Fiquei com hipoglicemia, é lógico, e eles me davam glicose pelo cateter.<br /> <br /> No penúltimo dia, &nbsp;quando disse que não conseguia comer aquela comida, a nutricionista veio falar comigo e autorizou uma dieta mais "caseira" e calórica.<br /> <br /> De manhãzinha, vieram medir a glicose e deu muito baixa (59) e quando a enfermeira disse que ia me dar mais glicose eu disse que não queria e só aí ela disse que poderia me dar 1 suco de laranja no lugar. de muitas sessões da quimio Navelbine que não me causou nenhum efeito colateral, minha médica achou melhor mudar para o remédio que se chama Xeloda.<br /> <br /> São comprimidos que eu podia tomar em casa, 6 por dia, e só iria voltar no hospital para tomar o remédio para os ossos e para limpar o portocatch.<br /> <br /> Achei bom poder tomar a quimio em casa, mas mal sabia o transtorno que isso iria produzir no meu organismo.<br /> <br /> Eu já estava tomando 11 comprimidos e mais os 6 da quimio, totalizou 17 por dia.<br /> <br /> Depois dos primeiros dias que comecei a tomar, fiquei tão fraca que não consegui levantar da cama por 3 dias e em seguida, fiquei com uma diarréia que acabou comigo.<br /> <br /> Mesmo assim, tomei os comprimidos por 15 dias e descansei uma semana, cuidando da diarréia com alimentação.<br /> <br /> Nesse meio tempo, a médica me encaminhou para uma consulta com um cirurgião oncológico para fazer uma "higienização" no tumor que estava no músculo peitoral e que apresentava no seu centro uma camada amarelada.<br /> <br /> Ele disse que seria uma pequena cirurgia &nbsp;e que talvez só fosse dar uma anestesia local e que no dia seguinte eu eria alta.<br /> <br /> Fiz os exames pré-operatórios e quando levei prá ele , ele resolveu que seria anestesia geral e que devido ao local já ter sido radiado poderia soltar alguns pontos porque a pele estava muito fina.<br /> <br /> Então, no dia 26 de fevereiro fui internada para a operação.<br /> <br /> No dia seguinte, o médico foi no quarto e me disse que tirou todo o tumor, inclusive um pedaço do músculo peitoral, mas que eu podia ter alta hospitalar.<br /> <br /> Fui para casa e dormi bem naquela noite, mas no dia seguinte quando levantei da cama a &nbsp;diarréia voltou e eu perdi os sentidos.<br /> <br /> Só sei que chamaram a ambulância e me levaram para o pronto socorro do Hospital Ana Costa.<br /> <br /> Eu não lembro de nada nesse meio tempo e só recobrei os sentidos bem depois, só dizia que queria ir embora, até que me internaram e fiquei com uma máscara de oxigênio porque não estava conseguindo respirar direito.<br /> <br /> Passei o carnaval todo no hospital, usando fralda, sem conseguir comer e com os pontos abrindo a cada dia que passava.<br /> <br /> Minhas filhas se revesavam para me fazer companhia e cuidar de mim no hospital.<br /> <br /> Não &nbsp;sei como agradecer tanta dedicação que as 3 demonstraram nesse momento tão difícil.<br /> <br /> Tive alta na quara-feira de cinzas com a responsabilidade das minhas filhas fazerem o curativo da operação em casa, só que os pontos foram abrindo a cada dia mais e formou um "buraco" bem grande e fundo, mais ou menos 10 x 6 x 1 cm.<br /> <br /> A primeira a fazer o curativo foi minha filha Joana que, deixava minha netinha com a sogra e vinha todo dia em casa &nbsp;prá fazer o curativo &nbsp;e ajudar no que fosse preciso.<br /> <br /> Minha filha Júlia que mora em São Paulo, também deixou &nbsp;sua casa e veio cuidar de mim, fazendo o curativo por alguns dias.<br /> <br /> E por fim, quando minha filha Júlia voltou para São Paulo, "sobrou" para minha filha Ana Flora fazer o curativo, que tinha medo só de olhar para ele.<br /> <br /> Em casa, voltei a comer melhor e minha filha Ana Flora fez uma dieta só com alimentos que "seguram" o intestino e foi assim que passou a diarréia e pude me "livrar" da fralda.<br /> <br /> Estou voltando no hospital toda sexta-feira para que o médico refaça o curativo e possa acompanhar o preenchimento do "buraco".<br /> <br /> Até agora está sendo preenchido muito lentamente, mas temos de ter paciência e agradecer a Deus porque não sinto nenhuma dor.<br /> <br /> E que Deus abençoe minhas 3 filhas pela dedicação e amor demonstrado &nbsp;por mim nesse momento class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Ao começar o tratamento fisioterápico com eletrodos, a dor era tanta que eu chorava o tempo todo e a fisioterapeuta me encaminhou novamente ao médico para pedir uma tomografia, que ao ver o resultado do exame me disse que eu estava com "lesões líticas na &nbsp;coluna cervical", ou seja METÁSTASE ÓSSEA e me encaminhou ao acontecia com meu pai.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Além de ser viciado em jogo (cartas e corridas de cavalos) o consumo de álcool agravava ainda mais a situação e quando ele chegava em casa, depois de ter perdido todo o seu dinheiro, começavam as brigas que sempre acabam com meu pai agredindo minha mãe fisicamente.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Eu assisti todas...</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Isso deixou marcas profundas na minha alma, porque por mais que eu amava meu pai e sabia que ele me amava e que aquela agressão era somente &nbsp;contra a minha mãe, o que os meus olhos viram jamais foram apagados da minha memória.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> As vezes &nbsp;ele batia tanto nela que ela ficava desfigurada...</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Outras vezes, &nbsp;quando eu voltava da escola, de longe ouvia os gritos da minha mãe e já imaginava ele batendo nela...o coração disparava e eu tremia....e quando entrava em casa, via que ele nem estava lá...</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Puro trauma de uma criança que via a violência contra a sua mãe e era impotente para mudar essa situação.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Isso criou o meu próprio "lado sombra" quando não pude reconhecer, dentro de mim, o medo e a raiva que sentia.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Esse medo que me bloqueou em muitas situações na vida e essa raiva que se transformou numa energia auto-destrutiva que ficou latente por muitos anos dentro de mim.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Quando o meu pai perdia todo o dinheiro no jogo e não tinha coragem de voltar para casa, a gente ficava meses sem saber onde ele estava e numa ocasião, minha mãe foi obrigada a deixar cada filho com uma tia para poder trabalhar numa outra cidade, onde meus avós foram morar.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Sei que isso não afetou só a mim, mas meus irmãos também.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> A última vez que isso aconteceu, minha mãe tinha mais de 60 anos e tinha acabado de ganhar de presente da minha tia, uma viagem para Caldas Novas em sua companhia.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Ela estava muito feliz porque seria a primeira vez que iria se hospedar num hotel.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Mas...uma semana antes o meu pai "sumiu" e a viagem não se concretizou e ficamos meses sem saber onde ele estava.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Logo depois disso, minha mãe pegou uma pneumonia (que na metafísica está relacionada com tristeza) e por causa da baixa no sistema imunológico...meses mais tarde...foi diagnosticada com câncer linfático.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Nessa época ela morava em Praia Grande e teve de se mudar para a casa da minha irmã em Santo André para fazer uma cirurgia de retirada de um nódulo no timo e fazer o tratamento de químioterapia, mas depois de 3 anos,&nbsp;surgiu um tumor no cérebro &nbsp;que foi tratado com radioterapia.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Dava dó de ver aquela mulher que adorava dançar, falar, fazer crochê e palavras cruzadas, balbuciando palavras incompreensíveis, sem ao menos conseguir se comunicar pela escrita.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> E aos 66 anos, depois de ter feito todo o tratamento direitinho, ela faleceu.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> Eu sempre falei que ela não morreu por causa do câncer, mas das sequelas do tratamento e que o que desencadeou a sua doença foi o trauma do último abandono do meu pai e ver o seu sonho desfeito.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> E esse foi o motivo pelo qual eu preferi optar por outras terapias, quando tive o diagnóstico de câncer de mama, as quais descreverei em outro post.</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> O que eu não podia imaginar, era que um terremoto estava se formando lentamente e eu teria de enfrentar um tsunami que viria me atingir em cheio, destruindo tudo o que consegui construir de mais positivo na minha vida, apagando minha "Luz" e abrindo a "Caixa de Pandora" onde eu havia escondido minha "Sombra" que eu tanto tentava negar.<br /> <br /> Ah! text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family: inherit;">Quando minhas filhas eram pequenas eu dizia: de semana tem de comer arroz integral, feijão, saladas de folhas ou de legumes, carne, macarrão, purê, ovos, frutas, sucos, aveia, germe de trigo...etc... e só aos sábados que elas podiam comer um pouco de "porcaritos", como pizza, hamburger (que muitas vezes eu mesmo fazia com carne moída), bolachas, refrigerantes (que também às vezes eu mesma fazia com água gasosa e suco de laranja ou limão)...etc...</span></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; ele via que uma galinha estava para botar ovos, me chamava e dizia para por a mão em baixo e pegar o ovo, que saia ainda meio mole e quentinho, e depois colocava sobre os meus olhos dizendo que aquele "palming", que é a técnica de cobrir os olhos com as mãos por alguns momentos, para que o calor e a escuridão possam descansar e aliviar a visão, lembro dele.</div> <div class="separator" um galhinho de uma rosa colorida e "enxertava" no pé de rosa branca ou de outra cor (tinha a técnica certa para fazer isso)...e surpresa...quando a rosa brotava...estava mesclada!</div> <div both; text-align: center;"> Elas também viveram uma boa parte disso e gostavam de comer as folhas de hortelã, manjericão, erva-doce, etc...direto da planta.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Sempre tivemos animais de criação andando pelo quintal, galinha e pintinhos, patos, center;"> Elas também tiveram muito contato com a natureza porque íamos a parques fazer pique-niques, pescar, desenhar ao ar livre, caminhadas de observação da vegetação, pisando diferentes tipos de solo com os pés descalços, observando o comportamento dos animais em zoológicos, como também nas férias, quando passávamos horas andando na praia colhendo conchas ou observando os "tatuzinhos" e as width="212" /></a></div> <br /> Em comemoração ao OUTUBRO ROSA, campanha que incentiva o auto-exame e a detecção precoce do câncer de mama, resolvi deixar aqui registrada minha história com essa doença que, mesmo sendo considerada crônica e malígna, tem me ensinado grandes lições e ajudado a fazer muitas transformações dentro de mim que estão refletindo positivamente na minha vida e na minha família.<br /> <br /> Há 4 anos atrás (2008), fazendo o auto-exame, encontrei na minha mama direita um nódulo do tamanho de uma ervilha;<br /> <br /> Depois de 4 meses consegui fazer uma mamografia cujo resultado foi somente uma orientação para que fizesse outra depois de 1 ano.<br /> <br /> Fiquei feliz!<br /> <br /> Nesse meio tempo o nódulo foi crescendo...crescendo...e procurei o serviço público de saúde novamente sendo encaminhada &nbsp;para fazer um ultrassom, o que levou mais alguns meses.<br /> <br /> Em julho de 2009, com o resultado do ultrassom, que apenas identificou um nódulo à ser investigado, fiquei na fila de espera para uma consulta com um mastologista num hospital em Santos para marcar a operação.<br /> <br /> Em novembro consegui a consulta e a médica pediu uma biópsia, cujo resultado só revelou presença de gordura.<br /> <br /> Fique feliz novamente!<br /> <br /> Fiz vários exames pré-operatórios e no exame de sangue constataram que eu estava com anemia profunda, decorrente de vários meses de menstruação abundante e perda de muito sangue, devido à menopausa tardia (eu estava com quase 57 anos e ainda menstruava).<br /> <br /> Nessa data, o nódulo já estava do tamanho de uma azeitona e não sei porque o governo gasta tanto dinheiro em propaganda em tv, rádio, jornal, revista e outros meios de comunicação, incentivam o auto-exame e a mamografia para que se possa detectar precocemente qualquer nódulo, se depois a gente fica numa fila de espera para uma simples consulta com um mastologista, que pede mais um monte de exames cujos resultados também demoram a sair e quando você já tá com tudo na mão, sua cirurgia só é marcada prá depois de mais 3 meses,<br /> <br /> Por fim, em fevereiro de 2010, apesar de ter tomado 5 injeções de ferro na tentativa de diminuir a anemia, fui internada para operar mas cancelaram a operação por que ainda o índice estava baixo e voltei para casa.<br /> <br /> Em março, fui internada mais uma vez para operar e precisei tomar mais 2 litros de sangue para poder ir mais forte &nbsp;para a mesa de operação.<br /> <br /> Detalhe: no dia da operação eu estava menstruada...rsrsrs...<br /> <br /> A médica fez o quadrante, ou seja, retirou só uma parte da mama junto com o nódulo e enviou para a biópsia.<br /> <br /> Dormi 2 noites no hospital e no terceiro dia já voltei para casa, com aquele desagradável dreno e passados uns 3 ou 4 dias o mesmo&nbsp;entupiu e comecei a sentir muita dor.<br /> <br /> Fui à dois pronto-socorros em Praia Grande e ninguém quis por a mão ali e tive de passar mais uma &nbsp;noite com muita dor.<br /> <br /> O dreno só foi retirado no dia seguinte pela própria médica que me operou.<br /> <br /> Depois disso ficou tudo bem e a cicatrização do corte foi bem rápida porque passei pomada de calêndula e eu mesma fazia massagem linfática para drenar o resto de líquido que ainda estava por dento da mama,<br /> <br /> Algum tempo depois eu já estava usando vestidos de alcinha sem que se percebesse os pontos.<br /> <br /> Quando fui encaminhada para a oncologista, ela disse que o nódulo era malígno e eu teria de fazer o tratamento com quimioterapia e radioterapia.<br /> <br /> Eu tenho trauma desse tratamento desde que minha mãe teve câncer, fez todo o tratamento, sofreu muito e morreu &nbsp;mesmo assim.<br /> <br /> Eu sempre achei que o que matou ela não foi o câncer, mas o tratamento que acabou com o seu sistema imunológico e ela não resistiu.<br /> <br /> Refiz todos os exames 3 meses depois e como não foram encontradas quaisquer anomalias decidi não fazer o tratamento com a medicina convencional e optei por um tratamento natural para reforçar o meu sistema imunológico, o emocional, o mental e o espiritual.<br /> <br /> Mas
