Freddy Angel goes in depth with Keyshia Dior, rooftop at the Duval hotel in Tallahassee, Florida during Demp Week XV; they discuss her new cosmetics line, Ka'oir and what the future brings.

"Tell us a little bit about your roots, I know that you’re a Miami native & also have Jamaican background, is it from your mother side, fathers side, or both?"

(Keyshia Dior)

"Yes, both of my parents are Jamaican and I was born and raised in Miami, Florida."

"Okay perfect, I know that you’ve worked with Young Jeezy on “Loose My Mind” and Gucci Mane’s “911” music videos, and that you also have modeled & styled for a bunch of other celebrities & athletes. How was it that you actually came up in the fashion industry?"

(Keyshia Dior)

"Well I've always loved fashion; I've always loved styling, designing and staying ahead of the trends. That's basically how I came up in the fashion industry."

"And do you remember what year it was when you officially broke into the industry?"

(Keyshia Dior)

"Yes, I would really have to it say it was within the last 5 years."

"Okay cool, I know that we’re all here supporting DJ Demp, are you styling any of these celebrities during this huge event, or are you just promoting your lipstick, Ka'oir ?"

"Well at the time no, I haven't styled in a while. Everything is definitely about Ka'oir right now."

"Okay so let's go in depth a little more with Ka'oir because everyone loves those bright & radiant colors. Kinsey London – one of my favorite fashion designers coming up really fast in this industry, she actually introduced me to it. Where can we find it available for purchase?"

"It can be purchased exclusively online at www.kaoir.com - we also have nail polishes available, 24 different lipsticks, 16 different flavors of lipgloss, and they're all beautiful and bold."

"I know you’re also an actress too, and that you've also worked with Drake and Timbaland in the past - are there any upcoming projects on your side that you’re willing to talk to us about, any scoop for our magazine?"

"I don't have any upcoming projects at the moment as far as acting goes, but I am always open, ready, and willing".

"Okay perfect, and last but not least - what advice would you ultimately give to any up and coming entrepreneurs out there who want to some day become celebrity stylists, designers, or what ever it is they want to pursue in life?

(Keyshia Dior)

"Yes, definitely just follow your dreams and don't ever let anybody tell you that your style is whack, or that you can't do it, because you can always do whatever it is you that you put your time into."

"Yes that's very true! Is there anything else that we didn't cover that you would want to let your fans know about in Miami?"

"The only thing going on right now, and my main focus is Ka'oir cosmetics. It's all 100% me, get those lipsticks because they're hot!"

Here's an exclusive interview featuring hip-hop's freshest music producer to currently break into the scene, Sonny Digital (best recognized for producing YC's major hit, "Racks" ) for Chellea Magazine (brought to you by All The Scoop Media).

After partying all night with fashion designer, Kinsey London and celebrating DJ Demp's annual birthday event, Freddy Angel goes in depth with Sonny Digital - they discussed online rumors about YC, creating the huge hit "Racks", and about future upcoming projects as well. Checkout the entire interview below:

"How long have you been producing beats for and how did you originally get yourself into the industry?"

(Sonny Digital)

"I've been producing for about 7-8 years now, and when I first started out it was my older cousin that actually put me on to it. He's from Michigan, but he came down to Atlanta for about 1 year, I picked up from him and just kept doing it."

"Let’s go ahead and talk about your latest hit, "Racks". It’s obviously one of your biggest hits and everybody has jumped on it for the remix and, would you say that this is the main song that’s really blowing you up right now?"

(Sonny Digital)

"As far as worldwide, yeah. I can go to different areas, you know different states, and ask anybody about this song, and they'll already know it, and that I produced it as well. Yeah, I mean it did good for me as far as that, but as for Atlanta and where I'm from, they already know me cause I'm already known from having the city on fire, you know what I'm saying? It helped it out there, but it's kind of just something to add for what I've done."

"And how was it that you got it passed around to all the other artists who jumped on it for the remix?"

(Sonny Digital)
"I didn't get it passed around, when a song gets big and gets some hype - they just attract to it. So that's how that happened, it wasn't like I was putting anybody on it or anything like that, these were people reaching out to us. It's like watching the future, as far as anybody else that has anything to do with the song, they just got on it and did their own thing - we didn't reach out to nobody, it just did what it did."

"True, I actually came across a lot of rumors online about you and YC; many people and bloggers seem to be speculating, but I want you to set the record straight – are you & YC still cool with each other right now, and will you be working with each other again in the near future?"

(Sonny Digital)
"Yeah we're cool right now, there's no problems. In between of everything and when it was happening, I did feel a certain way, but we already cleared that up. We're cool now, kept it moving, you know we have to keep on grindin' - you can't let that shit slow you down."

"Yeah most definitely. I know you’ve been busy, working & producing for the likes of Juicy J, Gorilla Zoe, Ray Dinero (who's actually siting right over there), Travis Porter, Ace Hood, and Wale – when can we expect some more of these releases?"

(Sonny Digital)
"To be honest with you, I never know when things drop, like when you find out - that's when I find out. I'm not a real rapper-friendly type of person, I don't think so. I don't ever really click with no rappers, and we don't really be communicating in the studio like that. When that shit drops, then it drops, and I usually find out when you find out. I do know that stuff will be dropping about every week or so, so you gotta just check around and you'll find it. When people usually hit me up, it's after something's already dropped, instead of me actually finding it though. There's really like a months worth of music coming out back-to-back right now, so make sure to lookout for that."

"So what are you currently doing with that right now, like are you producing mix-tapes, singles, or albums for people - what is it that you're working on with them for?"

(Sonny Digital)

"We're doing everything. If we do a mix-tape, it can graduate. It'll probably be a song off of the mix-tape that turns into a single. Like on Future's mix-tape, it was all at the same damn time! First it was just the mix-tape tracking, then it started picking up and went from mix-tape to single, and from single to the album. Sometimes it's a process, and sometimes it just starts from right there. There could be a mix-tape first, or it can just start off as an album, but sometimes it can just go straight to a single too. I never like to predict where it's going to go, or what it's going to be, that's really how that goes."

"Alright cool, and how much would you say your beats typically cost, or that you charge your clients and people you work with on a regular basis... has that changed at all since you've gotten hotter now?"

(Sonny Digital)

"Of course it gotta change (laughter), as you get hotter the price has to go up! I don't really like talking about money though, because there's really no set price. It depends on who I'm working with, and who you are to me, and if I personally vibe with you. I have to always make sure I get my money though, and there is a price but I don't really like discussing and throwing it out there as a set price, I don't want people thinking there's an actual set price, but yeah there's a price for everything."

"Everyone here is obviously supporting DJ Demp in Tallahassee for Demp Week, are you promoting anything new while you’re here celebrating his birthday?

(Sonny Digital)

"I actually just came out to show my support for him and the event. I came out here last year too, but that was before I was really moving or putting anything out, and I saw how it was last year so I was kind of excited to come back this year. That's what really pushed me to come back this year, I wasn't really busy in Atlanta when he asked me to come - so I was like why not? It's something that I was already looking forward to anyway, and it's also a good way to get my name spread out more too."
