PRESS RELEASE Re-vive table legs by Cohda

With the costs of transporting furniture around the globe, the energy used in manufacture and the associated Carbon footprint, Cohda have developed the
Revive table legs as an alternative. Manufactured in the UK the patented legs aim to offer a unique yet simple furniture solution that can assist in reducing these problems. The legs are manufactured in the UK from previously redundant production equipment that has now been revived by Cohda.

Attached and removed within seconds and without the need for expertise or tools, the legs can be used to produce a variety of permanent and semi permanent tables, in various scale, depth and surface diameters. The Re-vive table legs can be attached to most waste rigid materials and endlessly reused to create uniquely sustainable pieces of furniture.

The boundaries of our existence are fraught with danger, fear and concern. Therefore, we create rituals to help us deal with these uncertainties. Research has found that people, when reminded of their own inevitable death, feels that life has more meaning; a purpose; significance in the grand scheme of things.
“My Life Urn” is designed for you to embrace your existence by serving as a reminder of the inevitable so that you can appreciate and live a more content life. It brings back the historical and cultural rituals that deal with the two doorways of life: birth and death, rituals that have slowly faded away in the Western society today where we focus on searching for the truth rather than just accepting our faith.

“My Life Urn” story starts with a seed which will grow into a tree from the nutritional ingredients found in your placenta when you are born. Symbolic of your life, it will grow and change with you. Also, with “My Life Urn” comes a Life Tree Story which is designed as a life long journal for you to keep track of thoughts & developments along the way.
When your time eventually has come, “My Life Urn” will serve as a carrier of your remains when buried in the ground. Your Tree of Life will keep on growing through eternity & will function as a memorial for your relatives.

52 Editions Features A New, Fabulous Photograph Each Week At A Price That Everyone Can Afford…All For The Love Of Art.

52 Editions is the anti-gallery. Here is how it works: each week, the 52 Editions website (http://www.52editions.com) features an original photograph for less than $50. Its weekly goal: to demolish the misconception that collecting great photography is a privilege solely for the hoity-toity.

Launching this month, the 52 Editions website features a weekly photograph handpicked by curator and all around international man of photography Arnaud Gregori. How is this different than the typical, run-of-the-mill art gallery? Rather than representing specific artists and pushing their works, Gregori selects an individual photograph on a case-by-case basis. So if Gregori deems it worthy, it doesn\’t matter whether the photographer is an amateur or professional, anonymous or famous.

Thus, 52 Edition\’s postmodern approach to art dealing is more about spreading the shutterbug love than making a buck.

Says Gregori about his new venture: “Because we are constantly bombarded by slick images whose only purpose are to sell us more stuff, It is very important for me to showcase honest photographs, which exist solely because they capture something beautiful… a landscape, an object, a moment.”

About Arnaud Gregori:
In addition to curating numerous photography exhibits, Arnaud Gregori has more than 20 years of experience working with some of the world\’s most renown professional photographers and is also the co-founder of the prestigious Los Angeles-based Paris Photo Lab & Imaging.
