Derp Of The Day

We would not know about Eric Garner without citizens like Ramsey Orta filming it. The officer was not indicted but the guy videotaping it was indicted. Indicted at a rather speedy pace comparatively too. Folks filming police brutality end up getting arrested all too often. Some states even have laws referring to videotaping as illegal wiretapping. Sounds very unconstitutional and it arguably is but its still on the books as an eavesdropping law being used to put people behind bars by officers mad at somebody filming them. This also gives the officer a chance to delete video evidence if it is not password protected on a cloud. Top that off, the charges of "wiretapping" an officer on duty, in a public place, like on the street via video camera = 75 years in prison. In some cases people get less time for rape and murder.

RIP MCA

On May the fourth be with you, 2012, the late Jedi Adam Yauch of the 3 man band Beastie Boys let his heart beat...... DRRRROP! He passed on at the young age of 47 leaving behind music record achievements that were intergalactic throughout the universes verses and choruses. With his license to kill he pioneered in new science and kicking the new knowledge by inventing brass monkeys that would make some noise. His death was a sabotage to mankind. Adam was best described as being too sweet to be sour too and nice to be mean. He would fight violence with those hands that weren't built to fight. During the Friday night of May 4th while throwing the biggest party ever. AMC passed away... He died fighting for other peoples right to paaaaarrrrtaaaaay.

Why our these manufactured? And Who would buy them?

Rubber Duckies. I do not understand why I see these on the grocery store shelf. Is there actually a market out there that has any kind of demand for them? As cute as these little babies are they seem to be a waste of space and materials. Honesty can't see why energy or thought would get any investment in such a product.
