&lt;dd&gt;Aluat pentru foi:  4 oua, 150 gr zahar, 1  lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu stins in otet, 50 ml ulei, 5 gr sare,   50 ml miere, faina cat cuprinde cca 500-600 gr. Crema de unt : 600 ml lapte, 2 oua, 50 gr faina, 150 gr zahar, vanilie, 1  lamaie, 250 gr unt, 1 praf de sare. Decor:  zahar pudra. Stratul 2- 100 gr marmelada din struguri

&lt;dd&gt;Obtinerea  foilor cu miere: Intr-un vas mai mare spargem ouale, adaugam zaharul ,  sare, bicarbonatul de sodiu stins in otet, uleiul si omogenizam cca 5  minute cu ajutorul unui mixer.Se adauga mierea iar la final faina putin  cate putin astfel incat sa obtinem un aluat bun de modelat.Aluatul se  imparte in 4 parti egale .Pe dosul unei tavi de diametru 25-30 cm se  adauga cateva picaturi de ulei care se intind cu ajutorul unei pensule,  se pune o bucata de aluat si se intinde cu ajutorul unei merdenele in  start unifor, iar marginile se inlatura cu ajutorul unui cutit.Se  inteapa in cateva locuri si se introduce in cuptorul incalzit la 180  grade.Cand capata o culoare aurie se scot, se introduce lama unui cutit  sub foaie si se trece usor pe ambele parti pentru a inlatura riscul de  prindere.Foaia se aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie.In acest mod  coacem toate foile.Dupa coacere foile se lasa la rece. Crema:Laptele se pune la fiert.Separat intr-un bol mixam zaharul cu  ouale, faina , 100 ml lapte, un praf de sare si se toarna cand laptele a  dat in clocot.Se amesteca continuu pana se ingroasa.Se lasa 2 minute sa  fiarba , amestecand in acset timp si se pune apoi la racit.Cand s-a  racit  se adauga untul  , vanilia si se omogenizeaza. Asamblare:    Pe o  tava tapetata cu hartie punem prima foaie, se adauga primul strat de  crema de unt. Se pune a doua foaie, se adauga un strat de marmelada. Se adauga a treia foaie, si adaugam ultimul strat de crema de unt. Se adauga ultima foaie , se pune o hartie peste foi, apoi o tava cu  greutate. &lt;dd&gt;Blat: 6 galbenusuri, 250 gr margarina, 30 gr  cacao, 200 ml lapte, 1 praf de copt stins in otet, 150 gr zahar, faina ,  vanilie, 1 praf de sare. Bezea: 6 albusuri, 150 gr zahar.&lt;/dd&gt;
&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Intr-un  vas omogenizam margarina alfiata ( topita putin) cu zaharul, se adauga  galbenusurile, praful de copt stins, sare, vanilie si amestecam .  
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Se  adauga cacao, faina, si amestecam  pana obtinem o compozitie ca de chec.  Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si se  introduce in cuptorul incalzit. Se coace la foc potrivit. Separat se bat  albusurile cu zahar pentru bezea. Cand blatul s-a copt se adauga  compozitia de bezea si se introduce in cuptor. Se lasa la foc mic pana  se intareste bezeaua. Cand este gata se lasa sa se raceasca. Se  portioneaza dupa preferinta.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;Blat: 5 oua, 30 gr cacao, 120 gr faina, 1 praf de copt, 120 gr zahar. Crema:2 oua, 100 ml lapte, 200 gr zahar, 250 gr unt sau margarina, rom, 150 gr ciocolata menaj, 50 ml frisca lichida  Sirop:200 ml zahar, vanilie, rom, 400 ml apa. Glazura: 200 gr margarina, 30 gr cacao, 200 gr zahar, vanilie. Decor: aveline de crema, petale din ciocolata cuvertura

&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Primul  pas: blatul- albusurile se bat spuma cu zahar, separat intr-un bol  mixam galbenusurile , sare. Cand albusurile sunt gata se amesteca usor  cu compozitia formata din galbenusuri, sare, cacao. Se adauga treptat  faina amestecata cu praful de copt si cacao. Compozitia obtinuta se pune  intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt si se lasa la copt in cuptorul  incalzit. Se lasa la copt, pana la proba prin apasare sa isi revina la  forma initiala. Cand s-a racit se taie in trei foi. Sirop: in 400 ml  apa, adaugam 200 gr zahar si punem la fiert. Dupa ce a dat in clocot si a  fiert cca 5 minute, se ia de pe foc, se adauga rom si vanilie.  Crema:Intr-o cratita amestecam ouale cu zahar, frisca lichida, lapte,  ciocolata. Se pune pe foc si se amesteca continuu pana cand incepe sa se  ingroase. Se ia de pe foc , se pune la racit , se adauga romul si  margarina sau untul. Cand crema este aproape rece se omogenizeaza foarte  bine. Glazura: Intr-un vas punem zaharul, margarina si cacao, se  amesteca bine si se pune la foc mic . Se amesteca pana incepe sa fiarba.  Se lasa la fiert cca 3 minute. Trebuie sa aiba consistenta unui sirop  vascos. Finisare: pe o tava intinsa punem putin sirop, apoi prima foaie  de blat. Se insiropeaza , se pune un strat de crema, se intinde uniform .  Se adauga a doua foaie, se insiropeaza, se adauga ultimul start de  crema, apoi ultima foaie si insiropom. Se introduce la congelator cca 20  minute. Se inlatura marginile, apoi deasupra  se adauga un strat fin de  crema . Se introduce din nou la congelator pentru 10 minute. Se  portioneaza cu ajutorul unui cutit cu lama incalzita, fiecare prajitura  care se trece prin glazura se pune pe o tava , si se introduce la rece  cca 5 minute. Se scot din tava cu ajutorul unui cutit cu lama subtire si  se pun pe chese (hartie pentru prajituri). Se decoreaza fiecare  prajitura cu avelina din crema.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;Componentele  se omogenizeaza intr-un bol. Se portioneaza print-o jumatate de polonic  de compozitie. Se prajesc cu putin ulei incins int-o tigaie din teflon.  Dupa ce se obtin clatitele, se ruleaza sau se impacheteaza cu dulceata  de gutui dupa preferinta.&lt;/dd&gt;

Se bate frisca spuma . Cand crema este aproape rece  se adauga stafidele aromate in rom si amestecam putin. Se adauga apoi  frisca si se amesteca usor. Se toarna aceasta compozitie in forma cu  piscoturi. Se pune la rece si se lasa minim 4 ore, este gata cand crema  este bine inchegata. Se bate frisca pentru decor, si cu ajutorul  ciocolatei formam frunze dupa preferinta. Se decoreaza cu frisca batuta  si frunze de ciocolata.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;250 gr unt , 4 oua, 250 gr zahar, 300 gr faina, 1  plic praf de copt, zahar vanilat, un praf sare, nuca, 30 gr cacao, 75  ml lapte.&lt;/dd&gt;
&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Untul topit se omogenizeaza  cu zahar, zaharul vanilat si praful de sare, se amesteca bine. Se adauga  pe rand cele 4 oua intregi si se mixeaza continuu. Faina se amesteca cu  praful de copt , apoi se adauga peste oua, alternand cu 50 ml lapte.  Aluatul se imparte in doua , laptele ramas se adauga intr-una din  jumatati si cele doua linguri de cacao. Intr-o forma unsa cu unt si  tapetata cu faina, se pune cate-o lingura din aluat galben , nuca  maruntita, o lingura aluat cacao (totul se face pe centrul tavii). La  sfarsit se presara nuca deasupra. Se introduce in cuptorul incalzit si  se lasa la foc mic pana se coace. Este gata dupa minim 50 minute de  copt.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;Blat: 5 oua, 30 gr cacao, 120 gr faina, 1 praf de copt, 120 gr zahar. Crema: 3 oua, 10 gr gelatina, 500 gr frisca vegetala, 200 ml smanatana, 200 ml lapte, 150 gr zahar, vanilie. Umplutura: Decor: jeleu, visine&lt;/dd&gt;
&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Blatul se  realizeza astfel: albusurile se bat spuma cu zahar, separat intr-un bol  mixam galbenusurile , sare. Cand albusurile sunt gata se amesteca usor  cu compozitia formata din galbenusuri, sare, cacao. Se adauga treptat  faina amestecata cu praful de copt si cacao. Compozitia obtinuta se pune  intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt si se lasa la copt in cuptorul  incalzit. Se lasa la copt, pana la proba prin apasare sa isi revina la  forma initiala. Cand s-a racit se taie in doua foi. Crema diplomat:  intr-un vas punem gelatina inmuiata in lapte rece, zaharul, ouale,  omogenizam bine. Vasul se pune pe Baine-Marie si amestecam din cand in  cand . Cand s-a ingrosat o luam si o lasam la racit. Se bate frisca 300  ml , smantana 100 ml, si vanilie. Cand crema este aproape rece se adauga  frisca si amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza . Visinele pot fi  folosite si inghetate, se tin minim o ora cu 40 gr zahar.Blatul se taie  in doua parti, prima parte se pune pe o tava intinsa, se adauga  visinele, un start de crema diplomat apoi a doua foaie, ultimul start  find de crema. Se intinde uniform cu ajutorul unei spatule si se  introduce la rece pentru 3 ore. Cand este gata se decoreaza cu jeleu  rosu si visine in functie de preferinta.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.bucataria-romaneasca.ro/retete-culinare/dulciuri/rulada-cu-crema-de-ciocolata-si-visine.html"&gt;Foia de rulada&lt;/a&gt;: se  separa ouale, albusurile se pun intr-un bol, galbenusurile intr-un  castron. Se mixeaza , iar treptat se adauga zaharul. Cand albusurile  s-au omogenizat bine si   zaharul s-a dizolvat se adauga galbenusurile  mixate in prealabil. Se adauga faina amestecata cu cacao, praf de copt  si praful de sare. Se amesteca usor pana se incoproreaza. Compozitia se  pune pe o hartie de copt de dimensiunea unei tavi , se intinde usor,se  introduce in coptorul incalzit si se lasa la copt. Cand foaia de rulada  s-a copt se scoate din cuptor si se pudreaza cu faina. Se intoarce cu  fata pe un blat de lemn, se umezeste cu un burete umed hartia de copt si  o desprindem usor. Dupa desprindere se pune pe hartia cu care s-a copt.  Separat crema : intr-un vas din inox se pun : ouale, zaharul, ciocolata  menaj, laptele, se amesteca bine si se pun pe foc sa fiarba. Se  amesteca mereu pana obtinem o compozitie ingrosata. Se ia de pe foc si  se lasa sa se raceasca. Intr-un bol se pune margarina sau untul  la  temperatura camerei, si o cantitate mica de compozitie, se omogenizeaza.  Se mixeaza pana se incorporeaza toata compozitia. La sfarsit se adauga  rom.  Spatiul de umplere al foii de rulada se imparte in trei parti ca si in  poza, prima parte crema, o parte dulceata de visine, a treia parte  crema. Se ruleaza si se introduce la rece pentru cca 30 min. Dupa racire  se unge cu un strat foarte subtire de crema si se decoreaza pe toata  suprafata cu nuca de cocos. Se portioneaza cu ajutorul unui cutit trecut  prin apa fierbinte.&lt;/dd&gt;

Tava pentru copt se  unge cu putin ulei, se tapeteaza cu hartie de copt. Pe o planseta unsa  cu putin ulei se intinde o foaie din aluatul de turta dulce cu ajutorul  merdenelei , se decupeaza cu ajutorul formelor braduti, stelute,  fluturasi..., se pun in tava si se introduc la copt la foc potrivit. Se  lasa la copt pana devin aurii. Pentru a decora batem spuma albusul cu  zahar, pana se dizolva bine, se adauga zeama de lamaie si se continua  omogenizarea pana se intareste. Decorul se realizeaza cu ajutorul unui  cornet format din hartie cerata. Cand am terminat de decorat turta dulce  se lasa sa se intareasca cateva ore.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;Untul  se omogenizeaza cu zaharul pana devine spuma, se adauga galbenusurile,  sarea, vanilia, praful de copt stins in otet si se amesteca bine. Se  adauga faina cat cuprinde. Se pune copozitia intr-un pos cu sprit si se  toarna sub forma de aveline trase intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie. Se coc  la foc potrivit. Cand sunt gata se lasa sa se raceasca. Separat pe  Baine Marie se pune cicolata la topit cu ulei (cateva picaturi). Cand  cicolata s-a topit , luam fiecare fursec si il tragem usor cu varful  prin cicolata, se pun pe o tava tapetata cu hartie. Dupa ce am glazurat  toate fursecurile se presara nuca de cocos si se introduc la rece. Cand  ciocolata s-a intarit se desprind de pe hartie si se pun pe un platou.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;3 oua, 120 gr de margarina sau unt la  temperatura camerei, 130 gr de zahar, 150 gr faina, 2 plicuri de zahar  vanilat, o jumatate pachetel  praf de copt, afine ( eu am avut afine in  lada frigorifica). &lt;/dd&gt;
&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Se mixeaza zaharul cu margarina sau  unt, se adauga   ouale pe rand, apoi zaharul vanilat, faina cu parful de  copt amestecat si se mixeaza bine. Afinele congelate se pun intr-o sita  si se trec printr-un jet de apa rece. Am pregatit o tava cu forme de  briose , am pus in fiecare hartie speciala , cu o lingurita am pus in  fiecare compozitie , apoi am adaugat afine, iar la sfarsit se mai adauga  compozitie pentru a acoperi afinele. Le-am dat la cuptor (preincalzit) la 180 de grade si le-am lasat la copt  cca 20 - 25 min, depinde de cuptor.&lt;/dd&gt;

&lt;dd&gt;Intr-un bol mixam margarina cu zahar pana se omogenizeaza bine. Se adauga ouale unul cate unul si se mixeaza pana se incorporeaza, dupa care se adauga vanilia. Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, sarea si scortisoara si amestecam bine pana se obtine o compozitie omogena. Adaugam fulgii de ovaz si stafidele , se amesteca pana devine o coca mai groasa. Se aseaza pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt in gramajoare distantate una de alta. Se coc in cuptorul incins. Cand sunt gata se lasa la racit apoi se pudreaza cu zahar farin.&lt;/dd&gt;&lt;/dl&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;dt&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd&gt;Pregatim aluatul. Intr-un bol mai mare se omogenizeaza margarina cu zaharul farin, se adauga praful de sare , vanilia, apa minerala, praful de copt stins in otet, si faina treptat astfel incat sa obtinem un aluat omogen , care se dezlipeste de mana. Separat merele se spala se rad cu coaja, se fierb la foc mic cu zahar, scortisoara si cca 30 gr margarina pana se obtine o compozitie cremoasa. Aluatul se intinde pe o planseta cu ajutorul fainii, se portioneaza foaia intinsa in patrate egale, se adauga umplutura si se pliaza. Se pun intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie si se coc la foc potrivit. Cand pachetelele devin aurii se scot din cuptor , le lasam la rece apoi se pudreaza cu zahar farin vanilat.&lt;/dd&gt;

Pentru umplutura: marmelada Pentru glazura: 3 galbenusuri, 150 gr zahar, nuci.&lt;/dd&gt;
&lt;dt style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/dt&gt;
&lt;dd style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Untul  si margarina se spumeaza cu zaharul farin, se adauga treptat  galbenusurile de ou, uleiul si se continua baterea pana ce compozitia  capata consistenta unei creme. Se adauga laptele , sarea, bicarbonatul  dizolvat in otet, vanilia si se framanta cu faina. Aluatul se lasa cca  30 min la rece. Aluatul se intinde cu faina , in 3 foi subtiri, care se aseaza in tava  si se coc la temperatura moderata. Foile coapte si racite , se umplu cu  marmelada intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Separat, galbenusurile  de ou se bat spuma cu zahar. Compozitia de galbenus acopera ultima  foaie de aluat, se decoreaza cu nuci. Prajitura se aseaza in tava , se  introduce in cuptor si se coace o ora la temperatura de max 50 grade C.  Dupa cocere se lasa sa se raceasca  si se portioneaza.&lt;/dd&gt;

Albusurile se adauga peste  galbenusuri , se adauga nuca, ciocolata rasa, praful de copt amestecat  cu faina  si se amesteca usor pana se incorporeza totul. Crema:500 gr frisca, 300 gr capsuni, 150 gr zahar, 2 oua, 100 ml lapte. Decor: capsuni&lt;/dd&gt;&lt;dt style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mod de preparare&lt;/dt&gt;&lt;dd&gt;Pregatim foaia de  rulada: Se separa ouale, albusurile se bat spuma cu zaharul,  galbenusurile se mixeaza cu sare, si zahar vanilat. Albusurile se pun  peste galbenusuri, se adauga faina si se incorporeaza  usor. Se pune  compozitia pe o hartie de copt cat dimensiunea unei tavi, si se  introduce in cuptorul incalzit. Se lasa la copt pana capata o tenta  aurie. Se pudreaza cu faina si se lasa la rece. Cand s-a racit se  desprinde usor de pe hartie. Capsunile spalate se taie felii si se tin  intr-un bol cu zahar vanilat. Crema: Intr-un vas se pun ouale,  zaharul, laptele, se mixeaza bine si  se pune pe Baine-Marie. Se lasa pana obtinem o consistenta cremoasa. Se  ia apoi de pe Baine Marie si se lasa la rece. Cand s-a racit compozitia  se bate frisca. Crema obtinuta se mixeaza cu frisca batuta treptat. Formam rulada: Pe foaia de rulada se adauga trei sferturi din crema  obtinuta, se adauga din loc in loc dupa preferinta felii de capsuni si  se ruleaza folosindu-ne de hartia pe care s-a copt foaia de rulada.
