<p>Wondering what the Fresh 100 is?  The Fresh 100 is something very exclusive and important to DecimaDesigns.  What do you hate the most about clothing?  Well we asked ourselves this very question.  To us, it&#8217;s very annoying when you buy something, and then you see somebody with the exact same thing the next day.  Well, we made the Fresh 100 to change that.</p>
<p>Each month we release a few different products which are very special.  Each product is only manufactured 100 times, and after these 100 are sold, there will NEVER be another one sold ever again.  That means you have an exclusive product that almost nobody else has.  Pretty cool huh?  These products are usually unique colors or designs on existing products, or sometimes they are completely new products.  So maybe one week we release our top selling hoodie in a color never released before and never to be released again.  Next month maybe it&#8217;ll be a brand new jacket, who knows.</p>

A: We are able to accept orders within the US and Canada.  We are currently working on accepting international shipping.</span></p>
<p><strong>Q: How do I know my order went through?</strong><br />
A: After you order you should be presented with a page thanking you for your order.  You will also receive an email that shows what you order.  This functions as an online receipt for your own records.  If a tracking number is available it will be emailed to you.  If you have questions about your order please email us or click the live help link.</p>
<p><strong>Q: How can I track the shipping of my order?</strong><br />
A: If a tracking number is available it will be shipping to you along with your digital receipt.  Please note that not all shipping companies offer tracking on their shipments.  You are free to contact us if you have any questions about your shipment or shipping in general.</p>
<p><strong>Q: How do I place a  gift order?  Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?</strong><br />
A: We do allow shipping to separate addresses.  This is often used for gift purposes.  If you would like a gift receipt, or to have an item wrapped, please say so in the comments section during checkout.</p>
<p><strong>Q:  Can I purchase or redeem a Gift Card online?</strong><br />
A: <span style="color: #000000;">We currently do not offer digital gift cards.  The option of buying and redeeming gift cards on DecimaDesigns.net should be working by the Fall of 2010.</span></p>

</strong>A: When items are out of stock, the &#8220;add to cart&#8221; function is disabled.  We currently do not offer rain checks or any sort of back orders on sales or normal merchandise. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial;"><strong>Q:  What if my package is returned to shipper?<br />
</strong>A: <span style="font-size: x-small;">Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When  the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund on the product.  However, we cannot offer a refund on shipping do to fraudulent orders and addresses.</span><br />

We currently only offer one shipping option.  We ship via USPS&#8217;s SmartPost.  Items are expected to arrive 5-8 days after they are shipped.  We have this option because it is the cheapest and easiest method for our customers.</p>

We ship your items within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.  Shipping time is generally 5-8 days.  You can usually expect to receive your item in 6-9 days at the time your order.</p>
<p>SHIPPING LOCATIONS<br />
We ship to the 50 states in the US.  We currently do not offer international shipping.</p>
<p>SHIPMENT TRACKING<br />
We are usually provided a tracking number for your shipment, however, sometimes we aren&#8217;t able to obtain one.  If we do have a tracking number for your purchase, it will be emailed to you within 24 of your package being shipped.</p>
<p><strong>Q: Can I pay extra for a different shipping method?</strong><br />
A: Yes, if you send us an email before your order we can get a different shipping method setup for you.</p>
<p><strong>Q: My package isn&#8217;t here yet.  How can I check the location of it?</strong><br />
A: We are usually able to provide a tracking number for your order.  If a number is available, it will be emailed to you as soon as your item(s) are shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number, or we do not have one available, you are always welcome to email us and we can check the location of your shipment.</p>
<p>PAYMENT METHODS<br />
We are currently partnered with <a href="http://www.paypal.com" />PayPal</a> in order to handle payments.  Through PayPal we accept all major credit cards, as well as standard PayPal payments. Refunds  and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. DecimaDesigns will pay  to ship items processed as exchanges to you.  Remember, we do NOT refund shipping costs.</p>
