Wondering what the Fresh 100 is?  The Fresh 100 is something very exclusive and important to DecimaDesigns.  What do you hate the most about clothing?  Well we asked ourselves this very question.  To us, it’s very annoying when you buy something, and then you see somebody with the exact same thing the next day.  Well, we made the Fresh 100 to change that.

Each month we release a few different products which are very special.  Each product is only manufactured 100 times, and after these 100 are sold, there will NEVER be another one sold ever again.  That means you have an exclusive product that almost nobody else has.  Pretty cool huh?  These products are usually unique colors or designs on existing products, or sometimes they are completely new products.  So maybe one week we release our top selling hoodie in a color never released before and never to be released again.  Next month maybe it’ll be a brand new jacket, who knows.

We currently do not offer any kind of physical or digital gift card.  We are in the process of setting up this system.

We currently only offer shipping to the US and Canada.  We hope that in the future we will be able to offer international shipping.

Q: Where does DecimaDesigns.net accept orders from?
A: We are able to accept orders within the US and Canada.  We are currently working on accepting international shipping.

Q: How do I know my order went through?
A: After you order you should be presented with a page thanking you for your order.  You will also receive an email that shows what you order.  This functions as an online receipt for your own records.  If a tracking number is available it will be emailed to you.  If you have questions about your order please email us or click the live help link.

Q: How can I track the shipping of my order?
A: If a tracking number is available it will be shipping to you along with your digital receipt.  Please note that not all shipping companies offer tracking on their shipments.  You are free to contact us if you have any questions about your shipment or shipping in general.

Q: How do I place a gift order?  Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?
A: We do allow shipping to separate addresses.  This is often used for gift purposes.  If you would like a gift receipt, or to have an item wrapped, please say so in the comments section during checkout.

Q: Can I purchase or redeem a Gift Card online?
A: We currently do not offer digital gift cards.  The option of buying and redeeming gift cards on DecimaDesigns.net should be working by the Fall of 2010.

Q: Can I get a rain check or back order items that are out of stock?
A: When items are out of stock, the “add to cart” function is disabled.  We currently do not offer rain checks or any sort of back orders on sales or normal merchandise.

Q: What if my package is returned to shipper?
A: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund on the product.  However, we cannot offer a refund on shipping do to fraudulent orders and addresses.

Q: Can I buy products I see on DecimaDesigns.net anywhere else?
A: We currently do not sell in any physical retail locations.  However, we do sell through Amazon and Ebay.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will vary on each item depending on the weight and size of that particular item. Generally the cost for a single item’s shipping will not exceed $15.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently only offer one shipping option. We ship via USPS’s SmartPost. Items are expected to arrive 5-8 days after they are shipped. We have this option because it is the cheapest and easiest method for our customers.

SHIPPING TIME
We ship your items within 24 hours of a confirmed payment. Shipping time is generally 5-8 days. You can usually expect to receive your item in 6-9 days at the time your order.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship to the 50 states in the US. We currently do not offer international shipping.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
We are usually provided a tracking number for your shipment, however, sometimes we aren’t able to obtain one. If we do have a tracking number for your purchase, it will be emailed to you within 24 of your package being shipped.

Q: Can I pay extra for a different shipping method?
A: Yes, if you send us an email before your order we can get a different shipping method setup for you.

Q: My package isn’t here yet. How can I check the location of it?
A: We are usually able to provide a tracking number for your order. If a number is available, it will be emailed to you as soon as your item(s) are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, or we do not have one available, you are always welcome to email us and we can check the location of your shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS
We are currently partnered with PayPal in order to handle payments. Through PayPal we accept all major credit cards, as well as standard PayPal payments. If you are interested in learning more about PayPal’s buyer protection, you can read more HERE.

TAX
At this time we do not charge sales tax to any buyer.

Q: Can I pay using a check or money order?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer any alternative payment methods. We are with PayPal to ensure a safe transaction for both the buyer and ourselves.

Q: When is my credit card billed?
A: Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No, your can purchase any number of items. However, a higher quantity of items will generally give you a better shipping rate per item.

RETURN POLICY
DecimaDesigns.net only offers returns/exchanges on merchandise that has not been washed, ruined, or damaged in any way.  All original tags must be attached and the original receipt must be shown.  Returns/exchanges can only be done online, due to the fact that as of now we do not have any retail stores or outlets.  Items such as swimsuits, undergarments, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are NOT refunded.

RETURNS TO A STORE
Unfortunately, we only offer returns through our website.  We do not have any retail stores or outlets.

RETURN/EXCHANGE TIME
Return/Exchange time can vary depending on several factors.  Generally returns can take anywhere from 4-6 business days, and exchanges can take anywhere from 8-12 business days.  Please keep in mind that we are located in Vancouver, WA and the distance from us to you will impact the return/exchange time.  Fasting shipping methods, such as overnight, can be used, however, you must both request and pay for these services. Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. DecimaDesigns will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you.  Remember, we do NOT refund shipping costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITHOUT RECEIPT
We cannot refund an item without a receipt.  We can, however, try to exchange your product or give you store credit.  This will go by a case-to-case basis so not every exchange will be guaranteed. Items must be in NEW condition with absolutely no signs of wear or use.  Original tags must also be on the product.

GIFT RETURNS
We only offer returns if you have a receipt.  Gift receipts are available upon requests.  If you do not have a receipt we can either give you store credit or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Items must be in NEW condition with absolutely no signs of wear or use.  Original tags must also be on the product.
