Not sure if I have posted this before. Here's the man himself, the designer and founder of the awesome DeLorean car.

"John Zachary DeLorean (January 6, 1925 – March 19, 2005) was an American engineer and executive in the U.S. automobile industry, most notably with General Motors, and founder of the DeLorean Motor Company."

Now this is interesting. It is indeed some how linked to the DeLorean owner. I doubt the time machine capability will work because it is no easy task to cycle up to 88 miles per hour : )

Somehow I preferred "Back to the Future II" than the first. Sure wish there's a better version in terms of sound & clarity but this will do for now. Still awesome after many many years. Enjoy.

'Back to the Future'. Yes, that's the 1985 movie that got me started with DeLorean. It even changes my perception of what a time machine should look like. Even to how a car should look like, for that matter.

Here's a list of frequently asked questions about the movie. Most of the questions I don't even know can be asked even. Interesting stuff. Here's an example.

Q: If Einstein is sent to 1:21 while Doc and Marty are at 1:20, wouldn't Einstein, in theory, live out that minute as Doc and Marty are living out that minute so that when Marty and Doc naturally arrive at 1:21, the Einstein that is sent a minute into the future would be at 1:22?

Well, in anaglyph 3D, that is. Close enough to the real thing if you have the anaglyph plastic glasses (blue/red) to go with. I've mine placed somewhere in an old drawer. Now is a good time to go look for it. Here's where you can get more:

Viper Look-A-Like?

Way off but still cooler then anything else. The red stripes just make this DeLorean all ready to fly! It kind of reminds me of the Battlestar Galactica Colonial Viper spacecraft. Simply awesome!

1981 Toyota Corolla Hatchback: DeLorean look-a-like # 1

I always thought of this 1981 Toyota Corolla Hatchback as a DeLorean look-a-like. I figured, if I can get hold of this, I would make it look like a DeLorean. Only drawback is that it doesn't have gull-wing doors. Still an awesome idea though. That's how this website was born : )

No it's not a DeLorean. It's a Landmaster from the 1977 movie 'Damnation Alley'. I watched it as a kid & those 3-in1 wheels were simply awesome. Now why would I mentioned it in this blog? The wheels. It's all about the wheels. Imagine having these type of wheels installed to the humble DeLorean. Awesomeness at it highest!
