INÍCIO DO PERÍODO DE GOZO: O</span><span style="text-align: start;">&nbsp;início das férias, coletivas ou individuais, não poderá coincidir com sábado, domingo, feriado ou dia de compensação de repouso semanal.</span></blockquote> Além do acima citado nos deparamos com alguns acordos coletivos que trazem a restrição de início de gozo também na sexta-feira e no sábado (independente de ser dia compensado ou não).<br /> <br /> Agora imaginamos que a empresa do nosso exemplo segue a convenção coletiva citada no parágrafo anterior. Pronto ! temos um problema ! não podemos iniciar no dia 28/04/17, 29/04/17 e 30/04/17 por força do ato sindical nem no dia 01/05/17 devido ao feriado.
