Pengurusan syariah merupakan suatu pengurusan untuk mencapai hasil optimum yang bermuara pada pencarian redha Allah. Dengen demikian maka setiap langkah yang diambil adalah berdasarkan pada aturan-aturan Allah.

Pasti setiap orang tahu bahawa pinsip ekonomi pada umumnya serta pengurusan pada khususnya untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimum dengan kerja minimum. Prinsp konvensional ini berkembang pesat di barat.

Sebenarnya Islam tidak menentang prinsip ini bahkan boleh dikatan menggalakkan prinsip ini. Tapi pengurusan syariah hanya menambah rambu-rambu pada pengurusan konvensional agar tidak hanya memperoleh hasil dunia tapi juga diimbangi dengan hasil akhirat.

Dengan rambu-rambu tersebut agar pelaku ekonomi mempunyai sebuah batasan agar dalam menjalankan rodae ekonomi yang tidak merugikan orang lain. Nah untuk lebih faham lagi tentang pengurusan syariah kita perlu tahu pandangan Islam tentang dasar sistem ekonomi.

Didalam Al-Quran dijelaskan bahawa harta adalah salah satu objek untuk menguji ketaqwaan dari seseorang. Harta juga boleh membawa bencana bagi seseorang di akhirat nanti bila tak dapat memanfaatkannya dengan betul.contoh laporan keuangan

Dengan adanya sistem pengurusan syariah pada umumnya serta pengurusan syariah pada khususnya diharapkan untuk memberi rambu-rambu yang belum diketahui oleh pelaku ekonomi. Dengan rambu-rambu ini dapat mensejahterakan segala lapisan masyarakat.

Kita ambil contoh pengurusan syariah dalam jual beli. Dikatan dalam rambu-rambu itu bahawa orang bandar tidak boleh memintas serta memborong dagangan yang dimaksudkan agar orang kampung tidak mengetahui harga pasaran yang sebenarnya.

Farmasi dapat melakukan kegiatan pelayanan komoditi yang lain diluar sedian farmasi. Adapun syarat-syarat yang harus diperhatikan dalam pendirian farmasi:
Lokasi dan Tempat
Jarak sekarang ini bukan lagi menjadi persyarat, tapi lebih baik mempertimbangkan segi penyebaran dan pemerataan perkhidmatan kesihatan, jumlah penduduk, serta kemampuan daya beli mereka, kesihatan persekitaran, keselamatan serta mudah dicapai.

Bangunan serta Kelengkapan
Bangunan harus mempunyai luas serta memenuhi syarat-syarat yang cukup, serta mememnuhi keperluan teknikal dengan demikaian akan terjaminnya kelancaran tugas serta fungsi dari farmasi.

Sebuah farmasi juga harus dilengkapi dengan peralatan untuk dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik, adapun peralatan yang diperlukan dalam sebuah farmasi adalah sebagai berikut:

Tersedanya alat pembuangan, pemprosesan serta mengkompaun seperti timbangan, mortar, gelas ukur dll. Juga diperlukan alat simpanan serta perbekalan famasi, contohnya peti ubat-ubatan serta peti sejuk.
Bekas pembungkusan serta pembungkus, etika serta plastik pembungkusan.
Tempat simpanan khusus narkotika, psikotropika, serta bahan toksik.
Buku standard Farmakope Indonesia, ISO, MIMS, dpho, serta kumpulan UU tentang farmasi.
Alat pentadbiran, seperti blanko pesanan ubat, invois, salinan preskripsi dan sebagainya.
Untuk menjadi sebuah farmasi rasmi kita perlu mendapatkan izin dari pemerintah. Untuk mendapat izin apotek, APA atau ahli farmasi telah dijelaskan diatas. Dan untuk surat izin apotek (SIA) yang mana surat yang diberikan Menteri Kesihatan RI kepada ahli farmasi atau ahli farmasi yang bekerjasama dengan pemilik sarana untuk membuka farmasi di suatau tempat.Peluang Bisnis

Nah kuasa pemeberian SIA ini dilimpahkan Menteri Kesehetan kepada Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten / Kota. Yang mana Kepala Dinas Kesihatan Kabupaten / Kota wajib melaporkan pelaksanaan pemberian izin, pembekuan, pencairan, serta pencabutan izin farmasi.

Laporan tersebut diberikan setahun sekali kepada Menteri Kesihatan serta tembusan disampaikan kepada Kepala Dinas Kesihatan Wilayah. Sesuai dengan Keputusan MenKes RI No.1332 / MenKes / SK / X / 2002 Pasal 7 dan 9 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pemberian Izin Farmasi, sebagai berikut:

Permohanan izin farmasi diajukan kepada Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten / Kota. Kepala Dinas Kabupaten / Kota paling lambat 6 hari selepas menerimana permohonan boleh dapat meminta bantuan teknikal kepada Kepala Balai POM untuk menyemak setempat terhadap kesediaan farmasi dalam melauakn aktiviti.
Pasukan Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah / Bandar ataupun Kepala Balai POM paling lambat 6 hari selepas menerima permintaan bantuan teknikal akan melaporkan hasil pemeriksanaan kepada Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten / kota.
Dlaam pemeriksaan dalam ayat (2) dan (3) tidak dilaksanakan, ahli farmasi pemohon boleh membuat surat pernyataan bersedia melakukan kegiatan kepada Kepala Kantor Dinas Kesihatan Setempat dengan tembusan Kepala Dinas Provinsi.Manajemen

Dalam jangka 12 hari setelah diterima laporan pemeriksaan sebagaimana ayat (3) ataupun (4) keperluan ayat (4), Kepala Dinas Kesehatan setempat mengeluarkan surat izin farmasi.
Bilamana hasil pemeriksanaan pasukan Pejabat Kesihatan tempatan ataupun Kepala Balai POM dimaksudkan (3) masih belum memenuhi syarat Kepala Dinas Kesehatan setempat dalam masa 12 hari kerja mengeluarkan surat penangguhan.
Terhadap surat penangguhan sebagainan ayat (6), ahli farmasi boleh melengkapkan keperluan yang belum dipenuhi paling lambat sau bulan selepas tersebarnya surat penangguhan.
Terdapap permohonan izin apotek bila tidak sesuai menghadapi persyratan sesuia pasal (5) dan atau (6), atau lokasi aptek yang tidak sesuia dengan permohonan, maka Kepala Dinas Kesehatan setempat dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 12 hari kerja akan mengeluarkan surat penolakan beserta dangan alasannya.

Kita tahu bahawa ada banyak tokoh baik luar negeri maupun dalam negeri yang mengutarakan pendapatnya mengenai pengurusan. Nah dari sekian banyaknya pend [aat mereka kita akan memeilih slaah satu pendapat mereka untuk kita bahas dikesempatan kali ini.

Bahasan kali ini adalah pengurusan Henry Fayol, dikutip dari tesismanajemen.com. bukan rahsia umum lagi kalau pengurusan mempunyai fungsi sabagai peranan aktif dalam setiap oraganisasi, syarikat atau bahkan diri sendiri agar semua yang dikerjaakan berjalan secara teratur.

Pengurusan juga digunakan untuk mengatur, menjalankan, bahkan mengawal semua kegiatan syarikat untuk mencapai semua sasaran (goals) yang telah ditetapkan di awal.Manajemen

Bilamana kita menganggap pengurusan sebagai ilmu, maka pengurusan tak hanya digunakan dalam ruang lingkup syarikat tetapi juga digunakan dalam menguruskan diri sendiri, kumpulan bahkan negara memerlukan pengurusan sebagai pedoman ataupun acuan.

Graffin menjelaskan bahawa pengurusan adalah suatu proses perncanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan juga pengawalan terhadap sumber-sumber yang ada agar mencapai semua sasaran secara efektif serta berkesan.

Berkesan sendri boleh diertikan bahawa stau tujuan agar mencapai perancangan, sementara berkesan merupakan semua tugas yang ada dilaksanakan secara benar, terancang, serta sesuai denga jadual yang telah ada.

Adapun istilah pengurusan dapat diertikan kedlaam tiga penegertian, iaitu:

Pengurusan sebagai kolekstivitas orang-orang yang melakaukan semua aktiviti pengurusan
Pendekatan pengurusan sebagai suatu seni serta sebagai ilmu pengetahuan
Sedangkan fungsi dari pengurusan iaitu penekanan pada suatu elemen-elemen yang mana umumnya terdapat pada proses pengurusan yang akan menjadi dasar dari pengurus dalam melaksanakan kegiatan agar mencapai matlamat.usaha rumahan

Tapi bila kita tengok lagi sejarah fungsi pengurusan, yang mana hal ini sudah dijelaskan oleh peniaga berkembanngsaan Perancis iaitu Henry Fayol yang mana pertama kali memperkenalkannya apda abad ke-20.

Ketika itu beliau menjelaskan bahawa ada lima fungsi pengurusan, diantaranya merancang, menyusun, memerintah, mengkordinasi, serta mengawal. Akan tetapi pada masa ini telah diringkas menjadi tiga saja, yaitu:

1.Perencanaan (planning)
Merupakan memikirkan apa sahaja yang akan kita kerjakan sengan sumber-sumber yang dipunyai. Perancangan ini dilakuka untuk menentukan tujuan dari sebuah syarikat secara keseluruhan beserta cara yang paling tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.

Pengurus akan menilai semua renacana alternatif sebelum dai mengambil keputusan serta melihat sama ada pelan tersebut sesuai digunakan untuk mencapai sasaran yang ada.

Perancangan ini proses terpenting dari semua fungsi pengurusan kerana tanpa perencaan, fungsi lain tak dapat berjalan dengan baik.

2.Pengorganisasian (organizing)
Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan membahagi suatu kegiatan besar menjadi kegiatan yang kecil. Dengan pengorganisasian ini akan memudahkan kerja pengurus dalam pengawasan serta menentukan orang yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan tugas yang telah dibahagikan tadi.bisnis rumahan

Penganjur dapat dilakukan dengan cara menetukan tugas apa yang harus dikerjakan, siapa yang mengerjakan, bagaimana tugas itu dikumpulkan, siapa penanggung jawab atas kerjaan tersebut, serta pada tingkatan mana keputusan harus diambil.

3.Pengarahan (directing)
Merupakan suatu tindakan agar dapat mengusahakan untuk semua ahli kumpulan berusaha untuk mencapai sasaran sesuai dengan perancangan manjerial serta usaha.

Pemprosesan emosi sangatlah penting bagi kita dalam menghadapi masalah, kerana dalam menghadapi masalah harus dengan emosi yang terkawal sepenuhnya. Bila kita lihat kebanyakan orang tak boleh mengawal emosi dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya.

Bila kita tak mengawal emosi semasa menyelesaikan masalah kadang-kadang masalah terseut bukannya selesai malah tambah rumit. Banyak kesusasteraan yang mengatakan bahawa mempunyai kecerdasan intelektual tidaklah cukup, tapi kita perlu mengimbanginya dengan kecerdasan emosional.

Penn seorang mahasiswa yang cemerlang serta kreatif, memenuhi syarat yang telah diterapkan oleh Yale Universuty. Masalah yang dihadapi Penn adalah ia berbangga akan keluarbiasaan dirinya. Kerana itu, seperti kata seorang profesor, pelajar ini "luar biasa sombong".

Walaupun Penn sangat hebat, ia tidak disukai orang lain, terutama oleh orang yang harus bekerja sama dengannya. Walaupun demikian, nilainya sungguh luar biasa dalam ujian bertulis. Setalah ia lulus, dia diincar oleh banyak syarikat.

Syarikat bonafit dalam bidang berkaitan menawarinya wawancara agar bekerja, ia merupakan orang terbaik bila dilihat dari resume. Akan tetapi kerana keangkuhannya hanya satu syarikat yang menawarinya pekerjaan untuk Penn. Itupun hanya perusahan kelas dua.

Matt merupakan seorang mahasiswa Yale lain yang sejurusan dengan Penn, bila dilihat akademiknya tidak begitu gemilang. Akan tetapi ia pandai untuk bergaul sehingga disukai oleh orang yang bekerjasama dengannya.

Sesudah lulus, Matt diterima bekerja oleh tujuh daripada lapan syarikat hebat yang mewawancarainya. Matt terus berjaya dalam bidangnya, sementara Penn dipecat walaupun baru bekerja selama dua tahun bekerja di perusahaan yang pertama kali menerimanya.peluang usaha

Bila kita mengambil hikmah dari cerita tersebut bahwasannya untuk mencapai kejayaan bukan hanya memerlukan kecerdasan intelektual sahaja, ia juga memerlukan pengurusan emosi yang baik. Tapi bukan bererti kecerdasan intelektual tidaklah penting.

Masalahnya adalah bagaimana kita bergantung akan kecerdasan intelektual yang kita punya. Semakin kita hanya bergantung kepada kecerdasan intelektual saja serta mengabaikan kecerdasan emosi maka dapat dipastikan kita akan jauh dari kejayaan.

Maka kita harus memberikan porsi yang seimbang antara kecerdasan intelek dengan kecerdasan emosi atau bahkan mengedepankan kecerdasan emosi. Ini kerana kecerdasan emosi akan memberi jalan kepada kejayaan.

Bila kita lihat banyak sekali orang yang belum dapat memanajemen emosi mereka. Terdapat beberapa ciri orang yang belum mampu mengawal emosinya.

1. Rasakan yang Orang Lain Rasakan
Ini seperti halnya empati. Bayangkan saja saat marah kepada orang lain, lalu bayangkan kita ada diposisi mereka yang dimarahi. Bagaimana rasanya? Tapi kalau marah yang sifatnya mendidik tak masalah, yang menjadi masalah kalau sudah membabi buta tentu sakitnya tuh disini.

2. Tenangkan Hati di Tempat yang Selesa
Apabila kita marah alihkan perhatian kita pada sesuatu yang paling kita suka serta lupakan yang berlaku. Carilah tempat yang sesuai untuk menenangkan diri. Bila emosi kita memuncak mungkin kita butuh refreshing untuk menyegarkan diri.

3. Mencari Kesibukan yang Disukai
Agar kita dapat meredakan emosi kita yang telah memuncak kita memerlukan suatu pengalihan untk kemarahan kita dengan melakukan sesuatu yang menyenangkan dan membuat kita melupakan kemarahan kita.

4. Curhat Kepada Orang Lain yang Dipercayai

7. Cuek dan Melupakan Masalah yang Ada
Ketika kita marah dan kita sedar sedang marah cubalah bersikap masa bodoh dengan semua kemarahan kita. Ubahlah kemarahan kita menjadi sesuatu yang penting bagi kita atau dengan kata lain salurkan kemarahan kita dengan hal yang positif.

8. Berfikir Rasional Sebelum Bertindak
Sebelum kita marah kepada orang lain cubalah kita berfikir dua kali sama ada masalah tersebut membuat kita layak untuk memarahi orang lain dengan emosi yang berlebihan.

11. Jangan Membalas Api dengan Api

1. Planning
Atau istilah Indonesianya adalah perancangan, dalam perancangan ini mempunyai beberapa faktor yang harus kita pertimbangkan. Faktor itu dipendekkan menjadi SMART, iaitu:

a. Tertentu, yang mana satu perencaan itu haruslah jelas meksud tujuannya ataupun ruang lingkupnya. Yang mana tidak terlalu melebar dan juga tidak terlalu idealis.cara membuat instagram

b. Measurable, yang boleh ditafsirkan bahawa suatu program kerja atupun rencana harus dapat diukur tahap kejayaannya.

e. Time, yang bermakna adalah batas waktu yang jelas. Entah itu mingguan, bulanan, triwulan, semesteran atau bahkan tahunan. Sehingga akan memudahkan kita untk menilai serta mengevaluasinya.

2. Organizing
Agar suatu tujuan dapat tercapai maka kita memerlukan juga pengorganisasian. Yang mana didalam suatu perusahan umumnya diwujudkan dalam bentuk carta organisasi. Seterusnya akan dipecah menjadi pelbagai jabatan.

Yang disetiap jabatan mempunyai tugas, tanggung jawab, wewenang, dan juga uraian jabatan sendiri-sendiri. Yang mana semakin tinggi jabatan maka semakin tinggi pula tugas, wewenang, sertatanggung jawab.

Di sinilah salah satu daripada prinsip pengurusan itu sendiri, iaitu dengan membahagikan-bagi tugas sesuai dengan bidang kepakaran masing-masing.

3. Actuating
Bila kita hanya mempunyai perancangan serta pengorganisasian yang baik maka harus diikuti dengan pelaksanaan yang baik pula. Maka dengan begitu kita membutuhka kerja keras, kerja cerdas serta kerjasama.strategi pemasaran

Semua sumber daya manusia yang kita punya harus kita optimalkan dengan berkesan mungkin untuk mencapai visi, misi serta program kerja organisasi. Actuating (pelaksanaan kerja) juga harus selaras dengan pelan kerja yang telah kita susun.

Sumber Manusia agar mencapai visi, misi dan juga program kerja organisasi harus sudah kita tetapkan.

4.Controlling
Bila kita ingin pekerjaan berjalan sesuai dengan visi, misi, peraturan walaupun program kerja maka kita juga memerlukan kawalan. Kawalan ini penting dilakukan dalam bentuk apapun, baik itu bentuknya suprvisi, pengawasa, pemeriksaan bahkan sampai audit.

3. Membantu pemimpin dalam membangunkan rancangan dan kegiatan lanjutan yang mana berkaitan dengan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, sebagai salah satu akibat daripada komunikasi timbal balik dengan pihak luar untuk menumbuhkan harapan penyempurnaan kegiatan yang dilakukan suatu oraganisasi.

4. Memberikan maklumat serta idea kepada masyrakat ataupun pihak-pihak lain yang menjadi sasaran dari organisasi.

Maka dapat disimpulkan bahawa tugas dari Humas ini sangatlah penting bagi sebuah organisasi, dengan dengan Humas yang baik maka hubungan yang terjalin antara masyarakat dan juga organisasi akan terjali baik. Langkah-langkahnya meliputi, perncanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, serta penyempurnaan (P4).

Pengurusan makmal merupakan kegiatan menggerakkan sekumpulan orang, kewangan, peralatan, kemudahan, serta segala objek fizikal lainya dengan efektif serta berkesan agar mencapai matlamat ataupun sasaran tertentu yang diharapkan secara optimum.

Untuk pengurusan makmal secara umum boleh meliputi aspek:

4.Pengamanan, penjagaan, serta pengawasan.

Di pengurusan makmal, dalam hal ini berkaitan dengan pengurusan kualiti, harus kita reka bentuk agar sealu memperbaiki keberkesanan serta kecekapan kerjanya, disamping harus mempertimbangkan keperluan semua pihak yang berkepentingan dalam makmal.

Beberapa perkara yang harus kita perhatikan dalam pengurusannya adalah sumber daya manusia, cadangan dan prasarana dan juga penggunaan labolatorium.

Dalam pengunaan makmal baik digunakan untuk praktikum ataupun penyelidikan harus menyerahkan jadual pennguanannya terlebih dahulu, hal ini dimaksudkan agar tidak berlaku pertindihan dalam penggunaan makmal.

Selain itu kita juga harus menggunakan peralatan makmal saat menggunakan makmal, seperti jas, topeng, serta sarung tangan (bila diperlukan) dan juga mengikuti semua prosedur peminjaman alat serta permintaan bahan yang berlaku.

Secara umum makmal mempunyai fungsi diantaranya:

1.Tempat dilakukannya percubaan. Alat-alat makmal serta bahan-bahan praktikum tidaklah mungkin diletakkan dlam kelas maka dari itu percubaan dilakukan di dalam laboratoriu.

2.Tempat penunjang kegiatan kelas. Dengan adanya kegiatan pembelajaran di makmal ini, maka pelajar / mahasiswa dapat melihat gajala-gejala yang berlaku pada percubaan secara langsung, bukan hanya belajar menurut teori yang ada sahaja.Manajemen

3.Sebagai tempat display atau pelakon. Makmal juga boleh dipergunakan sebagai tempat pameran atau display dari hasil-hasil percubaan / kajian yang telah kita lakukan. Sehingga dapat memotivasi untuk kajian ataupun percobaam yang lebih baik lagi.

4.tempat koleksi sejumlah spesies yang jarang berlaku. Dengan adanya koleksi ini memudahkan kita dalam melakukan pengamatan terhadap beberapa spesies yang sukar untuk ditemui.

5.Sebagai muzium mini. Hasil dari kajian serta beberapa spesies yang jarang berlaku dpaat kita kumpulkan serta diklasifikasikan, sehingga makmal boleh kita gunakan sebagai muzium mini.

Dalam pembelajaran di makmal mempunyai tujuan tertentu bagi pelajar ataupun mahasiswa, diantaranya:

1.Teliti dalam melakuakn pengamatan serta teliti dalam melakukan pencatatan pada saat pengamatan.

2.Dapat menafsirkan hasil dari percubaan agar dapat memperoleh penemuan serta dapat menyelesaikan masalah.

3.Mampu untuk membuat rancangan dan melaksanakan percubaan.usaha rumahan

4.Terampil dalam menggunakan alat-alat makmal.

5.Tumbuh sikap positif terhadap kegiatan praktikum.
