai idioate. Nush sa zic care fapta m-a impresionat mai tare insa imi amintesc cu nesfarsita recunostinta cum acea persoana, desi eram certati de moarte, m-a scos din cea mai mare gaura financiara, cand eram in culmea disperarii si a depresiei aferente unui astfel de moment, totul cu simpla explicatie ca ii merit pentru ca i-am facut saptamana de munca mai usor de suportat. Alta data mi-a desenat o felicitare desi nu era unul dintre cele mai mare atuuri si placeri ale sale doar ca sa scoata dintr-o mare stare darkonihilista - n-am vazut mos craciun mai descreierat ca ala si nici unul mai simpatic. Of asa de multe, si cu cat ma gandesc mai mult cu atat imi amintesc altele si altele, never ever nu o sa pot rascumpara toate lucrurile bune care au venit din directia asta. &lt;b&gt;Story no.2:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Amigo numero due, caruia nu stiu ce rau as putea sa ii fac ca sa "scap"de el. Si m-am straduit :). Dupa cum spuneam, pe omul asta daca il sun la ora 3 dimineata ca vreau sa ma duc sa ma plimb de nebuna pe strazi, se trezeste, imi da doua palme telefonic asa ca pentru o nesanatoasa care ma aflu si apoi vine cu mine ca sa nu ma pape cainii/aurolacii. In schimb nu pot sa il scot din casa la o ora rezonabila sa bem o bere, cico rico si sa barfim ca "fetilii", fumeaza "paie", stie culorile pe nuante, da si ultimul ban din buzunar pe o sticla de suc/ ciocolata ca sa nu vina cu mana goala la fete, se plictiseste teribil daca ii vorba de club, fie el si cu rockareala maxima, nu mananca puiul meu mediteraneean decat daca il scot din cuptor si il mai prajesc oleaca doar asa sa aiba crusta d-aia toxica, e dependent de toate cartile aberante ale lui &lt;span class="st"&gt;Chuck&lt;/span&gt; Palahniuk si n-are vrea ever sa asculte, vada, aprecieze ceva normal la cap .. Doamne Simpsoane ce om esti!&lt;br /&gt;

The girls: dupa nesfarsite declaratii oficiale de-ale mele ca m-am lecuit de neamul muieresc forever and ever, mama soarta s-a gandit ea sa faca misto de mine si sa imi trimite zanaticele astea pe cap: nici una nu-i normala si in ciuda aparentelor inofensivo-florico-pinky-fluffy astea micile au maaari ganduri filozofice pe scafarlie...Bai si cum ne adunam noi asa si discutam despre integrarea Romaniei in UE, sensul "vietei" si potentialul absolut redus al fiecarui sentiment homenesc numai vecinii nostri stiu. Am invatat una de la alta urmatoarele:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Mama Melkai face cele mai tari sandvisuri si cea mai tare friptura taiata cubulete sa nu ne inecam saracilii de noi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daca ai un mar inseamna ca ai 4 portii&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daca n-ai bani de cico inseamna ca ne strambam in parc&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daca se uita lumea la tine cu drag, inseamna ca tre sa fii mandra nu rusinata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daca se uita lumea la tine urat inseamna ca lumea e prosti :)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Daca ai emotii poti sa iti aduci aminte cum rade hirene si n-ai sanse sa nu zambesti si tu&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In acelasi stil, daca esti demoralizat poti sa iti aduci aminte cum si cat de mult se apreciaza singure tantitele in cauza&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Nu te impreteni prea tare cu pretenu' pretenei e posibil sa nu il mai vezi prea curand&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Cand una se marita, ne distram toate ca burlacitele&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intotdeauna se gasesc 5 minute de barfa, chiar si in cele mai ciudate momente ale vietii&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Plansul in grup nu e fan, deci daca se jeleste una o pleznim :)) pana isi revine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sa te distrezi e unul din cele mai importante lucruri in viata, nu e vreun pacat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dansatul extrem face bine la silueta si te intinereste cu cel putin 10 ani, plus ca baga tineretu' de 16 ani in invidie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exista pisici sadice care vor sa cucereasca lumea si sa o manipuleze cu puterile lor parapsihologice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cand suntem impreuna suntem toate mai destepte, mai frumoase si mai vesele&lt;/li&gt;

E un fel de esenta a acestui sezon geros, plin de evenimente , zapezi, ingheturi si dezgheturi, noroaie, manusi, fulare , paturi groase , vin fiert, portocale, motaiala la filme, geamuri aburite, zeci de pachete de servetele , ceaiuri de multe feluri , povesti si mult multe altele.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aproape ca imi pierdusem interesul pentru aceasta iarna dar mi-am amintit de reteta asta:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Mere coapte "Baba Dochia":&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
6 mere maricele&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pachet de budinca de vanilie preparat conform instructiunilor de pe pachet&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura zahar&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura unt + inca putin de uns tava&lt;br /&gt;
coaja si zeama de la jumatate de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
un plic de zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;
cateva stafide puse la inmuiat cu cateva ore inainte&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se spala merele , se taie la fiecare cate un capac . Cu o lingura cu marginile mai ascutite scobim marul (cum facem la dovleceii de umplut). Se unge o tava de yenna cu unt si se aseaza merele cu scobitura in sus. Se imparte zaharul &lt;i&gt;(+cel vanilat)&lt;/i&gt;,untul si zeama de lamaie in cele 6 mere si se da le cuptor pentru 15 minute la foc mare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp se pregateste budinca in care punem ceva mai putin lapte ca sa iasa mai groasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se scot merele din cuptor. In fiecare mar se pun cateva stafide si se toarna cu o lingura din budinca. Merele nu se umplu pana la refuz, trebuie sa ramana cel putin jumatate de cm gol. Se dau din nou la cuptor pentru inca 5-10 minute, cat sa se inmoaie bine. Se scot din cuptor, se lasa sa se raceasca pana aproape de temperatura camerei si se halesc cu biscuti moi.&lt;br /&gt;

Schema de deasupra e un sos de caramel care nu era necesar dar...e caramel, can't help it, addict, addict addict!!!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Sos caramel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100g zahar brun&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
50g unt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o craticioara cu fundul gros se topeste zaharul. Cand e tot lichefiat se adauga untul moale , se amesteca , se da focul mic de tot si se toarna frisca in fir subtire amestecand repede cu un tel. Se lasa pe foc pana cand se omogenizeaza bine si se ingroasa , amestecand mereu. Se lasa sa se raceasca bine (la fel, amestecand din cand in cand ). Se poate tine intr-un recipient de sticla inchis etans in frigider pana la 3 saptamani.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;250 g crema de branza &lt;i&gt;(cum mai ziceam si &lt;a href="http://ktalinutza.blogspot.com/2009/11/bloody-cheesecakehaa.html" linkindex="21"&gt;aici&lt;/a&gt; e una buna de la 365 in Mega Image, dar merge si Philadelphia sau crema mascarpone mai de doamne ajuta, gen Galbani)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 plicuri zahar vanilat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;coaja rasa de lime sau lamaie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 lingura esenta de portocale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Se freaca bine branza cu zaharul, se pun galbenusurile, aromele si amidonul, se acopera cu folie de plastic si se baga la frigider.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp se da drumul la cuptor sa se incinga, se unge o tava &lt;i&gt;(cam 20x30 cm are a mea)&lt;/i&gt; si se pune pe fundul ei hartie de copt, unsa si ea pe ambele parti &lt;i&gt;(de fapt doar pe fata de deasupra ca cea de dedesubt se unge automat de la grasimea din tava)&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se topeste ciocolata impreuna cu untul la bain marie, pe foc mic, amestecand din cand in cand. Ouale se bat cu zaharul si praful de sare putin, cat sa se umfle adica vreo 2 minute, apoi se toarna ciocolata topita in fir subtire, amestecand cu o paleta sau lingura de lemn. Se adauga faina si restul ingredientelor, amestecand usor doar cat sa se incorporeze faina si apoi se toarna in tava de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cu o lingura se pune crema de branza din loc in loc pentru a evita prea multa cantitate de branza intr-un singur loc astfel incat aceasta sa ramana deasupra blatului de ciocolata si sa nu ajunga pe fundul tavii din cauza greutatii. Dupa ce am terminat si cu schema asta facem niste modele fanteziste cu varful unui cutit , la fel , trecand doar prin suprafata compozitiei.&lt;br /&gt;

Asta e, e ianuarie, gandurile de ianuarie nu sunt tocmai roz, stiti si voi. Deci sa ne limitam la scheme funny cum ar fi aceasta wonderful Lasagna, facuta pentru Anye of course. Deci dupa cum va amenintam:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;ZA LAZANIA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Jumatate de pachet foi de lasagna (cam 12 foi, din cele cu spanac de preferat)&lt;br /&gt;
100 g mozzarela &lt;br /&gt;
o cescuta de sos de rosii "just in case"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sos Bechamel modificat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;50g unt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-3 linguri de faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 ml lapte (aproximativ)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100g parmezan (cel putin, depinde de ce fel e, daca e din cel cu aroma mai putin pronuntata merge mai mult)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri de smantana &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;piper alb, sare, nucsoara&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Sos ragu sau mai bine zis sosul de carne:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg carne tocata de vita&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 fir de praz&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 catei usturoi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 morcovi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;300 ml suc de rosii&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o cana de vin sec&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;busuioc, salvie, sare, piper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 linguri ulei de masline&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Umplutura de spanac:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;250 g spanac congelat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 ceapa alba mica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 catel usturoi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 ou&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri de smantana&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;putina coaja de lamaie, cateva frunze de menta, jumatate legatura de patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare,piper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri ulei de masline&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Incepem cu sosul de carne ca dureaza cel mai mult:&lt;br /&gt;
Se pune usturoiul si prazul intr-o tigaie mai mare si cu fundul mai gros sa se ameteasca putin in uleiul de masline dupa care punem morcovii dati pe razatoare si le lasam pe foc cam 2 minute, amestecand bineinteles sa nu se arda. Punem si carnea si se lasa sa se caleasca si aceasta putin (de fapt pana cand se "albeste", scade lichidul pe care il lasa si se separa f bine) - punem vinul si lasam pe foc pana cand acesta se evapora aproape de tot si apoi turnam sucul de rosii. Punem capac, dam focul mic si lasam vreo 15 minute , amestecand din cand in cand. Sosul trebuie sa scada destul de mult dar nu de tot (daca puteti sa adunati mai mult de 3 linguri de lichid cu usurinta inseamna ca mai trebuie lasat, daca a inceput sa se prajeasca carnea din nou inseamna ca a scazut prea mult, dar il dregeti cu o cescuta de sos de rosii si mai lasati inca 1 minut).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spanacul&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o craticioara se pune uleiul, usturoiul si ceapa si se lasa 2 minute, apoi se adauga spanacul si se lasa pana cand spanacul se decongeleaza si apoi fierbe suficient cat sa ii scada lichidul. Se ia de pe foc se adauga restul ingredientelor in afara de smantana(menta si patrunjelul tocate marunt). Smantana se adauga dupa ce spanacul se raceste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sosul alb&lt;br /&gt;
Cel mai important la sosul asta e sa aveti toate ingredientele aproape.Intr-o craticioara cu fundul gros topiti untul , adaugati faina si amestecati repede cu un tel apoi turnati in fir subtire laptele care trebuie sa fie caldut si lasati sa fiarba si sa se ingroase pana ajunge la consistenta unei creme. Luati de pe foc , puneti parmezanul si restul ingredientelor. Din nou, smantana se pune la urma, cand se raceste sosul.&lt;br /&gt;

O tava mare de yena se unge cu o lingura de sos alb. Se pun 3 foi de lasagna care se ung cu un sfert din restul de sos alb si cu jumatate din sosul de carne(dar salvam inainte intr-un castronas vreo 2 linguri maricele peste care mai punem inca 2 linguri de suc de rosii). Peste se pun inca 3 foi de lasagna&amp;nbsp; care se ung cu alt sfert de sos alb si peste care se pune spanacul. Again 3 foi de lasagna , sos alb si restul sos de carne. Urmeaza ultimul strat de lasagna care se unge cu sosul alb si cu partea pusa deoparte de sos de carne.&lt;br /&gt;

Se da la cuptor la foc mediu spre mic pentru 35 - 40 de minute , se scoate , se pune mozzarella taiata cubulete si se mai baga la cuptor pentru inca 10 minute. Inainte de a o taia se lasa sa se raceasca destul de bine.&lt;br /&gt;

Daaa, poeta m-a facut mama, sa nu fiu dedeochi. Bine macar ca mai stiu a face o mancare cat sa nu moara poporul de foamne ca altfel ma vedeati pe la metrou cantand romante. Doamne apara si pazeste!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dar ma rog, cum ar zice frate-miu, poezia aromelor din mancarea asta pe multi a alinat. Acuma nu prea multi, vreo 4 persoane de vreo 2 ori , dar tot se pune. Deci ca sa nu ne mai lungim cu vorba uite neamule povestea puiului incotosmenit , cunoscuta si ca :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Rulada de pui a la Berceni, spitalul 9&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se aduna la vedere urmatoarele:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 piept de pui, mediu&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 ardei grasi, unu galben, unu verde&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 fir de praz&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 leg. ceapa verde&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 leg. patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g ciuperci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 g amestec de mazare si porumb congelat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g mozzarella&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g cascaval &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;cateva masline negre feliate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Baitz &lt;/b&gt;&lt;i&gt;sau mai bine zis fondu' de tenu' puiului&lt;/i&gt; - se amesteca urmatoarele treburi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;coaja rasa si sucul de la jumatate de lamaie mica&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri pesto&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 lingura mustar clasic&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 lingurita ghimbir ras&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un praf de sare si unul de piper &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 catel de usturoi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 linguri ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Puiul se spala , se dezoseaza si se taie ca pentru snitele si apoi se bate cu ciocanul pana ramane mai subtire de jumatate de centimetru{cum mai povesteam eu odata se ia felia de pui , se pune intre 2 straturi de folie de plastic si apoi se ucide bine cu partea cu cerculete a ciocanului de snitele}&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ardeii&amp;nbsp; se toaca cubulete mici si se impart in 2 "medii de stocare" diferite numite "A" si "B" &lt;i&gt;(nu dividie neamule, castroane, fir-ar internetu' moca!)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Prazul se taie rondele subtiri si se pune in castronul A&lt;br /&gt;
Ceapa verde se taie si ea rondele si se imparte idem in cele 2 strachini&lt;br /&gt;
Ciupercile se curata si se taie felii&amp;nbsp; apoi se rastoarna in castronul A.&lt;br /&gt;
Tot acolo puneti si legumele congelate &lt;br /&gt;
Mozzarella o tocati cubulete mici si o puneti in mama lui de A&lt;br /&gt;
Patrunjelul il tocati marunt si il impartiti intre cele 2 recipiente &lt;br /&gt;
Cascavalul il radeti si ghinion ca p'asta il puneti separat in alt caston, sac!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce ati terminat cu muncile de jos sa trecem la scheme mai inteligente. Luati o tava de cuptor {e&lt;i&gt;u am una de yena de 20x25 cm&lt;/i&gt;} in care puneti 2 straturi de folie de aluminiu suficient de mari &lt;i&gt;(sa avem si cu ce acoperi rulada)&lt;/i&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;
Luati puiul, ungeti-l pe toate partile si dimensiunile cu baitzul de mai sus si asezati-l in tava in asa hal incat sa acoperim si fundul si peretii tavii si sa ne mai si ramana vreo 2 bucati.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati toate smecheriile din castronul A cu niste sare si piper si puneti-le bine mersi pest pui in tava .&lt;br /&gt;
Acuma-i schpillu : puneti puiul ce a mai ramas frumos deasupra legumelor pe lungime si apoi trageti de folia de aluminiu astfel incat sa formati za ruladen adica leguma sa fie acoperita cu pui din toate directiile . Mai important decat asta este sa nu rupeti folia de aluminiu asa ca daca vedeti ca nu prea merje mai degraba o lasati mai patratoasa . In orisice fel cand ati terminat cu creatia adunati capetele foliei si strangeti-le. bagati la cuptorul incins, la foc mediu, vreo 25 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp mai cititi o gazeta, mai faceti un ping pong de masa , ceva.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti smecheria de la cuptor, desfaceti folia &lt;i&gt;{nu tineti capul fix deasupra ca doar de la cuptor iese si nu gasiti vreun cadou sub folie ci mult abur fierbinte mai degraba :P} &lt;/i&gt;si pune-ti deasupra cascavalul ras , ardeii, ceapa verde, patrunjelul si feliile de masline.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bagati la cuptor inca 10 minute cu folia stransa si 5 cu folia desfacuta ca sa se rumeneasca usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati sa se raceasca bine inainte sa taiati &lt;i&gt;{felii cam de 2 cm}&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

P.S. Cerculetele de pe ciocanul de snitele sunt calote sferice manca-le-ar mama, dar sa nu o dam in geometrie aici.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Aniuei (adica calea Anielei :P caci intrunirea pentru care am inchipuit sandvisurile in cinstea ei fu)...cam pentru 20 de portii am procurat de la magazin si din frigider urmatoarele treburi:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 pachet lipii din cele mai maricele &lt;i&gt;{vom folosi doar 10 bucati sau cat ne tine umplutura}&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;250g sunca de curcan&lt;br /&gt;
100g mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;
250g cascaval, &lt;i&gt;merge si afumat, eu am luat din cel normal la cap&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100g masline negre si verzi feliate&lt;br /&gt;
5 ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
3 rosii&lt;br /&gt;
1 castravete mai mare&lt;br /&gt;
1 leg. de ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
frunze de busuioc si menta&lt;br /&gt;
frunze de salata, creata daca gasiti &lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri pesto&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri branza topita mai moale, eventual cu verdeata&lt;br /&gt;
2 linguri suc de rosii&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper, oregano, coaja de lamaie sau lime, jumatate de catel de usturoi pisat si un strop de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lipiile se taie in 2 si se pun inapoi in punga sau se acopera cu folie de plastic sa nu se usuce.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rosiile se spala, se pun in apa clocotita si se curata. Le taiem frumos in 2 si scoatem miezul si apoi le tocam cubulete.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Castravetele se toaca cuburi , presaram o lingurita de sare peste el si il lasam pana terminam cu restul pregatirilor apoi il scurgem bine bine de zeama.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ceapa verde o curatam, o spalam si taiem fiecare fir in 4 si apoi marunt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sunca o taiem tot cuburi.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cascavalul il radem.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mozzarella o taiem cuburi mici (ca sa nu ramana lipite intre ele , se ia cate o mana de cubulete in palme si se freaca fooarte putin, miscarea e cam aia de la perisoare doar ca nu insistam prea mult; doamne iarta ce explicatie de te doare mintea)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Frunzele de menta si de busuioc se toaca si ele la creierii capului&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Toate treburile de mai sus se amesteca bine intr-un castron &lt;i&gt;{in afara de lipii doooh} &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Frunzele de salata se spala bine, se scurg si se taie in 2 pe lung&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Din pesto, branza topita, sucul de rosii, un praf de sare si de piper, usturoiul pisat, o lingurita de coaja de lamaie si un fir de ulei de masline facem o baza pentru sanvisuri.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se ia cate o jumatate de lipie iar in mijloc punem o lingura din amestecul de mai sus, apoi cate o jumatate de frunza de salata si peste ea o lingura cu varf&amp;nbsp; din amestecul de legume si alte minuni. Se impatureste in 3 formand un triunghi misto :))&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fiecare sendvis se baga in sanvishmaker mama lui pentru 1 minut, cat sa se crocanteasca lipia. Eu sunt mai norocoasa si nu am masinarie d-aia cu 4 triunghiuri in ea pentru ca o urasc ca imi turteste sanvisurile. Asta din bucataria mea e simpla, are doar un grill. Si apropo de grill daca n-aveti instrumentul asta tipic studentesc&amp;nbsp; &lt;i&gt;pe care nici eu nu il folosesc decat de 2 ori pe an, &lt;/i&gt;si mai ales daca aveti cuptor electric/grill electric le puteti pune fara grija pe gratarul acestora la temperatura mare pentru un minut.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 piept de pui mic sau 2 pulpe de pui, se spala, se dezoseaza, se fierb, se taie carnea cuburi sau fasi mai mici&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 punga fasole verde congelata sau 1/2 kg in varianta naturelle &lt;i&gt;(caz in care o fierbeti in apa cu sare vreo 5 minute, cat sa ramana crocanta dar nu cruda si apoi o scurgeti)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 fir de praz taiat rondele&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cutie de ciuperci sau 250 de gr varianta proaspata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 ceapa mai mare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 legatura patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 carnati picanti si afumati &lt;i&gt;(nu-mi aduc aminte, cred ca erau cabanos?) &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;vreo 2 catei de usturoi tocati marunt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 ml suc de rosii&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, oregano, cimbru&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pai se toaca ceapa si prazul , se pun intr-o tigaie mai mare cu o lingura de ulei &lt;i&gt;{sa fi fost de masline?} &lt;/i&gt;si se lasa sa se inabuse, apoi puneti puiul si carnatii taiati rondele , le lasati sa se cunoasca un minut si apoi puneti fasolea verde si ciupercile &lt;i&gt;{io le-as da si un pahar de vin alb ca sa aibe o conversatie mai relaxata dar sa tac naibilui odata ca e reteta Melei nu a mea!!} &lt;/i&gt;+ 2 min la foc mediu =&amp;gt; se cere o culoare rosie asa ca puneti sucul de rosii, cimbrul si&amp;nbsp; usturoiul , da-ti focul mic si lasati sa scada putin zeama cat sa semene a tocanita {cam 10 minute}. Puneti sare, oregano si piper, luati de pe foc, apoi zdrang! cu patrunjelul tocat peste si ii punem capac&amp;nbsp; Paff! ca merita. (aroma de patrunjel intra bine in haleala fara ca el sa se inmoaie atat de tare incat sa isi schimbe culoarea)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rezultat numa bun de-o mamaliga.&lt;br /&gt;
@ Mela : daca am aberat-o prea tare sau am uitat ceva zi-le Loredana cu comentariu.&lt;br /&gt;

Si ca m-a emotionat Mela cu tocanita ei, mi-am amintit de &lt;b&gt;...&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Tocanita pentru Anye si Marele Sef the Trib, za &amp;lt;&lt;babi&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;babi&gt;&lt;/babi&gt;&lt;/babi&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asta e tocana cu poveste, cum m-am plimbat eu cu 3 feluri de carnatz si vreo 2 de branza&amp;nbsp; in geamantan pana la Londra si nu m-a prins nimeni, nici eu nu stiu &lt;i&gt;{mai erau pe acolo o gramada de genul toba, icre de crap, cozonac, masline, placinta cu mere aso}.&lt;/i&gt; Se pare ca englezoii&amp;nbsp; au caini vegetarieni prin haeroporturi ca mirosu' de carne afumata nu i-a atras spre geanta mea. Mai bine! Am avut cu ce sa fac urmatoarea treaba:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;aprox. 1/2 kg de carnataraie afumata &lt;i&gt;{la noi fura niste carnati de oaie f. uscati, iuti si afumati care semanau a babic la gust - habar n-am cum ii chema da erau ardelenesti, ceva carnati de Plescoi - da, numa astia mai mioritici radem la gluma asta - si ceva Cabanos de Carefura care, spre uimirea mea totala de anticabanosier, erau f buni}&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg de ficatei de pui &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cepe albe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cepe verzi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 rosii mai maricele&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 ml suc de rosii &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;jumatate de capatana de usturoi - curatat, tocat marunt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o legatura patrunjel - tocat marunt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, cimbru, un pahar de vin sec&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pai in ordinea numerelor de pe tricou se intreprind urmatoarele actiuni extrem de necomplicate:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Se taie carnataraia rondele&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se taie ceapa julien/ rondele&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se curata rosiile de coaja : intr-o craticioara puneti ceva apa la fiert; cand clocoteste innecati rosiile in ea, le lasati acolo sa decedeze mortal cam jumatate de minut si le scoateti. Pielita de obicei se crapa deja din momentul in care intra in apa fiarta, dar in orisice caz cu siguranta se va curata f usor dupa ce le scoateti . Le lasati sa se racoreasca putin si apoi le tocati cubulete&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Scoateti tigaia aia mare si grea de prin dulapuri, puneti o lingura de ulei in ea si puneti la foc - mediu as zice. Fara mila puneti carnatii in tigaie si lasati-i sa se rumeneasca putin, apoi scoateti-i cu o paleta, scurgandu-i bine de grasime {prea multa n-ar trebui sa fie dar oricum scopul nu e sa inlaturam uleiul de pe carnati cat sa ramana grasime suficienta in tigaie ca sa prajim ficatul si sa nu mai adaugam alta unsoare}&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Da! Ati ghicit! Punem ficatul in tigaie si il prajim cat sa se rumeneasca nintelus fara sa se arda - nu-i bai daca nu-i patruns de tot, ideea e sa se scurga tot lichidul pe care il lasa din tigaie. Bien sure, se scot si ei din cratita si se pun alaturi de carnati sa isi planga de mila reciproc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In ce a mai ramas in cratita se pune ceapa si se lasa putin, nu trebuie sa se prajeasca prea tare {in capul meu cret ar mai merge aici si ceva ciuperci de rangul ghebelor - date un clocot inainte- si vreo 2 ardei grasi de culori diferite; dar merge si fara}.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Peste ceapa si ce alte legume ati mai adunat de prin frigider , puneti ficatul si carnatii si vinul + foc mic. Ah cum sfaraie! Cand se evapora cam jumatate din lichid puneti sucul de rosii, rosiile si cimbrul; mai asteptati putintel cat sa se evapore din nou ceva lichid (10 minute) dar amestecati din cand in cand in mancare, nu stati cu ochii in televizor sau calculator.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Luati de pe foc, puneti sare si piper, usturoiul si patrunjelul. Shchema cu usturoiul e ca daca il puneti in timpul fierberii el isi mai pierde din putere, daca il puneti la sfarsit de tot ramane in stare aproape neprelucrata termic ceea ce inseamna ca in totalitatea puterilor sale de distrugere a vampirilor. Si exact asta e ce ne doream noi langa o mamaliga, ceva oua ochiuri si branzeturi ca sa simta tot cartieru' ce inseamna mancare facuta de romani.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Doamne si o Busuioacaaa, ay ay ay! {carata evident tot in bagaje, printre tzoale si alte minunatii muieresti de se gaseau prin traista mea}. Da bun domle'!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Si ultima, dar nu cea din urma....&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ca sa hranesc poporu'&amp;nbsp; de salariati si ca sa imi pot pune frigiderul la o bine meritata odihna &lt;i&gt;(adik gol si in consecinta nedeschis) &lt;/i&gt;am compus urmatoarea poezie:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Tocanita de dinainte de salariu aka "Frigiderul plange, stomacu' ghiortaie"&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg ficat de pui - spalat, curatat, spalat, scurs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 g carne de porc (muschi cred ca era, ramas de la ultima friptura cu mere)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 mari si grasi ardei de culori diferite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;o ceapa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 morcovi , maricei si ei ca tot e trend&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 g ciuperci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un dovlecel mic&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 rosii- care se oparesc, se curata si se toaca cuburi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ceva fasole verde, cam o mana, oparita in apa cu sare si scursa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 ml suc de rosii&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un catel de usuroi &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, chilli, cateva frunze pe menta si busuioc, un pahar de vin alb&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ceva sos de soia pentru doritori&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;As mai fi pus daca aveam : cateva buchetele de brocolli, oparite si ele in apa cu sare si niste tulpini de telina taiate rondele.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Procedeul de tortura e similar cu cel de la celelalte "tocanite - tochituri" si anume: se prajeste carnea de porc si se scoate , apoi ficatul , se scoate si el, se pune pe rand ceapa, morcovii taiati fasiute-bastonase-cubulete&lt;i&gt;, &lt;/i&gt;ardeiul, fasolea verde &lt;i&gt;{si tulpina de telina daca e}&lt;/i&gt;, apoi carnea, apoi vinul - lasat sa se evapore jumatate din lichid, apoi rosiile, sucul de rosii, ciupercile feliate, dovlecelul taiat cuburi, catelul de usturoi intreg, doar zdrobit putin cu lama lata a unui cutit. Se ia de pe foc, se condimenteaza si se pun frunzele de menta si busuioc tocate marunt. &lt;i&gt;{Daca folositi carne de pui in loc de cea de porc merge si niste salvie}&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se haleste fara grija peste niste taietei de orez sau orez thai simplu.Nu are pretentii de mancare chinezeasca but it's good never the less :P&lt;br /&gt;

Cred ca am asteptat sa ma loveasca inspiratia dar acum vreo doua zile am realizat ca nu o sa ma loveasca niciodata cu adevarat si mai mult decat atat nici nu o sa imi dea vreo palma dupa ceafa de "aici sunt, use me!"&amp;nbsp; ;))&lt;br /&gt;

Asa ca o sa ma manifest in cel mai simplu mod cu putinta si o sa folosesc resursele curente. Voi vedeti ce o iesi din asta si sunteti liberi sa va dati cu parerea.&lt;br /&gt;

So, totul a inceput demult de tot cand eram o tocilara antisociala in liceu ... ma rog, nu tocmai, asa ma vedeam eu...Da mai, si pe astfel de vremuri credeam in 1. Feti Frumosi; 2. Friends Forever. Nu are importanta prea mare, doar ca eram mereu dezamagita de realitate si ca orisice adolescent plin de curaj credeam eu ca o sa schimb lumea si ca toti sunt nste inapti ca pana acum nu s-a incumetat nici unu sa faca o mare revolutie sociala scontata cu efectele pe care mi le doream eu {muuulta teorie, boring, stiu!}.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway...si cum stateam eu asa si asteptam minunile sa se desfasoare de la sine, gasi intr-un final a best friend ..I mean very best friend, genul cu care imparti leul de pachetel si cu care poti sa vb despre planurile tale marete si revelatiile tale referitor la viata si oameni, genul care iti da ultimul servetel din geanta ca sa iti stergi lacrimile cand te apuca isteriile hormonale terminate in plansete gen Sailor Moon si pornite din tot fel de prostii minore, cum ar fi faptul ca ai tai nu te lasa sa te duci la nush ce majorat al uneia de nici macar nu o cunosti...porcarioare minore dar vahahahahai ce tragedii pe vremuri...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway, apoi vine facultate, apar "relatiile serioase in peisaj" si ur best friend forever goes cold on you, si nici macar nu esti in stare sa iei masurile necesare. Orgolii, bucuresti, lume noua, distractie, scoala , bani niet, munca, bani putini, chirie, munca, scoala , munca , oras, alcool, cluburi, munca, nesomn, frustrari, impacari si despartiri.. ma rog in mod cert lucrurile astea nu se aplica la toata lumea dar in mare cu totii stiti haosul "de facultate".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Si la un moment dat, printre toate activitatile sus mentionate, simti nevoia de cineva cu care sa share the feelin, un sfat, o gluma, o leguma, ceva...Si gasesti pe drum ohoho, puzderie de oameni, unii pe care chiar ii consideri prieteni buni, apoi amici, apoi cunostinte, apoi necunoscuti..we all grow appart at some point...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In cazul oamei de fata, adica eu, adica je, lucrurile au fost mai complicate: de ce? pentru ca eu inca asteptam sa aud "clickul ala" , za gong , ca bre, gata , je suis your friend and I will always be there. In the meantime ma descurcam ghinisor, nu, nu eram very emo dark aso, dar pur si simplu nu imi placea sa ma apropi de oameni mai mult decat era necesar...copchii de varsta mea mi se pareau neinteresanti, ai mai mici erau mereu a quick reminder ca viitorul se duce d*acului de tot si ai mai mari erau cam inaccesibili....Anyway, am trait misto si bine o perioada eu cu amicii mei de suprafata pana cand intr- zi m-am lamurit...&lt;br /&gt;

It's not them , it's me - asteptari mari, rezultate mici. Si am redefinit ce inseamna prieten pentru mine.&lt;br /&gt;

Dar prea mi-a furat boala asta idioata multi prieteni si cunoscuti, prea multi. Nici nu vreau sa intru in psihologia subiectului, nici un dezbateri despre Romania, sistemul sanitar sau alte lipsuri ale progresului medicinei. Ce sens are avea?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eu stiu atat..am primit o invitatie pe faisbuc la o cauza a unui om care pana de curand era considerat&amp;nbsp; un tip cu picioarele pe pamant &lt;a href="http://draduta.blogspot.com/"&gt;(click pt blog)&lt;/a&gt; si care acum fara vreo explicatie logica a fost redus la un simplu bolnav de leucemie. Si nu e corect.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nu mesajul e impresionat, nici macar ideea ca ar putea sa ni se intample si noua nu conteaza (oricum prin definitie omul e superficial si se considera imun, empatia e doar vopseaua de pe Dacie). Poate trebuie sa afli multe vesti d-astea ca sa te cuprinda furia care m-a cuprins pe mine. Poate sunt eu nebuna si muiere plangacioasa si am nevoie de o cauza ca sa refulez emotional pentru toate vechile mele "traume". Poate! Dar ce conteaza?&lt;br /&gt;

Care avea o nevasta si mai nebuna. Si cum erau ei asa nebuni amandoi s-au gandit cum sa faca sa nu se plictiseasca. SI s-au hotarat ... in fiecare noapte pana la orele 4 a.m ori sa se iubeasca ori sa se tiganeasca pana cand toti vecinii de cartier, cainii si copii lor vor incepe si ei sa urle.. de durere si de nervi.. si uite asa pe unii dintre ei ii loveste inspiratia si hamintirilii...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asa mi-am adus eu aminte de budinca asta azi la 3 dimineata...si printre urlete si alte cele m-am hotarat.. va vin eu de hac... fac budinca si nici prin cap sa nu va treaca sa veniti la usa mea sa va dau...ca va dau..cu ciocanul de snitele..in cap..Hayaaa!&lt;br /&gt;

Si am purces la fapte. Pai in primul si in primul rand mi-am dat jos de prin dulap un vas de yena de marime medie. curatat, uscat, uns cu uns, tapetat cu pesmet si l-am lasat deoparte ca deja alte intamplari marete imi stateau in gand.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am luat urmatoarele:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O punga de legume congelate (sau echivalentul in mazare, porumb si ardei gras rosu)&lt;br /&gt;
O ceapa alba si un fir de ceapa verde - tocata marunt, respectiv rondele&lt;br /&gt;
Cateva ciuperci proaspete (~jumatate de conserva) feliate&lt;br /&gt;
2 cartofi fierti in coaja si apoi taiati cuburi&lt;br /&gt;
Jumatate de legatura de patrunjel tocat marunt &lt;br /&gt;
o bucata de piept de pui afumat - cam la 300 de grame&lt;br /&gt;
3 oua&lt;br /&gt;
un iaurt mare (sau lapte batut)&lt;br /&gt;
100 g faina&lt;br /&gt;
200 de grame de branza de oaie mai uscata sau feta sau branza cu mucegai in functie de fitele mancaciosilor &lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper, busuioc, oregano, un varf de cutit de nucsoara &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Optional&lt;br /&gt;
O mana de fasole verde daca aveti prin frigider, fiarta si taiata cam la 3 cm&lt;br /&gt;
O mana de fasole rosie sau neagra - fiarta &lt;br /&gt;
Menta - sunt dementa, pun menta si'n ciorba, nu trebuie sa faceti ca mine &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o craticioara mai mare puneti o lingura de ulei de masline la incins si apoi puneti ceapa alba pe care o lasati sa se inmoie putin - then aruncati si puiul tocat marunt , n-asteptati prea mult si puneti si legumele mexicane , inca 2-3 minute la foc iute si puneti si ciupercile + jumatate de pahar de vin alb sau supa de pui sau apa. Tineti pe foc pana cand se evapora putin apa, cam 3 minute si lasati sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un castron amestecati restul de legume cu branza, patrunjelul si legumele de mai sus racite. Bateti fara mila ouale cu iaurtul , condimentele si faina si turnati peste legume, amestecati strasnic si puneti toata compozitia in tava.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dati la cuptor pentru jumatate de ora la foc mediu - cam pana cand se intareste toata treaba asta. Lasati sa se raceasca si taiati-o cuburi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eu una o halesc mojiceste cu niste sos de rosii cu busuioc dar merge si cu smantana sau iaurt sau simpla, rece sau calda . E un fel de alternativa la mega omleta de o faceam pe vremurile studentesti cand aveam de toate prin frigider si mai nimic care sa imi placa...plus ca innebuneam colegii cu busuiocul si obligat fortat hraneam juma de palier....asta e ..arta cere sacrificii!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Si pentru vecinii mei de la bloc....sa traiti fericiti pana la adanci batraneti ca eu plec si un geam la balcon tot va mut din loc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Clatita cu inghetata si sos de menta si martipan....&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

De ce avem nevoie (pt 8 portii):&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Motiv sa iesim din plictiseala - checked&lt;br /&gt;
Pofta de ceva racoritor si usor de facut - checked&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In afara de asta:&lt;br /&gt;
8 clatite, pufoase sau clasice {eu le aveam in frigider, lucky me}&lt;br /&gt;
8 cupe de inghetata - vanilie, lamaie, pepene galben, whatever&lt;br /&gt;
100 g martipan&lt;br /&gt;
o lingurita Gustin (amidon alimentar fin) sau 1/2 lingura faina&lt;br /&gt;
o legatura de MENTA dementa&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml lapte (fiert, racit si strecurat - adica fara caimac)&lt;br /&gt;
o mana de nuci sau migdale coapte si maruntite&lt;br /&gt;
sos de ciocolata - facultativ&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Martipanul se toaca, farama , marunteste cum vrea fiecare , se pune laptele peste si se da la foc mic, amestecand mereu pana cand da in clocot; se adauga si amidonul si se mai da cateva clocote pana cand se ingroasa schema asta pana cand ajunge la consistenta unei smantani mai groase. Se ia de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o alta craticioara puneti frunzele de menta spalate si puneti apa cat sa le acopere. Dupa ce da in clocot se strecoara si se pune peste crema de martipan care se mai pune inca o data la foc pentru 2-3 minute. Lasati la rece (+frigider vreo ora).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hambalaju:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti o cupa de inghetata in fiecare clatita pe care apoi o impaturiti in 4 (ironic, nu?). Deasupra turnati sos de menta dupa plac, presarati ceva nuci sau migdale si un fir de sos de ciocolata si poate niste coaja rasa de lime (nu-i musai , numa de fitza asa).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Buna rau mai!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
P.S. Si iata cum ma loveste pe mine asa cate o revelatie din cand in cand - de fapt e trist, nu ma loveste pe mine, ci pe altii mult mai inspirati si care mai publica si carti despre asta. Dar asa imi dau seama si eu despre ce fel de oama sunt si invat sa valorez mai mult anumite lucruri legate de viata. A mea. Ca una am!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stiu, n-ati inteles nimic, v-am bagat de tot in ceata! Sa-mi fie cu iertare, mi se intampla uneori. Aniuei za facts ar : citesc o carte si mai precis citesc &lt;a href="http://www.romaniaculturala.ro/articol.php?cod=13633"&gt;"Ravensbruck" de Steve Sem-Sandsberg&lt;/a&gt; care de altfel e un fel de biografie + citate ale unei jurnaliste, pe numele ei Milena Jesenska, un fel de ibovnica de-a lui Kafka la un moment dat si nevasta de alte mari capete crete. Fata desteapta, ambitioasa si nebuna. Nu as stii sa apreciez calitativ cartea, iar parerile mele subiective nu isi au rostul aici. Esentialul este ca tanti asta are cate o remarca geniala din cand in cand, geniala cel putin pentru mine. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spre exemplu, cea mai simpla chestie : am observat&amp;nbsp; ca sunt dependenta de geam! Da da, de geam! Nu imi pot dezlipi ochii de la el, oriunde as fi, e ceva obsesiv si fascinant cum delimiteaza spatii de natura si atmosfera diferita - it's there and still it's not ,you can see but you can't reach, it is real or just a distorted reflection? Poate mraja e a faptului ca singurul simt implicat in perceptia lucrurilor de dincolo de geam e vazul : fara forma concreta si palpabila, fara briza, fara miros . Sau poate faptul ca nu ai absolut nici o putere sa schimbi ce se intampla "dincolo" (si in cazul meu ca stand in masina cu castile in urechi nu am timp sa "fotografiez"ce se intampla dincolo de geam si pot sa imi las mintea sa zburde pentru a completa puzzle-ul ). Probabil si o oarecare stare de siguranta pe care ti-o confera, "teatrul" e Acolo, Dincolo, daca nu imi place imi mut privirea - not too smart, not too deep, but still ceva de care nu eram total constienta ca experimentez. Probabil daca eram mai atenta la comentariile domnului Craciun cand a picat la teza de romana "Mara" aveam mai multe idei acum.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numarul 2: sunt dependenta de masina, avion, tramvai, autobuz, autocar, auto-whatever&lt;b&gt;-cu-geamuri,&lt;/b&gt; les raisons sunt oarecum cele de mai sus plus feelingul de zbor fantastic in alte lumi din care nu fac parte, cel putin nu in acel moment. Stiu ca tot ce am zis e relativ si intr-o oarecare masura infantil, cine n-a vazut geam spart la viata lui? Si totusi mi se intampla ...mie si altora...sa vizez prin geamuri si ferestre.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uite ce zice tanti asta despre, evident, GEAMURI:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;i&gt;"Ador ferestrele tramvaielor si ale trenurilor. Sa vad ceva dintr-o fereastra mi se pare mult mai placut decat sa vad direct. Atunci, te uitai afara, pe fereastra. Concluzie la pasaj : madam esti in my top 10 femei care si-au trait viata asa cum au vrut, asa cum si trebuie!&lt;br /&gt;

Concluzie la carte:&amp;nbsp; madam esti in my top 5 femei afurisite, dubioase si destepte (nu, nu sunt mare feminista :P ) de la care as vrea sa invat ceva. Nea autorule, super idee ce ai avut, sa-ti traiasca familia, ca obiectiv si rece ai fost si bine ti-a iesit compunerea!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nota: sa va explic, nu cititi recenziile, sunt siropoase, cartea e departe de a fi siropoasa si lacrimogena, romantism, sentimentalism, tragedii si interpretari telenovelistice nu prea gasesti prin ea, numele lui Kafka apare prea des prin comentarii si doar in vreo 20 de pagini din carte, mult marketing, mult, MUUUUULT! Cititi pentu orice alt motiv mai putin picanteriile legate de Kafka - nu exista si nici nu ar fi fost necesare , nah ca mi-am zis si oFfffful :P! &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Baza acestui nepretuit remediu&amp;nbsp; consta in orisice carne de pui ramasa prin frigider - spre exemplu eu am folosit toate oasele de la pieptii de pui folositi la mancarurile de sarbatori &lt;i&gt;[nu iau niciodata pui dezosat, nush de ce am un feeling ca sunt furata :)) si in afara de asta ma gandesc ca puii care au fost dezosati au fost mai degraba ghiftuiti cu diverse ingrasaminte ca sa mai ramana totusi ceva din ei dupa "chirurgie"...ma rog logica mea nu e fundamentata dar n-aveam la ce ma gandi in magazin si am inventat asta... sa-mi fie cu iertare]&lt;/i&gt;. Anyway daca sunteti in magazin mai bine va concentrati sa cumparati urmatoarele decat sa visati la nemurirea puiului ca mine ;))&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Curatati puiul, spalati-l, puneti-l intr-o oala de 5l si acoperiti-l cu apa rece. Puneti-l pe foc si lasati-l sa fiarba pana sa plictiseste sau mai precis pana cand ati apucat sa luati toata spuma si nu da semne ca ar mai avea astfel de intentii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti apoi legumele curatate si spalate (cartoful, morcovul, albitura, cozile de la patrunjel, ardeiul, jumatate de mar si jumatate de ceapa - intregi sau taiate in 2).&amp;nbsp; Lasati sa fiarba bine pana cand legumele se farama usor si carnea se desprinde singura de pe oase. Apa o sa scada cam la jumate pana in acel moment. Lasati sa se racoreasca putin si apoi strecurati supa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Urmeaza triajul : mai precis se aleg din ce a ramas in strecuratoare cartoful, morcovul, albitura, marul si ardeiul - le punem separat si le pasam (pulpa ardeiului se curata usor de pe coaja cu o lingura). Alegem si carnea pe care o vom toca marunt. Ce se mai gaseste prin strecurici se arunca fara mila!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Jumatatea 2 de ceapa se toaca marunt si se pune in tigaie cu untul sau uleiul, se lasa un min cat sa se patrund putin, se pun si ciupercile si un polonic de supa si se mai lasa inca 2-3 min cat sa se inmoaie si ciupercile binisor. Se pun peste piure-ul de legume, adaugam frunzele de busuioc si usturoiul si apoi le punem pe toate in blender pentru ca merita! (pana de curand nu am avut blender asa ca ma rezumam la varianta old school de tocat marunt marunt cu tot cu deshte...nu va sfiiti, are acelasi gust).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Schema finala : puneti treaba asta intr-o cratita sa dea un clocot, amestecati binisor si apoi turnati supa strecurata, mai lasati sa dea un clocot si trageti de pe foc. Lasati sa se raceasca putin.Intr-un castron amestecati smanatana cu ceva patrunjel tocat, sare si piper si un polonic- doua de supa&amp;nbsp; si turnati dressingul asta peste supa , amestecati si acum relaxati-va! Victoria este aproape!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se serveste smechereste cu un fir de ulei de masline, o frunza de busuioc si ceva crutoane langa ......sau doar cu lingura, in functie de "spectatori". Garantez ca nu va trebuie alta mancare!&lt;br /&gt;

Pai &lt;b&gt;1&lt;/b&gt;, ca nu am fost in spiritul Craciunului prea tare si ce bine a fost. Adica am mancat sarmale, am baut vin, am ras, am glumit, am spart bani in magazine pe cadouri, mi-am amintit de tinereturi dar am lasat-o mai moale cu sentimentalismele. Si-a mers!&lt;br /&gt;

N-am mancat ce am gatit = nu m-am indopat = no indigestie = faceti si voi la fel ca e amuzant sa ii vezi pe ceilalti cum iau ranitidine si beau ceai de sunatoare in a doua zi de Craciun!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Trei&lt;/b&gt;, facut karaoke night cu neamurile tinere - frumos frumos, distractie retard dar cu efect de tavaleala prin zapada si miros de vin fiert - am mers la sigur - grup mai dezorganizat ca asta n-am vazut de cand sunt, am avut si audienta deci am avut ocazia sa mai speriem si ingrozim de moarte pe cineva si anul asta , yey!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Patru&lt;/b&gt; - aplicat skillul de evitat discutiile serioase cu parintii, plansetele de inaintea plecarii la Bucuresti exprimate in cantitati industriale de lacrimi si jelituri ale partii feminine a familiei - exagerez dar nu prea mult. Pfiu am scapat fara traume si re-re-re-confirmari ale executarii planurilor stabilite pentru viitorul mai mult sau mai putin apropiat. Doamne ajuta!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Cinci&lt;/b&gt; - evitat filmele cu spirit santaclauzesc - frumoase bre, dar mai lasa-ma ca ma doare capul dupa! Vazut like a xilion Criminal Minds episodes, mai da cu emotia craciunului in mine daca poti, eu tocmai am vazut 5 jumatati de oameni la propriu - trucate dar... Merge bine ca zeama de varza dupa pomana porcului! Am dormit ca un prunc... Sa incep sa imi fac griji...sau sa incepeti voi?? ;)) I still know what you did last summer ! =))&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Sase&lt;/b&gt; (...cai frumosi) -&amp;nbsp; Say NO to slow music, any kind, no reason accepted. Face rau, rau, rau, oricum ai da-o tot in melancolii vascoase si insolubile o dai. So DON'T! {a se evita efectul "Have you ever been so happy that you're sad"}&lt;br /&gt;

Eh si-au mai fost si altele asemenea, prea multe pentru a fi mentionate. Stiu sunt o imatura dar am ales sa fiu o imatura sanatoasa la cap, decat una drunkemo. (Matura n-o sa fiu niciodata decat pentru cei care nu ma cunosc prea bine si nu isi dau seama despre ce e vorba in lumea Tzacalineasca).&lt;br /&gt;

Se iau&amp;nbsp; x piepti de pui unde x = numarul de pers la masa / 2 {adik dintr-un piept ies 2 portii :P }&lt;br /&gt;
Se spala, se dezoseaza, se "fileaza" si subtiaza if necessary cu batausu' batator ninja - ciocanu' de snitele. {Schema de nedezmembrare totala a puiului : se ia felia si se inveleste in folie de plastic si abia apoi se ucide total si definitiv cu ciocanul - nici puiul nu se farama, nici nu raman urme pe tocatorul de lemn = mai sanatos, mai tanar, mai inteligent}&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se ia o legatura de menta de la magazin sau de la congelator , se spala si se toaca marunt. Se pune intr-un castron de plastic sau ceramica, se adauga 3 linguri maricele de mustar clasic, verdeturi de provence sau busuioc, rozmarin, oregano, se mai pun cateva boabe de mustar, cateva boabe de piper - verde eventual, jumatate de lingurita de boia, sare si un iaurt mic (100 ml) . Pentru 4 piepti eu mai pun un pahar cu vin alb, daca aveti mai multa carne puneti si mai mult vin. Se adauga puiul, se ameste binisor si se lasa la marinat cel putin peste seara la loc rece.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se poate face fie pe gratar (unde iese cel mai aromat) sau in tava la cuptor la foc mediu dar in cazul asta puteti scoate iaurtul din "combinatie".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Merge bine cu o salata de rucola si e chiar f light comparativ cu sarmalutele bagate pe gat de toate neamurile pana la ora cinei.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Va doresc sa va puteti opri din mancat si baut la timp!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
P.S: Aviara s-a sacrificat pt porcina. Anyway am fost cuminte se pare, ca mosu a venit si pe la mine ... si ca sa il rasplatesc i-am pus niste ranitidine in ceasca cu lapte, niste zeama de varza pentru mahmureala la pachet, o cafea tare si urmatoarea prajitura pentru care tin sa ii multumesc mamei Oanei: &lt;i&gt;Ma'am you rule!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Prajitura Merry Xmas&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
120 ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
300 g zahar (ar merge bine cel brun dar merge si margaritarul)&lt;br /&gt;
250 g miez de nuca maruntit (sau un mix de samburi de nuci, cajou, migdale si altele asemenea) &lt;br /&gt;
coaja rasa de la 2 portocale&lt;br /&gt;
miezul de la 2 portocale dat prin masina&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de cacao amara buna&lt;br /&gt;
125 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
10 oua&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri cu varf de faina &lt;br /&gt;
o esenta de portocale sau lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
2 esente de rom sau 2 linguri de coniac bun&lt;br /&gt;
zahar vanilat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
un borcan dulceata de coacaze&lt;br /&gt;
glazura de cacao sau frisca pentru ornat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Apa, zaharul, nucile, coaja si zeama de portocale se pun pe foc mic timp de 10 min sa se formeze un sirop omogen si gros. Se ia de pe foc, se adauga cacaoa si untul si se da sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cand se raceste se adauga unul cate unul galbenusurile, esenta de portocale si zaharul vanilat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O tava de cuptor se unge cu margarina si se tapeteaza cu faina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Albusurile se bat spuma tare cu un praf de sare si o lingura de zeama de lamaie. Se adauga si romul si se mai bate putin sa isi recapete consistenta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Albusurile se pun peste amestecul cu cacao, se omogenizeaza usor , se adauga si cele 3 linguri de faina, se amesteca din nou usor si se pune in tava. Se da la cuptorul preincalzit la foc mic (100-140 de grade)timp de 40-50 de min. Se lasa sa se raceasca peste noapte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se taie pe din doua cu un cutit cu zimti, se unge la mijloc cu dulceata de coacaze si se glazureaza. Se da din nou la rece pt cel putin 2 ore si se taie cubulete mici (4x4 cm) si se haleste cu multa pofta! Garantat!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;E iarna deci tot trag spre locuri calduroase si la propriu si la figurat, ceva mai intime decat in alte sezoane, locuri fara pretentii unde sa te poti duce linistit fara ca nimeni sa nu strambe din nas ca arati ca un papusoi dupa furtuna (care si fuse ieri de fapt). &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ceai buuun, ai de unde alege, fetele iti recomanda ceva "baubil" in cazul in care tu nu stii ce sa iei. Bun yogy cu lapte, bun sunshine reggae si altele asemenea. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prajiturele yummy, ca la bunica, de la pachet ce-i drept dar fix ce ti-ai putea dori langa un ceai fierbinte, serbet si dulceturi (capsuni si menta, de vis!) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ca vii ca innamoratu' sau cu gasca nu pleci nemultumit, atmosfera te indeamna la discutii filozofice, la povesti, basme, poante si altele asemenea, apropie oamenii si ii face mai ingaduitori si mai interesati de ce au ceilalti de spus. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Muzica buna, veche, dospita, linistita, la un volum rezonabil care again te transpune in acea stare de bine, de Don't worry be happy, de Dreams aloud, de Return to innocence. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preturi rezonabile, cam 10 lei ceainicul de 2 persoane - in 2 ore beti 2, 5 lei serbetul, 3 lei prajiturelele, servirea rapida, nu am avut surprize.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Ce ar merge schimbat:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; Imi placea mai mult varianta nerenovata, cu aspect de buncar parasit, rosul de pe pereti e un pic cam prea tare, au luat paravanele :(&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ceva perne mai comode, mai inalte, cam amortesti pe actualele. Plus ca imi aduc aminte de saltelele de la sala de sport, verzi, din prelata, hm,, tragedy...&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sa isi faca mai multe meniuri ca cel putin unul sa ramana pe masa dupa ce ai comandat, e enervant cand vine din 5 in 5 min sa vada daca mai ai nevoie de ele, ca da mai ai nevoie de ele, sunt o gramada de amestecuri acolo care merita macar citite :P&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cam atat.&lt;/li&gt;

Adik sa iti si iasa ceva cu gust bun si aspect acceptabil. Dar am reusit ! Surikato esti datoare de cinste!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deci, dupa mult research am gasit cat de cat ceva ce poate sa fie halit si de ai mai pacatosi si de cei mai ambitiosi care se incumeta sa tina postul si anume:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cartofi umpluti &lt;/b&gt;"Yummy" and "Gimme more"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Renumita si datatoarea de dependente ireversibile "&lt;b&gt;Salata de vinete&lt;/b&gt;"&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Voluptoasa "&lt;b&gt;Fasole batuta&lt;/b&gt;" care a depasit proasta reputatie si a fost primita cu multa voiosie si nerabdare de catre "postasi".&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Sa fie primit!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Cartofii umpluti &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
(pentru 4 persoane, 2 cu postul si 2 pacatosi)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4 cartofi albi maricei, sanatosi, spalati ca la nebuni pana cedeaza investigatiei&lt;br /&gt;
2 cepe maricele, eventual una alba, una rosie - tocate marunt&lt;br /&gt;
2 fire ceapa verde - tocate&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 catei de usturoi tocati marunt&lt;br /&gt;
1 leg patrunjel - tocat marunt&lt;br /&gt;
100 g legume congelate sau ceva porumb fiert si mazare fiarta ramase prin congelator&lt;br /&gt;
1 conserva de ciuperci - care se scurge, ciupercile le tocati maruntel&lt;br /&gt;
100 g masline negre feliate&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml rosii pasate sau suc de rosii&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
1 lg faina&lt;br /&gt;
sare, piper, busuioc, tarhon , menta, rozmarin&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: #f3f3f3; color: black;"&gt;Bonus pentru pacatosi&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
ceva mozzarella sau branza de oaie&lt;br /&gt;
3 lg de smantana&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Procedura de tortura:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pai cartofii care dupa cum spuneam trebuie sa fie foarte curati se inteapa cu o furculita si se pun sa fiarba intregi in apa cu sare cam 20 de min (nu trebuie sa se fiarba foarte tare ca sa nu se sfarame cand vor fi scobiti). Se scot, se lasa sa se racoreasca, se taie in jumatate pe lungime and guess what? da ati ghicit se scobesc, cu o lingurita - miezul nu ne intereseaza dar poate folosit la un piure pentru flamanzi :P.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Din treaba asta rezulta 8 "barcute" care se aseaza frumos intr-un port construit dintr-o tava mai maricica in care s-a pus hartie de copt. Vom avea o lupta 4 la 4 intre flota "pacatosilor" si cea a "smeritilor". Let the game begin!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In continuare va infigeti intr-o tigaie mai mare in care puneti 2 linguri de ulei, ceapa in toate variantele ei si lasati sa se inmoaie putin (puteti pune si o cescuta de apa), puneti si legumele congelate si ciupercile si mai lasati vreo 2 minute. Adaugati apoi le usturoius, le patrunjelus, condimentele, faina si umpleti 4 barcute cu jumatate din compozitie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In restul compozitiei puneti branza, amestecati si umpleti si celelalte 4 barcute. Aveti grija sa delimitati cumva "cumva" echipele altfel trupa "smeritilor" va lasa bunele maniere la o parte si va va alerga prin bucatarie ca vreti sa ii "atrageti in pacat". Hi hi!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sosul de rosii se amesteca cu o lingurita de zahar, sare, piper si busuioc si se pune cu lingura deasupra cartofilor. Se incoroneaza totul cu maslinele tocate&amp;nbsp; si firicele de rozmarin (si pentru pacatosi si cu ceva mozzarella).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se da la cuptor la foc mediu pentru jumatate de ora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rezultat : "Smeritii" si-au innecat barcutele cu sos de rosii si "Pacatosii" cu smantana. Scor 0-0.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Salata de vinete&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(cea mai simpla inventie)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se ia din congelator sau de la magazin o punga de vinete de jumatate de kg si se decongeleaza - se toaca marunt "pentru ca merita" si se freaca apoi cu o lingura de lemn, ceva&amp;nbsp; sare si vreo 3 linguri de ulei...puteti pune si mixerul la treaba, pana la urma d-asta l-ati cumparat :P&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se cumpara maioneza vegetala sau se face in casa (cah mie nu imi place nici una dintre cele 13 mii de variante din cartofi, pufuleti si alte aberatii) , se iau vreo 3 linguri generoase si se pun peste vinete. Again da-ti cu mixerul in ele pana cand nu mai rezista si devin oarecum spumoase si albe.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Taiati o ceapa mica marunt marunt si puneti peste treaba de mai sus. Haliti fara grija cu lipie si salata de rosii tocate marunt cu mult patrunjel , sau traditional cu paine si rosii normale la cap.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Fasole batutaaaa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(fara mila)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pai sunt 2 variante una mai grea, una mai simpla, si anume:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ori luati 300 g de fasole alba si 300 g de fasole rosie, le lasati peste noapte in apa&amp;nbsp; sa se inmoaie bine, le puneti la fiert si schimbati apa de cateva ori , pana cand bobul devine f f moale, &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ori cumparati 2 conserve de fasole boabe, una alba - una rosie, le scurgeti si le puneti cu apa sa mai dea un clocot&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;In orice caz, dupa ce le luati de pe foc, le scurgeti bine si le puneti in blender sa se transforme miraculos intr-o pasta....sau le faramati cu un tel = avantaj blender ca nu va munciti si ca nici nu raman cojitele de la boabe prin amestec dar acelasi gust il gasiti in ambele variante.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
{Pentru pacatosi puteti sa puneti si o lingura de unt cand le bateti.}&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 cepe rosii, albe, verzi, de care aveti se toaca marunt si se pun intr-o tigaie cu 2 linguri de ulei si o cescuta de apa sau zeama de la fasole daca ati pastrat, o foaie de dafin si ceva cimbru. Cand se inmoaie puneti si fasolea batuta si eventual o lingura de rosii pasate (daca va place) plus 1 catel de usturoi pisat. Luati de pe foc, adaugati sare si piper si voila, tout est pret.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unii pun ceapa deasupra, mie nu imi place dar se face in halul urmator:&lt;br /&gt;
O ceapa se taie julien, se caleste in ulei , se adauga o lingura de sos de rosii si ceva boia si se toarna deasupra amestecului de mai sus.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru o "toxicitate sporita" se haleste cu salata de varza acra, iar pacatosii pot asezona si cu ceva carnati , dupa placul&amp;nbsp; inimii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sa aveti pofta!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Pai (doamne ce imi mai place cuvantul asta, il iubesc aproape la fel de mult ca pe Deci si Gen), pai azi a nins si a viscolit, toate canalele au fost astupate, toti visatorii au avut ocazia sa isi expuna fanteziile lor neindeplinite din copilarie vis a vis de derdelus, batai cu zapada, izmene inghetate si vin fiert. Eh ce vremuri , eh ce I don't friggin care! I mean people , it's like hell out there , o sa dea masina peste voi ca nu vedeti pe unde mergeti , o sa va rupeti chicerele pe partia facuta de copiii vecinilor, o sa va ramana masina inzapezita si nu v-o scoate nimeni fara rovignetta mai nou ,&amp;nbsp; o sa va spargeti capetele in gropile acoperite de zapada, o sa faceti amigdalita, laringita , viroze , pneumonii si alte gripe neporcine si neaviare. I love Xmas but still...&lt;br /&gt;

Doi: dupa ce ajungi la destinatie te topesti la propriu si la figurat si dupa ce treci de nostalgiile trecutului cu vinul fiert si sarmalutele de langa foc acasa la bunica realizezi ca ai de munca. Mult. Chef ioc. Foame. Prea frig sa te mai induri sa iesi . Pleci acasa pe strazile mult prea (ne)luminate ale capitalei, te latra cainii, te impinge lumea, aluneci pe scarile de la metrou..da da cele scumpe si stralucitoare, ultimul racnet in marmureli si pavaje.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trei: Yes it happened to me ..."pentru ca merit". Ca nu share the joy. Ca sunt Grinch. Adik de ce nu? De ce sa nu cada ditai stalpu cu "Sens Unic" atat de bine infipt in asfalt de edilii locali fix in fata mea? In fata mea cand eu nu vad din cauza viscolului? ...de treci codrii de arama! D-aia!&lt;br /&gt;

M-am saturat de Ozone pus de 4 ori, de Rivers of Babilon, de Macarena , Megamixuri de la Gipsy Kings , best of 80 megamix 1, 2, 3, 4, 2000, YMCA , Meneaito , Tom Jones, Ca la 20 de ani, Sa petrecem pana's zori, mixuri si remixuri la acelasi cantec puse una dupa alta, El Negro ala vechi, Stefan Banica, Tarkan, muzici grecesti, dansul pinguinului! I mean, it's all ok when you're @ party in camin, but still, se presupunea ca suntem oameni cu ceva brain in locul ala deasupra careia se tine umbrela deci logic si normal ar fi sa faci ceva research, vezi media de varsta, intrebi organizatorul una alta, mai dai un search pe gugle poate iti mai vin idei, mai vezi cum au facut altii, etc....Retard sa fi si pun mana in foc ca ti-ar iesi much better, parol, pe cuvant de cercetas.&lt;br /&gt;
