My first ever trip started from my home town in Guna. Guna to Indore then Indore to Jaipur and to the destination finally, Banasthali.

The adventure started as me and my sister's head out for the bus stand, okay FYI I have motion sickness and a journey of almost 12hrs from the bus was already a misery. At 10 pm at night on 18th of Sep, while we were boarding the bus, my ironed white top and the bag I had recently washed was smeared in muddy rainwater from the rope another bus driver was using. Uh! Whatever I cleaned my hands and boarded the bus in those same clothes, and they still lay in my cupboard unwashed 😂 Yeah.

Me and my sister chatted for a while, I had a lower seat and hers was upper. She told me never to book a lower seat on a bus because you'll never get the beautiful picture of nature, so I seized the opportunity and took the upper berth :p. The City Lights at the night kept me from dozing.

We were travelling to Banasthali, Rajasthan to attend my sister's convocation. I would be meeting her friends for the very first time, I've known them for quite a long time but haven't met them. They are extremely cool people, I loved how they dressed, looked and talked...the confidence and charm. Yes, I'll be meeting them. Every one of us was remarkably excited and were looking forward to this trip. I was the last one to join, got my ticket just a day before.

There were a lot of firsts on my first trip, you'll come across them all. I plucked in my earphones and dozed off, woke up at a Dhaba at 2 am, now you need to visualise the scenario, We went to the washroom, ordered ourselves poha, now the thing is I've motion sickness and I eat nothing I said nothing while I'm travelling, this is the first first my sister made me eat dal with naan in the night at 2 am and I was terrified thinking I'll start vomiting, thanks to the medicine I had. We heard the sound of bikers passing by, wow! when will be able to do go on a bike ride along the country?

I woke up at 7, still 4hrs to Jaipur, we sat on the upper seat looking out of the window trying to catch a bird on the wires, listening to traditional music blaring on the speakers of trucks passing by or looking for a camel.

Finally, we arrived Jaipur, headed straight to the bus stand to catch a bus for banasthali. By gods grace, we reached just in time otherwise the last bus scheduled at 12 would have left.

The bus, that bus was the worst local bus I ever travelled in, I've travelled by city bus, vans, autos, but this bus was something different, the whole bus was dancing while moving forth. Like the bus, I last saw in the movie "The Wedding Guest" where Radhika Apte takes the bus to Panjim or around. It was typically like the buses shown in movies.

On our way, three more people I talked about-my sisters friend joined us. And I received news from my sister that I may not be allowed in the hostel. Wow! It was a total disaster, the ride to banasthali in that bus. what was the best part, before taking an auto to the University, we had pani puri. Like literally? Yes.

Since we were late there were no rides available, we waited for more than half an hour for the other bus to arrive. And that was one hell of a ride too... What road! God! The university gate! You won't be able to notice that it is the university gate and you won't fail to notice the potholes. My first question reaching the gate was... " is there any other way or all those guests are escorted through this path?"

So we took this bus to the hostel, I took a seat beside Garima di, she briefed me about the place as the bus advanced further, The place Banasthali was basically a village in older days, the founder of the college Mr Hiralal Shastri, a former freedom fighter, asked the villagers for some land so that he'll teach their daughter, he, his wife Late Mrs Ratan Shastri and daughter Shanta Shastri started Banasthali with 16 girls on 6th Oct 1935. The place began to grow with time, the villagers were asked for more land in return of employment, so at this time most the workers you'll see are from that village. The fascinating thing to notice is, all the hostels have "Shanta" in it, the reason being their daughter died at an early age and they, therefore, named all the hostels on her name. Quite fascinating history.

As we reached the hostel, I wasn't having a gate pass or permission to enter the hostel, this fact build up the tension. Kept out luggage in the hostel auditorium and freshen up a bit, had some food in the canteen, and set out for the work we were there for, "Degree". Basically, they will be given the degree condition being they have to wear a white khadi saree with border for which they have to deposit Rs.500/-. While they all were paying for a saree they won't be wearing, I was trying to look like a student of the University. And yes, everyone was told they won't be allowed inside the administrative block if they are not in a suit. What? Yes! But we went there in track pants and a T-shirt we were wearing throughout the journey.

After receiving the degree, we set out for another mission, mission - permission for me to stay in the hostel. So my sister along with her friends asked the warden in each and every hostel they've lived in. Can they accommodate their sister, "a girl can't stay alone in the guest house, ma'am." "How can we leave her alone in the guest house ma'am."
The wardens kept on telling, you should check in some other hostel, we can't permit her.

Finally, in a hostel, they just knocked on the warden's door and told that one of them has her sister with her and she's staying in this hostel. Mission accomplished. Yes? No, I'll say. At night when the bell rang for food, I stayed there, while everyone else bought food from the mess and we sat together for dinner, Rajma, yum! So, while we were having dinner, the warden came and started taking attendance, and so that you know I didn't enter my name in the register when we arrived in the morning, she started calling names one by one, and I started sliding behind, so that she doesn't notice me. Everyone -" don't move, just sit normally and have the food." One of them - "Gul aaj to mare, bta de fas gaye to degree chali jaegi." I sat there trying to control my laugh like I'm one of them. She wasn't satisfied by calling the names once, she started again, Shit.

Who ate? None, until she left. And who slept? None. Who does when you meet your college friends, it was a gossip night? Totally.

In the morning, I set out first as I had to meet my school friend, for the sake of the university I was in and for the photos, I wore a blue kurti, I absolutely love. We visited the new and old market, which are in the campus itself. My bad luck both of them were closed, leaving 2-3 shops open, so I purchased a few pairs of earrings. It's really nice to catch up with old friends, just do it sometimes rather than scrolling through insta and getting insecure.

The chief guest for the convocation was, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal, Hon'ble Minister of Human Resource Development. The programme started in full swing, in a tent which didn't even have chairs and and it couldn't accommodate the students present for receiving the degree, how would they accommodate the parents of those students?
Was

So as it was decided none of them wore that white saree, and each one of them flaunted beautiful Kurtis. Which made them look stunning.

We had pasta, burger, coke......, everything was extremely tasty, we kind of rushed as the shops were to close at 2 pm because of the Convocation ceremony, anyway there wasn't enough space to even stand in the tent, I couldn't understand how it helped. And it meant, we will not get anything to eat until we reach our hotel at night.

If you remember, I told you about the saree, they have to take by making a deposit and only then they will be given the degree. Now the whole group went to the place they were required to return the saree and collect the deposit back. The staff declined to accept the saree and refund the money until 5 pm, I.e. until the ceremony is over. But considering the fact, people have a train to catch before 5 pm, students from various departments started panicking and shouting at the staff, the students included married women accompanied by their husbands and child. This started a fight over the issue, with the students and their partners barging into the administrator's room. The senior-most students ( mostly PhD) took hold of the situation, Manager arrived and they fought with the manager too, resulting in management surrendering to the students. Students won.

While we rushed back to the hostel to grab our luggage, we had a mandatory photoshoot. We were already late, with the taxi waiting outside the university gate.

We were 9 people and along with our luggage, how we're we supposed to fit into a 7 seater jeep? Another adventure set in motion?

To be continued......

Yes, I am a girl with a dusky complexion, heavy body, short height and pathetic looking hair. I nowhere fit in the definition of beautiful.

Constantly trying to get the colour of my lipstick right...I guess red suits me well but equally, does pink or orange? When these girls have a conversation about the colour of the lipstick and nail polishes I'm phased out. I don't understand. Blue or black or green, what difference does it make?

Yes, I do wear earrings once every two months I guess. Why is it necessary anyway? Hoops or studs or whatever. And yes, why can't I go out with shoes that don't match my dress? I own just a pair. So they should go with everything I wear. Why can't they?

I've had this conversation with myself every time I look into the mirror, should I go for a half pony? Na just normal pony will do. No, it isn't looking that nice, maybe I should drop them open? No, I should half Clutch them. Hmmm? I don't know. And these pimples...I'll be 50 and I'll still have pimples. The skin of the boys in my class is far better than mine.

I strive to look as beautiful as other girls in the college. But why do I try? I like wearing that old t-shirt with a panda print and those track pants I look like an elephant in. Ok, I stopped wearing them because everyone else wore a crop top and skinny jeans.

I am supposed to look desirable, truth is I'm not. I won't ever understand the definition of desirable as a matter of fact. And when all the eyes move in the direction of that girl entering the class, I lose my confidence. Guys don't know I exist. I am the most boring person as per your judgement but I'm the most fascinating someone you'll ever meet.

Even after losing my originality and dressing as per the vogue I am not equipped with confidence. So does all these go in vain? Yes for me maybe not for you. So I have started a new practice I wear what I want and look in the mirror and scream to myself that I'm beautiful. Yeah, I am not. Not to you but to me. And now when those eyes move in the direction of that gorgeous girl entering the classroom, I couldn't care less.

Thank you!
Got Time? Read my last blog.
I've been on the phone
But it wasn't me
I've heard my ego get louder than self-respect
Yesterday while talking,
I slammed the phone
Saying I won't be there for you any more
No, I didn't say it - I meant to
And today I want to go back but I also don't want to

No, they weren't wrong
They haven't ever been
Yes, of course, I was hurt
I've been on the phone
But it wasn't me
It was my ego
It costed my most beautiful relationships

These people were hard to find
I know and I won't find them again
If I ever did, things won't be same again
I'll regret it over and over
And It'll hurt with simple mention

I've heard my ego get louder than self-respect
Question is the thin line between self-respect and ego
How many relations will it cost
Sitting in the morning breeze with a cup of coffee in my hand, looking at the lush beautiful green bounty in front of me, my mind as always travelled to the mystical land of fairies and demons. One thing always intrigued me - why are fairies fairies and demons demons? Why are the demons perceived as bad and scary whereas the fairies as beautiful and angelic?

What if the words we're interchanged somehow and were meant to be the other way round? Why? What if you met a beautiful demon?

What if I was in that fairyland? My life would have been different from as it is now? "Fairyland" as they say. They might have jobs to do as well, not only romance or some war, fighting for living rather than a throne. Things would have been different I guess, I might have felt happy from within just because of the fact that I am in the dreamland. Well, I don't think it's fair anyway to go to a faraway place just to feel contended.

This sprang up the question-why can't I be happy here....in my own world? Maybe I'm pushing myself too hard, not giving myself space to be happy, not enjoying the things I should, like this lush beautiful green scenery in front of me. Maybe I have held the noose too hard which is stopping my heart to wander the way it wants. I want sometimes to just stop and take a deep breath of fresh air, sit in the middle of the road and look at the sky, the clouds, the sun, the moon in silence, take myself out on a date, spoil myself with chocolates.

It doesn't mean stepping out of the real world but actually in your own world, not the world someone else created for you - the one you hold the noose of and the world that gives complete control to you. Maybe that's where everyone's demon lay - I am in someone else's equation making them happy whereas I should be in my own equation making myself happy.

These are petty little things that make me happy. I don't need anyone to pamper me, I can treat myself well and that way I will be happy.
Well, then what makes you happy? Tell me in the comments below.

You were the moon
When I was the night
Couldn't comprehend the way you made my world shine

Never knew I'd fall for you
I just laughed on your jokes
And hang out with you most

I wish I still had you
To brag about the things I do
You were the only one
Who handled the disaster I was

All the path you showed were right
But I was not that wise

I didn't know you'll part ways
Because of a silly fight,
but I guess you were right

I was too stubborn to understand the importance of "I"
You transformed me
but you yourself were too transformed

I didn't know me before I know you
Now I know me thanks to you

Would have sulked in the corner of my room
For you left me alone to deal with the world I was unknown

I won't say you hurt me when you left me
Because you did hurt me when you left me
And I'm strong enough to admit that

I will put on a smile and make them realise
love is a beautiful feeling indeed

You were a happy phase I will remember
For you made me love myself
Now I'm more with love than in love.

Thanking you for a beautiful experience

It's hard. It's extremely hard. I know it's hard. I have been crying a lot lately. Not even a lot, I'm crying each and every day. I don't know why..... I just can't figure it out. It has been quite long now... I try to look back.

Neither I'm able to think nor I'm able to do anything. I just wanna be inside my blanket away from everyone. Alone. Anxiety has taken control of me. I wake up from my dreams crying. I feel abandoned. No one really cares about what I'm going through. She asked me if I was okay and If something is bothering me, she said she'll be there anytime if I wanted to talk. She doesn't really mean it.

It's been quite long, I haven't stepped out of my house. I don't want anyone to know what I'm going through probably because I don't want to look like a pathetic and weak person or I think they won't understand what I'm trying to say. They don't... No one does.

I don't know what it is or why I'm behaving like this. My mind is a complete mess. Is this depression? Or I'm out of my mind to think of such things. I don't even talk I just smile and move my head in acceptance as a fool. And when I do I breakdown in the middle of a conversation. This too much, I can't handle it anymore.

I can't take this anymore. It's killing me... I have changed so much. This not me. I don't know who this person is. I want to get rid of it. I can't believe a jolly, energetic and lovely person has turned out this way.

I NEED HELP. I'll tell her, my friend, my parents that I need help. I'll tell them how I'm feeling... Ill become mad this way... I need to help myself. My heavy sobbing eyes need rest, this mind which is giving me useless thoughts need rest, my body needs rest. Even though things have been rough on me, there will be a way, surely, there is a way and I can help myself.

I haven't talked to them. Shit. They worry too much. They will try to overprotect me. I don't want anyone to think that I'm weak. Everything will be under control.

It's been days, I seriously need help. Now I can't even understand what someone is telling me, I just listen like a moron. So I have made this decision - I'll talk.

After multiple changes in heart, I finally sat down with my friend explaining him things... The only thought of talking made me cry and I cried the whole hour talking... Even though he couldn't change a thing, he listened to me without judging me... That made my mind ease a little. He told me to give it some time... Well, that doesn't do any good.

Things sorted out a little when I talked to my family... They gave plausible options and the strength to hold onto my path, they were worried a lot and restrained me from doing things, which I feared..... But they understood my point and gave me enough freedom and courage to do my best.

I was scared... I was extremely scared... I knew things won't sort out on it's own but still, I was reluctant to talk... I may have been in a far better condition if I would have talked to them earlier... Better late than never... I was thinking about the worst options I would have considered..... Suicide, jumping in front of a car, locking myself away from everyone...

It took time... But things are really better now... My family and friends have helped me get back on my feet.

I know many of you go through the same thing or someone you know is going through the same thing..... You better stop ridiculing them or mocking them and start helping them. Try to think from their perspective. Stop mocking at a depressed or anxious person. Make them feel strong and empowered. You may change a persons life because of your one sentence.

I woke up from the sound of a thud. Tears all over my face. I quietly glanced around everyone was sleeping peacefully. Maybe it was the sound of a vehicle passing by on the road facing my house. Now that I think about it, it was a dream I guess... But I just can't remember. I glanced at the watch it was 4:30 am, I still had time to sleep.

Tried in vain, I couldn't fall back asleep, as I haven't slept last day as well I was tired and my eyes were hurting extremely. The efforts to fall asleep again were a total waste as my mind kept on producing unnecessary thoughts most of them being what was that dream about and I just kept changing the sides.

It was 5:00 am, that means I have been rolling in bed for half an hour. So I got out of my bed poured myself a glass of water and headed out for a morning walk which I haven't done in ages and which was also good for my obese body. It was still dark outside, I locked the door and headed out.

The way my day was progressing wasn't impressive actually it was really bad. Had a fight with my mother over something that she wanted me to do and I didn't want to do, couldn't catch the connecting bus, next bus was delayed by 30min thus making me late for office, had a heated argument with my boss over the product designing, this was all okay until I saw an accident on my way back to home. The man's bike was hit by a car, smashing the bike, the rider was hurt and rushed to the hospital by the car driver.

I felt like I myself was in the accident like I could feel the pain and yes my mind still trying to figure out what that dream was. I guess it has now... I was in an accident. Yess!! That's it. I remember it. The first thought that crossed my mind was what if I was there in that accident I saw???

I remember lying in the middle of the road my bike lying beside me, parts of the bike were lying here and there with people gathering around to see what has happened... I tried to get up only to realise I was bleeding profusely, the bus has run over me, leaving me with cracked bones and bleeding head. I couldn't get up or speak, it was dreadful. The faces of my parents, my family, friends crosses my mind, with all those dreams and aspirations I had. I was in agonising pain. I felt bad for myself.

What if this was the last day of my life?? Maybe I needed a wake-up call. And this was it. I couldn't believe I'd have to die to realize the worth of my life, each and every single day's worth. I just saw how heartbroken I would be if I was to die achieving nothing absolutely nothing.

I hated my job and wanted to be a chef, maybe it's time to live in the kitchen more than that air-conditioned cubicle of mine. Fear held me back always as the job paid me well and didn't want to upset my parents over leaving a well paid secure job.

And now here I am, it was worth dying. A new day will progress in a new manner, decided by me for me. Now it's your turn. Think what would you do if this was the last day of your life?

How do you judge someone? Well, the first question should be, How do you know you are judging someone? When you give your views on someone with an expression that what you say is true or convincing, you are judging the person. We most often talk about being judged, and what about you judging someone? Aren't you forming an opinion about them?

Let's look at the picture upside-down. Isn't it a chain reaction? You judging someone and someone judging you. It's a loop.

On what basis do we judge?
Caste - We don't know which caste we may be born in.
Colour - We get that from our parents.
Looks - We get that from our parents too.
Language - Oh come on! We English speakers think ourselves to be way too superior right? Please think over it again.
Background - You never know. Some of you may be super rich, some poor, some from big cities and others from a small village.
You never know!!!!!

You can give me more reason but you won't sound reasonable. I can still tell why you should not.
It's them! Their behaviour, thoughts, the person they are.

We all judge others but what do we get? Satisfaction? happiness? Aren't we hypocrites? We do the same thing that we don't want others to do. I don't really know what we achieve from this, however, I can tell you-you won't be benefited either.

1. We all have the same time, which is wasted on analyzing what others have, what they don't, how they look, how they behave. Shouldn't we use this time for our own development? You are wasting your energy on someone who doesn't even matter.

2. You are spreading negative vibes, we mostly look at negative aspects, and thus focus on mistakes rather than appreciating good works. Start appreciating, you'll be happier.

3. And when it comes back to you, you feel insecure.

4. You are giving away a chance to meet one of the best people they could be. As it is said don't judge a book by its cover, in the same way, don't judge people by their looks. They may be the only person you crave for.

Stop being like that. Your comments and opinions can make someone depressed, insecure and scared. And this can't be justified by your short-term fun. Unless you step into shoes of someone, you can't understand why they are the way they are.

You never know anyone enough to judge him/her. Even something about your closest friend may surprise you! Then what about someone you barely know?

I have got flaws, so do you and so do everyone else.... instead of judging or mocking, give chance, make friends and help improve.

Thank you.

Hi mom,
I'm sorry and I'm thankful

I'm sorry
I'm sorry for being me
I'm sorry for not listening
I'm sorry for being rude
I'm sorry that you have to wake up at 5 just to iron my uniform and pack my lunch
I'm sorry that I was never around when you wanted me to be
I'm sorry for letting you cry by yourself
I'm sorry for not talking
I'm sorry for not sharing the pain you had, the thoughts you had
I'm sorry for being selfish
I'm sorry for not letting you sleep an hour more
I'm sorry for letting you work until your back hurt
I'm sorry that I never asked if you were sick
I'm sorry that I don't know how many times you have slept hungry
I'm sorry that I wasn't the child you wanted me to be
I'm sorry that it took me so long to understand

I'm thankful
I'm thankful for you being you
I'm thankful for you staying by my side
I'm thankful for you being selfless
I'm thankful that I had you

I am more apologetic than I am grateful.
I don't know what more to be thankful about since your whole life was dedicated to us.

I'm sorry that I wanted to be your wings but ended up being your chains,

I'm thankful that you gave me wings.

Even though it's hard, I will achieve what I promised, no matter what.

Your efforts won't be wasted.
I'll make you proud, I promise.
Thank you
He will have to learn, I know, that all men are not just, all men are not true.

But teach him also that for every scoundrel there is, a hero, that for every enemy, there is a friend. It will take time, I know but teach him if you can, that a dollar earned is of far more value than five found.

Teach him to learn to lose and also to enjoy winning.

Steer him away from envy if you can, teach him the secret of quite laughter.

Let him learn early that, bullies are the easiest to lick.

Teach him if you can the wonder of books, but also give him quiet to ponder, the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun and flowers on a green hillside.

In school teach him it is far more honourable to fail, than to cheat.

Teach him to have faith in his own ideas, even if everyone tells him that he is wrong.

Teach him to be gentle with gentle people and tough with the tough.

Try to, give my son the strength not to follow the crowd when everyone is getting on the band wagon.

Teach him to listen to all men but teach him also to filter all he hears on a screen of truth, and take only the good that comes through.

Teach him if you can, how to laugh when he is sad.

Teach him there is no shame in tears.

Teach him to scoff at cynics and to beware of too much sweetness.

Teach him to sell his brawn and brain to the highest bidders but never to put a price-tag on his heart and soul.

Teach him to close his ears to a howling mob and to stand and fight if he thinks he is right.

Treat him gently, but do not cuddle him, because only the test of fire makes fine steel.

Let him have the courage to be impatient, let him have patience to be brave.

Teach him always to have sublime faith in himself, because then he will always have sublime faith in mankind.

This is a big order, but see what you can do.

He is such a fine little fellow, my son!!!

Last year around February, when I was taking my classes, we were told by the institute to write a message, so we all were given a piece of yellow drawing sheet to imprint that beautiful message.

I was reluctant to even take that sheet, because I knew I was bad at creativity and writing stuff, so I won't be able to do anything. Anyway because everyone was taking it, I took it as well. Surrounded by a lot of creative people I was disheartened much to say I was't willing to do anything.

Back that day sitting alone in my room I was trying hard thinking what should I write and how to present that blank sheet in an impressive manner, I called my sister asking her some recommendations. I was so not in mood to do anything that I asked her to write it for me, but she couldn't think of anything as well. Eventually my brain was empty, I just couldn't think of something good.

After a lot of effort I came up with this but my write up was general and we were given a specific topic. I failed again. When I saw what everyone else had done, I was amazed and didn't want to submit what I wrote. But I did because my friends forced me to. You see I was reluctant because I wasn't good. But you never know what something may turn into.
The write up was called "Who do You Call Your Inspiration?".

When I showed it to my friends and my sister, I asked them - Should I turn this into a blog? The answer was a big YES!!! And this is how my blog was born.

Now, I would like to tell you what we were supposed to write and why. 14th of February, what day is it?? you all know that very well, we were supposed to write a message for our parents that we haven't told to them in person and the ones those were extremely good were send to our home. Obviously, mine wasn't one of them. 😂😂

The actual write up was to be read by the parents but mine was read by a lot more people other than my parents.

I would like to show you how bad I am at creativity😂 and the message I never came up with. Please don't mind the writing. And to tell you this is my highest level of creativity.

I didn't knew that I could write before starting the blog, it came to me as a surprise. And I'm happy that I found out finally. So try things... that is the only way to understand what you are good at and what you love. We are afraid to do things because we haven't tried them.

Even though I wasn't actively blogging, it always came to me as a place where I can talk about what should be talked about. I really want to spread some genuinely worthy thoughts which can help as many as possible to come up from whatever they are stuck into and live their life on their own terms as I'm trying this for myself. Hope I'm doing good.

Thank you for all the support I have been receiving till date. Hope you will keep on supporting me. I'll keep on improving myself.

If you haven't read my first blog. Here is the link.
We search for love for ourselves through others, we search for appreciation for ourselves through others. Why is it that we can't love ourselves?? Shouldn't the first word of appreciation come from self??

Learning to love ourselves should be the first thing that should be taught but its always other-way round, In school what taught is that you have to be better than the others, there is quite similar scenario at home and we end up comparing ourselves to someone who is totally different from us. Leaving us to pity at our pathetic self.

Everyone has different backgrounds, facilities, body, complexion, brain and a lot more smaller things, the smallest thing all of yours DNA is different. How can you compare yourself with someone so different?? Aren't you insulting your unique self? Stop it now.

We should appreciate the smallest move we have made, the smallest progress, which will turn big someday. Waiting for someone else to recognise your efforts is a waste ... because no one better than you know how it was to be where you are.

Even if you make a tea and it turned out bad, tell yourself "well that was great that I tried, I'll do good next time." Pat on your shoulders yourself even if no one does. Give yourself a treat, buy yourself a present, do things that make you happy. Be the first to appreciate your own efforts.

You will make mistakes and that will be fine if you don't blame yourself over and over above the same and push yourself to do good. Set goals for yourself and reach out to them.

People will come and leave but don't ever stop loving yourself.

If you have come this far reading... I must tell you- you are doing great! You are beautiful! You are intelligent! You are worth it! Just keep moving! Eventually everything will be fine. If someone says otherwise just turn on the music and let them say whatever they want. Because I believe in you and you should too.

Thank you

Sexual harassment. The topic itself is disturbing, isn't it? Then what is the reason I'm here talking about it? I actually thought of writing on this topic when everyone was expressing their empathy over the rape cases earlier this year. However, I thought I better not.

The stats are disturbing as well. Most of the cases go unreported and those reported are hushed by fabricating the evidences along with the humiliation or embarrassment faced by the person.

And then everything is blamed on the dressing attire, your way of talking, the people you hang out with. I am aghast by the lame sense of people justifying why it is the victims fault. Actually the problem is we trying to become independent and demanding equality. Don't you think?? We should live in a house forever locked. And what if someone breaks in?

Being cautious of each and every person around us, it's not possible. How can you? Or we should adjust ourselves that these things are just a part of life? We are afraid to go out or hang out late just because of these cases. Stepping out with fear of being stalked, touched, followed, groped. Changing paths everyday, trying to be in a crowded place, those glare making uncomfortable. A person can still feel those touch and stares like it was yesterday.

Going through this is not like having a wound that bleeds for a week. But it breaks the person up. You might have heard 'ripping the chest apart' it's something like that. A belief that there is good is broken, person is left with no courage or confidence to face the world. Which leads to stress and social withdrawal, sleep and eating difficulties, overall health impairment.

How is it about thinking just for a fine minute that you can't trust anyone and everyone is exactly the same. This leads to depression and if not, than to fear. How is it to live like that for whole life?

You can't measure the pain, you can't explain as well. But instead you can provide the person support and help them see good. Make them believe not everyone is alike. Make them speak about the issue and be sure you stand by them. We have to take responsibility, it's always one man at a time.

Don't show your aggression on cases that grab the media attention. We worry for a while and then let it go. Stand by for the one who is close to you, the person who is hiding somewhere enduring it all. These cases happen everyday and these can be controlled if all cases are reported. Be the one who stands by to support and not the one who stands by to humiliate. Everyone should be respected in the same manner you want respect for your peers.

Yes, there are fake cases as well. Isn't law for finding out the truth? let's leave some things to them.

Last question I would like to ask - have you ever asked your children, siblings, best friend, friends, colleagues that they have ever experienced something like this?? You might hear some shocking answers.

"Time is the most precious resource" is one of the most often used phrase. Pondering upon the thought you might have understood why. But we are too ignorant. Right? And of course we can't handle anyone lecturing us about how to use the time.

Even though it is said-everything heals with time. As much as time builds bridges, it destroys some as well. The opportunities we get disappear with time, it may be your relationship, your career, your business.

Even though there is always a next time, still the opportunity is missed and it's never the same again. And you know we are master procrastinators, "I'll do it after I have accomplished this", "I'll do it this time for sure", "I don't have time today, I'll do it tomorrow". When you'll look into the bigger picture these habits are only harming us. If you have genuinely big dreams to achieve, than you better watch out.

"OUR GREATEST WEAKNESS LIES IN GIVING UP. THE MOST CERTAIN WAY TO SUCCEED IS ALWAYS TO TRY JUST ONE MORE TIME."

-THOMAS A. EDISON

The thought that fascinates me is the amount of time we spend on thinking is way more than the time that we spend on working or on execution. Lurking here and there, how much time do we need to satisfy our own mind? You all must have gone under a phase where you might have thought a lot about doing something and you ended giving it up. What if you wouldn't have spend some much time in creating a scenario that doesn't actually exists? The present spot might have been way different. The earlier you start, the better.

We have all got 24 hours in a day, and it's absolutely up-to you how to use it. Make sure you use it wisely. Taking your time out for enjoyment is not time wasted. We should learn to enjoy every minute and be happy, be it with family, friends or at work. "You're gonna die" Gary Vaynerchuk, serial entrepreneur and influencer just keep on repeating this. Keep this in mind, challenge and push off your limits.

Looking at the night sky not being able to sleep,
Listening the birds chipper when the world is asleep,
Sound of the vehicle passing by on the lone roads,
The beautiful silence that prevails,
when the world is at peace
The serene dawn
Made me think about who we are and who we want to be.

Longing for peace at the end of the day, within an hour or two of light, the world will be busy running for their life.

How much time do we take to appreciate the things around us? Looking for peace and finding happiness in something that's too far. Even if we reach where we want to we'll be searching for happiness and joy.

When you are shooting for the stars, even if you land on one, if you haven't acknowledged the smell, texture, the life supported by earth, you won't be able to feel that sense of accomplishment and bliss .

That will be another day gone. Be grateful for the struggles in your life, cause from them you learn. Respecting, being grateful for what you have, will let you stay humble when you achieve heights. The empty night sky....I see everyone to be like that, working night and day with no feeling and appreciation left for self .

When looking for peace, recognize your efforts, appreciate yourself. Cause after working all day long, you go tired to sleep, waking up in the morning will be a trouble and you will be filled with anxiety.

We want appreciation from others for what we do. Before the world recognizes your work you have to recognize it yourself first. You are at a better place than you yesterday were-always remember that.

Scared? Are you? Scared of going off beat? Scared what people will think? Scared what the outcome will be? Scared about other's expectations? Scared of doing something different? Scared to give a try? Scared, you won't make it?

How long will you be? What if you would've never tried to ride a bicycle? Cause you were scared of being hurt or never joined a sport because you were scared. But you did even you didn't know what the outcome will be. Maybe you became too good or you just ended up being a looser.

Well, you weren't a looser at all. You surely did learn something and it's actually better than those who never tried, they know nothing.

Most of the things we are scared about are just our thoughts which do not have an end.

They are meaningless, without any basis. You are limiting yourself, you let go lot of opportunities because of your thoughts.

Whenever you are not able to achieve something, you assume it to be a sheer wastage of time. Have you ever thought how much have you learned and what have you learned from what you call wastage of time?

You need to give it a try. If you succeed it's well and good, if you don't you have learned a lot to be ahead of others.

You wouldn't win on your each and every move, the experience, the lesson, and the insight you receive from your move that is what matters and not the results.

Give a try at everything you aspire to do, don't be scared, don't hesitate.

Thank you.

Going after a dream has a price. It may mean abandoning our habits, it may make us go through hardships , or it may lead us to disappointment. But however costly, it is never as high as the price paid by people who live in his/her comfort zone .
- The Zahir, Paulo Coelho

Have you made enough efforts to succeed or accomplish whatever you want? Or you just dream to do something? Have you paid the price for that dream? Or are you busy making excuses?

You had a setback and you start making excuses just to justify your setback. You and me, we humans are excuse making machines. You don't fail, it's just a setback which you can overcome. No one ever care about your excuses, you lost means you lost, no one is ever gonna ask you why you lost.

You have to struggle alone with no one by your side . Dealing with naysayers, fighting with depression and anxiety. You may have to work three jobs at a time or have to work 24*7 without weekends to prove yourself right. These costs, however high they are are worth it.

When you have what you love these costs will match nowhere to your happiness. Happy you will be to have paid those price rather than later sitting aside and complaining that you should have made a move .

Pay these prices. Its your efforts which fail and not you. Facing setbacks is a part of life, get up stronger, try again, try harder. Life is full of surprises you never know where you may land.

Thank you.
What do you do when your dreams keep on shouting, they fall on deaf ears, don't they? Well, for how long? Tried keeping them out of your mind and tired, but they don't seem to leave.

Trying to sleep Haha, it's not that easy, they won't let you fall asleep. How long are you going to try and suppress them? Your dreams shout louder than your voice, you won't be able to suppress them longer.

You know that it ain't feasible to give them time right now or invest in them right now. But if not now then when? They will suffocate you as the time passes by. How long? Ask yourself. How long?

Ever felt the way your heart beats when you do what you love? You don't even get tired, you don't care about time or anything, filled with confidence and zeal you work. Stop running away from your dreams, go catch them, make them come true, they are yours . Given to you for a reason, follow them.

What if most of the famous personalities round the world have not given time to their dreams? They won't be there where they are right now. Be it anyone, take a name ask yourself.

How long will your fears keep you down from doing what you always wished for. Those fears aren't worth it but those dreams are worth to be fulfilled. Thinking about what other people will say? Let them, cause they are not you and you are not them, you got a separate life live it your way. Killing them is equivalent to killing yourself. It is because you won't ever be what you really are without those dreams.

Yes, pursuing them calls for some tough steps but if you are passionate enough and want them to come true so bad, you really need to make a decision right away, keeping all your fears aside. The cost paid to realise your dreams will always be an investment in yourself and never ever ever a loss. Cause you're gonna do what you love and love what you do.

Thank You
How wise or old you need to be to pursue your dreams or to stand for right against someone or to do right for someone? It's not the age that counts but your passion and determination towards your dreams.

What we always think is that we are not good enough for doing something or we are not old enough to be a leader. It is the most common thought each and everyone of us is suffering with. The things don't work out as we plan most of the times but that doesn't mean to quit on our dreams. Plan again execute again things might get harder but surely there will be a way which will lead you to the desired goal.

We should not underestimate ourselves, surely people have different calibre but hardwork do override intelligence if intelligence is not used. A great work does not require a certain age or experience, all it takes is passion and courage. It won't always be the case when everyone will be supporting you. But your will to achieve something will be your backbone, if there is will you won't ever need support of someone. The sense of achievement by oneself is something which will always be a guiding and motivating force.

You need not sit aside and think, make your first move. Just get up and get going. Utilise each and every second. Be courageous and passionate about what you want to do, it will open all the roads. Be the key yourself for all the locked doors.

Inspiration to me is something which is most requisite for the success of an individual. But do you have an ideal whom you always wanted to be like? I guess it is not always a single person who inspires you, those who in their daily lives push you forward inspite of their self position should be your ideal, your inspiration. Those who show faith in your abilities although they might not have reached heights in their life, but they are the one worthy to be your ideal.

Your role model, who you want to be like, a renowned business man, a celebrated singer, a great sportsman and a lot more. These peoples success inspires you, although you forget that the circumstances faced by each and every one are different, everyone has a different success story.

Dreaming to be like someone is not what will make you like them, it will be your efforts and the support of people beside you. It was there struggles which made them who they are. You need to search for inspiration within yourself, not in someone you don't even know. You should be inspired from your own struggles.

Your family, your teachers, your mentor, you friends, even sometimes someone you hardly know or you may have met just once may teach best lessons of your life and may leave you inspired. Because somewhere somehow they believe in you. And that is what you should do as well.

Thank you for giving your precious time to my blog.
