As a notorious blog-starter and never finisher, I'm hoping this one will have the ability to persevere through my laziness and come out on top. </div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Somewhere along the line (of my life), I've come to enjoy cooking and baking. As of now, my adventures lie primarily within the baking realm, as I use my conventional oven to bake six cupcakes at a time, and try out various decorations as a way to build up my meager skills. Although our regular oven stopped working long ago (and we never bothered to get it fixed), I'm not letting it deter me from exploring my baking abilities. </div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Goals for this blog? Glad you asked. I'm not quite sure.. I guess we'll see where the flour and sugar takes me. Originally, I wanted to bake my way through the amazing <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Hello-Cupcake-Irresistibly-Playful-Creations/dp/0618829253/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1294100196&sr=8-1">Hello, Cupcake</a> book, but as much as I enjoy baking, I don't enjoy eating it. And I'm sure my coworkers don't want me bringing in cupcakes for them every Monday morning either.. or else I'd be forced to pay for their gym memberships too. </div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><br />
</div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">So I'll bake when I want, I'll try out new appetizers and meals when I want, and I'll post up some amazing and tasty recipes I find (when I want, of course). </div><div style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;"><br />
