We have survived the launch and the 1st week of PPSR and now we know we can survive anything. It is obvious to everyone that the Attorney General’s Department failed to deliver a satisfactory result even after 4 years of planning.

We hope that some time in the near future a person or persons is called to account because they certainly would be in any successful private enterprise.

What we did see last week was how dedicated our staff are to our dealers and each other. Getting PPSR transacting and then getting it live for our dealers used enormous technical and human resources and I am proud to say our people delivered. I am certain that we have the best people in the Australian dealer market and now they have an “Oscar” on their desk to prove it.

Thank you also to existing and new dealers that chose to trust us with their PPSR business.  Thank you for being so patient as we worked through the issues in the first week. We will continue to work hard to keep your business and we look forward watching the benefits of a national database become part of the way you do business.

From Monday January 30^th 2012 Motor Dealers will need to protect themselves under the new PPS legislation that replaces REVS right around Australia.

In this 3rd video of practical PPSR examples we present the processes and possible complications when selling to Fleet Companies. This presents dealerships with a real risk vs reward decision to make, the video explains why.

This was the practical example we liked presenting the most because it caused audiences to really consider the changes that PPSR  bring to the important relationship dealerships have with those volume  and no gross clients.
