Esto se debe a sus propiedades antioxidantes y su alta capacidad hidratante, ya que contiene un 92% de agua, aporta vitaminas, minerales, antioxidantes naturales y otros compuestos nutritivos imprescindibles.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Según este estudio, la cerveza también ayuda a reducir los factores de riesgo de ciertas enfermedades como las cardiovasculares así como proteger al organismo de la oxidación de las células. Además destacan que también aporta beneficios psicológicos, ya que el sabor de la cerveza logra evocar a la juventud y sirve para alejarse de la monotonía.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

AJO A LA COMENDADORA &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes para 4 personas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
½ Kg. de pan asentado. &lt;br /&gt;
4 tomates maduros. &lt;br /&gt;
2 pimientos verdes. &lt;br /&gt;
6 dientes de ajo. &lt;br /&gt;
2 vasos de aceite de oliva virgen &lt;br /&gt;
Sal, chorizo y huevos para decorar. &lt;br /&gt;
Elaboración:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rehogar el pan, previamente cortado a mano en trocitos, durante 5 minutos en sartén con una cucharada de aceite, agregar los tomates pelados y sin semillas durante 10 minutos. En mortero machacar con un poco de sal los dientes de ajo pelados y los pimientos, hasta obtener una pasta que se añadirá a los tomates y rehogar 3 minutos mas, terminando de incorporar el resto del aceite. Servir en cuencos y adornar con rodajas de chorizo y huevo duro.&lt;br /&gt;
