Despite not being in the best shape, already sore from walking around the city more than usual the past week, and having a throbbing thumb from accidentally slamming it in a car door the day before,… it was pretty fun and entertaining.

I was tired so unfortunately wasn’t exactly talkative/friendly with my group.. they seemed like great people though and I would have loved to get their contact info and keep in touch (so Lizzie, Jessie, Emily, and Sho (?), if you see this, you know where to find me).

We (the Cuban team) were a man short and we didn’t take any shortcuts (like taking cabs or relaying information/objects to teammates after “dying”), but we still managed to win all three missions!

It unfortunately, felt a bit like a low budget operation — the owner/founder basically ran the entire thing.  It’s possible that he was simply short-staffed that day, given the busy weekend (several activities in the city and around the bay at the same time).  That said, Shannon was great the whole time, staying in character just enough to make it feel like a spy operation and not just a laser tag game with goals (which it essentially was).

Create & Change .ssh/config In Home
A typical first acct config:

Host github.com
HostName github.com
User git
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa

To add a second one, simply rename the host to anything you want, create a new ssh key, and change the path of the Identity file. For example, my second account looks something like this:

Host github-b
HostName github.com
User git
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa_b

Working With The Different Accounts
Remember to use the host specified in .ssh/config. For example, cloning from the two accounts would be:

git clone git@github.com:githubaccta/repoa.git
git clone git@github-b:githubacctb/repob.git

Note that instead of github.com, we used github-b in the second one.

Use Specific User Name and Emails
Go into a specific repo and use the git config user.name/user.email commands:

git config user.name "Your Name Here"
git config user.email your@email.com

Use the –global option to set another as default:

git config --global user.name "Your Name Here"
git config --global user.email your@email.com

git config --edit
git config --global --edit
