I use pocket note books obsessively every day.Weather it's a pinstriping design or Monster Kolor order. Field Notes brand of pocket note books help me stay on my game.

Ran these through the factory awhile ago. ESC Toy x Monster Kolor "Bloody Dizign" This colorway is so rad to me because Erick himself is directing the colorways and he is leaving it up to me to handle the rest.

Matt Walker of Monster Kolor has worked closely with each of these influential artists to develop colors that represent their personal styles. Each color is something they use when producing their awesome toys. In addition to the colors themselves, each artist has designed their own custom Monster Kolor label for their colors.

Big Daddy Roth

I have had been wanting post this for a long time. Enjoy the ride!

Ed 'Big Daddy" Roth to me is a huge influence in my daily art ventures. While he was on this place we call "earth" he left his mark through his various mediums. Kustom Cars, Pinstriping, T-Shirt Art, Underground shenanigans just to name a few.
I can remember reading his books that you would send away for while I was learning to pinstripe. He had many crazy stories written in them about life on the road as a traveling artist.
Below are some of my favorite pictures of Ed and his creations.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't dream of outer space. For those of you that know me I'm a bit of a sucker for spacemen & woman along with classic aliens.

The Outer Space Men originally designed by master artist Mel Birnkrant.

Enjoy the pic of a mix of the toys.

Another Toy line that is a huge influence on me is "Billy Blastoff" Hands down Billy is the number one inspiration for my Cosmic Squadron toy line.

Do yourself a favor and do a websearch on both of these toy lines and educate yourself. You'll be glad you did!

Monster Kolor Invades Austrailia

"Owned and operated by Shane Haddy, Hints and Spices is an emerging Adelaide design studio with a main focus on toy design. Please join in on the festivities by celebrating their launch."

I have been in preparation of producing designer toys for some time and will be officially launching my studio 'Hints and Spices' on the 28th of May. At this launch there will be exclusives, original toys, prints, customs, plush, prototypes and more!

The main theme of the show is to educate people in the appreciation of designer toys. Come along, have a drink, have a chat and check out what Hints and Spices is all about!

To celebrate our launch, we have teamed up with Dead Presidents Designs to present a limited edition release of Monster Kolor paints. I am very proud to announce the “Hints and Spices – Monster Kolor Sample kit” which will only available at our launch event*.

There will be 10 ½ oz kits available, each one unique with some never before seen colours and lab only variants!
Each kit contains 2 colours, 1 pearl, 1 c-through and comes with a clear coat setup and mixing cups.

The intent of making every sample kit unique was to introduce everyone to a variety of Monster Kolor paints while encourage people to setup meets for swaps, trades and colours mixes. Knowing what will be in these sets, I think I will be making friends with anyone who buys a kit so I can try out all the colours!
