Demented Doodles

Whoopsies.

2015-03-04T23:18:00.002-08:00

I forgot about this blog completely.

It's not that I don't doodle anymore. If anything, I doodle too much now.
I'm at home all the time and take advantage of the unoccupied computer whenever possible to leave my mark.

I just got sidetracked... for a long, long time.

I'll update this site later. Maybe move it to Tumblr or something else you silly hip kids use these days for your blogs.

Stay weird.

This is when I knew that my parents could not be trusted with naming these wonderful masterpieces.
Inspired by Choose Goose.

This is the first image I left on my parents' laptop.

For three years my parents have been addicted to "The Bubble Shooter Game."
THREE. YEARS.

The next few doodles were done on my own computer in preparation for when I'd eventually run out of doodles.

THE END... HAHA JUST KIDDING.

Yesterday's post marks the last drawing that was left on my sister's computer, marking the end of the original Demented Doodles.

The week after the last drawing, I went off to college.
Of course, if you read my personal blog Hello Interloper, you'll know that college didn't work out the way it was supposed to...
A couple years later I found myself back at home, starting a new incarnation of Demented Doodles.
Yes, these new doodles were left on different computer...
MY PARENTS' LAPTOP.
Of course, this means more fun, because they're much easier to confuse and disturb.
Unfortunately this means that I have to save the files myself, making for less hilarious names, because my parents are incompetent and mostly computer-illiterate.

Next week's post will be a "new doodle," so keep your eye on the blog!

I wasn't even taking a math class. It was summer.
Though that may explain why I drew three doodles in one day... Too much spare time.

Drop Roast

This doodle is actually inspired by a cartoon I saw when I was reaaaally young... back in the day when the Disney Channel was a paid channel and my parents would order it every summer so I could watch Mickey cartoons in the morning.
(Yes, and there were NO live-action teen shows, there was such a time.)

Basically, at one point there was an evil cat whose tongue turned into a giant staircase. I can't find the short on the Internet, which has been pretty sad for me. It really influenced my art when I was younger.
Remembered it randomly while thinking of random crap to draw on my sister's computer, and this happened.
