Eco Zoo is a fantastic Japanese Flash site, easy to use and very smooth! It allows you to visit a series of animal characters housed at different levels in a simple tree.

Wow! It is very interesting when you open a book.. It can teach you learn about how to take care the environment 'Green Earth' :) You can see each character's story when you visit them..

Each character has a “pop-up” book which displays different scenarios in which you can learn some eco-tips. It’s worth a quick visit if anything!

Lady Murasaki Bot Recites Tale of Genji

Wow! This is one cute looking robot! It is very small robot like the real doll, but its modeled after 10th century noblewoman Lady Murasaki Shikibu. I wonder if this robot can speak with you? It can tell a story about The Tale of Genji!

She reads you her famous novel Tale of Genji via an internal MP3 player while making relevant gestures from her era to emphasise dramatic moments.

Exclusive News for Manga Readers and Fans!

This time, the technology has been pacing soon as the gaming console Wii happened to have a development and evolution into manga reading panel! O_O Perhaps you know, PSP was an alternative platform to read manga before. Seem like Nintendo and Sony have a rivalry. =D

Recently, four Japanese manga comic publishers Kadokawa, Kodansha, Shueisha and Shogakukan have launched a joint venture named Librica to supply comics and manga through Wii Ware software channel in a digital form.

Oh my, the sales of the gaming console Wii are kept increasing and approaching to the success until it grabbed the attention of US comic publishers like Marvel Comics who has enabled Marvel Comic Digital Comics to be read online. Wow, this is getting more challenging!!

Now I have doubt in my mind... Will this Nintendo WiiWare be expanded to Malaysian marketing? And will it be downloaded for free of charge?

Nowadays, the designers like to try to help the disability person with their creative idea, it make them take a challenge to to create new product/gadget which can support the disability community..I found one interesting gadget for Deaf from the blog; "Yanko Design". I let you all can try to see how about this Shake-Up headphone can used fpr deaf community..

Designer: Pierre-Antoine Bouzard

The gift of hearing is one of those we all take for granted everyday, and designer Pierre-Antoine Bouzard is contributing his part to help the deaf of the world share and “feel” the gift of music. His headphone design called “Shake-Up!” is intended to use vibration to basically pound the crap out of deaf people’s heads. I would imagine that would feel like strapping a vibrator to one’s head.. I think that it is more like cool fashion style for the deaf person can enjoy to wear headphone when they are shopping or etc.. But, a deaf person can feel the vibration when the people walk near him/her? Or it is used for listening the music from anywhere or what? This Shake-Up headphone design don't have many functions..I think that music to deaf people is all about same vibrations only! They need to understand different of sound 'music' if they wear one?

Digital Pot

If only plants could speak, it would be so much easier to take care of them. That's why I found a cute product which is amazing and named "Digital Pot" by the designer, Junyi Heo. The Digital Pot were designed to relay the needs of individual plants through an interactive display of simulated plant ‘facial expressions’, this idea just might make green thumbs out of the most challenged window gardeners. They try to make the plants speak might be a bit challenging, but with such a cute face on this design.. It reminded me about my project 'i-companion' - which made me think of an idea about how a friendly product can make people happy and at same time they can play with it.

The Digital Pot can only be described as the next evolution in potted plant technology. The vessel is filled with moisture, temperature and soil sensors that can determine whether or not the plant’s basic need are being properly met. While a simple red light could’ve done the trick, Junyi went a step further and added an LCD screen to the side of the pot than lets the plant’s status be told by different facial expressions. The very sleek looking pot measures soil conditions, temperature, humidity, and water - calculates those variables based on the need of said plant, and expresses its condition via a series of pictograms on an LCD Display.

But, it really need to use and connect to the USB interface so it can be charged and the pertinent information can be transmitted to and from computer software as well. Just connect to your computer to download information.. So , I think that it is a better way which you can put on the desk computer. It can make you feel and like to play with it, so it will help to reduce your stress when you are working at home..

Hey, it's eventually our delightful pleasure to announce that a new blog namely G-SWITCH has been created as a new division under DEAFZ MIX. At G-Switch, we are dedicated to bring all of you the best that G-Switch has to provide some latest news and information related to technology, gadgets and some invention. Besides that, we may supply all of you with some interesting trivial facts that you never heard before. Of course, the information we provide in this G-Switch should be useful to the deafz especially in life, i.e what the deafz can do with this gadget until they think it's really useful for the deaf community.

Not forgetting about the importance of environment, we wish to bring it up to G-Switch with only desire and hope to keep the green being alive still in this world. We noticed that the ratio of the environmental crisis has almost reached the "dangerous" level. However, thanks to people who are working their effort to prevent the crisis from getting worsen, this environmental issue can be solved with their help. With the establishment of G-Switch, we will provide all of you with some useful tips on how to take care and avoid from affecting the environment from using the technology or some inventions.

Last but not least, we would like to introduce our very own Mascots from G-Switch community to all of you. However, their role in this G-Switch are still unknown, will be unveiled in near future.

RYUICHI is the main male character in G-Switch, belongs to "Leaf Soul" race. He is one of the Earth protectors and certainly a trustworthy HERO for the environmental included the greenies. The odd thing about him is that he loves technology and some cute invention and yeah he is addicted to them. He however, never forget his responsibility - has always check whether the inventions has to be suitable to use in this environment or not. To ensure this task to be carried on, he needs Twin Hammer as his weapon and Stamp whether to give "Approval" or "Reject" on the invention.

MIYUKI, a main female character and being a "Leaf Soul", who is Ryuichi's sister with a "princess" attitude. Like Ryuichi, she is one of the Earth protector and mostly a friendly heroine who possesses an esper ability which allows her to see what is happening through the nature or the plantas even only a leaf. This ability also enables her to communicate with the nature. Just a touch on a plant, she can understand its language and emotion. While doing her task, she wields an Oak Staff and she can channel her magic spell through Oak Staff to protect the plants she loves.

AFRO-KUN, who comes from a neighbour countryside, is a very old yet experienced and wise "Wood God" who knows all-of-everything happened in this world and in the past. He acts like a commander to Ryuichi and Miyuki and he gives them some tasks that needed their ability and power to protect the environment and nature from being affected with abnormal and negative statues. Unknownst to Ryuichi and Miyuki, he has a immense power which can change the future of this Earth by leading the Earth to a deadly destruction or a new creation. Luckily what kind of his power is still a mystery.
