The Black Bacchanal Has Begun!

Yes, the Black Bacchanal has come to town once again, beginning today and ending on August 2nd. And once again +++Blue Blood+++ is taking part in this awesome three-day event where there's something for every budget. Ghani has made two amazing outfits for the Bacchanal. They are priced at L$13 (Gacha), L$113, and L$300. Let's take a look at the offerings.

This is the L$300 offering - and you get two dresses for that price - limited editions which will *not* be sold after this event is over. These are the black and the white versions of Fire, which feature sculpted fiery shoulder, sleeve, and hip prims, as well as a corset and mini skirt. It's a hot (sorry, I had to use that adjective) and fun little outfit.

There are also four more colors of Fire - red and teal (shown above), as well as ocre and purple - priced at L$113 each, a bargain considering the work that went into making these outfits. As always, everything was hand-made and painted by Ms. Uriza and burns (sorry again lol) with her signature style. Last but not least, Ms. Uriza has made a L$13 Gacha outfit in four colors.

How sexy is that? Is it lingerie or is it a dress? Well, that depends on how bold you are, doesn't it? :) It's a bit reminiscent of Gorean style silks, I think, but without showing too, too much skin. Of course, as with all Gacha items, they're no copy/transfer so that you can trade to get the colors you want. Feel free to do it at the Bacchanal - you might just make a new friend.

The Black Bacchanal is being hosted this time by Ivey Deschanel of Sn@tch at her Sn@tch City sim, so you *know* it's going to be amazing. The theme this time is the movie Blade Runner, so you're sure to see some cyberpunk and replicant-inspired fashions from City of Dis, +DV8+, [Gauze], ImmateriA, Nomine, and Sn@tch. But hurry because the Bacchanal leaves town in three days.

This weekends Project Themeory is realy worth to attend. I loved almost every item which was sold. But this skin of Pink Fuel stood out.

The skin is very cute but the bloody hart on the cheek makes it creepy too. I think that makes it a interesting skin. It is most definately not an everyday skin. I absolutely love it. I tried to make a bit of a “dark” look with it.

The dress I got a Tee*fy and I love the way it looks. It was my first time at Tee*fy and I will most definately come back. They are also attending this weeks Project Themeory and they put some cute items out. It is worth taking a look there.

Making some changes!

I have been rather busy of late. In RL and SL. Mainly I’ve been working on an entirely new project, which is – I’m moving my store. For many reasons – 1) It’s time for a change, 2) I have a desire to move off the mainland 3) I want to work collaboratively with some friends 4) The pg/mature search bug is too much for me. Anywho I hope to be moving it soon! In the meantime, I’ve been working on several things – new jewelry pieces that have been coming along beautifully, new hair which is still a struggle for me, a new store build, a new sim build, blogging Fifty Linden Friday’s for SCD. I’ve committed to the Platinum Hunt, the Hair Fair, and of course a grand reopening of my store. To say I’m a bit on overwhelm would be an understatement.

Also of course, I still like to blog outfits. Crazy girl. I picked up the hair from Clawtooth when I stumbled upon a stumblebum exclusive. I love this hair for the sheer disarray. The skin is the lovely Lola release as an FLF special – I really love this skin, and seriously I’ve never like Lelutka before this line. As luck would have it, the light blue touch of eye makeup worked perfectly with the delightful FLF special dress from 5th & Oxford. I love 5th & Oxford because the quality of clothing is exceptional. I confess to doing a bit of modding on this sculpted skirt – I made a copy, linked the pearl buttons to it, and re-attached it to the stomach attachment point. Simply because I wanted to wear one of my new necklaces that I call ‘pearl nouveau.’ It’s not ready for release yet. It may be a bit – I’ll probably do a large release when I open the new store. Finally I finished it off with some free light blue stillettos from In her shoes. I don’t know why I decided to pair heels with the baby doll – just felt right!

I hope to get all of the above stuff done quickly and look forward to seeing all of you at my new location!

Hi! It’s late, and I’m super bargain sleepy so guess what? I made a typo on the ad. Woops, but you forgive me right? Now that that’s out of the way NEW CHEAP GOODNESS!

I made 2 friends pose sets, sold together for only 60L during Super Bargain Saturday, hooray! I was trying to make them cool and laid back. They ended up looking a little judgy to me so I thought that was funny. Don’t worry no girls were harmed or brought to tears by mean girls in the making of these poses.

The only one thing I changed with the main outfit was the cuff’s on the pants. I didn’t particularly like the flared cuffs so swapped them with some cuff’s from a pair of Armidi Ruvido Slacks, which I think go really well with the pants.

The boots are new from Ispachi and are really nice and come with a colour changer so you can select what colour you like.

Brand new seasonal outfits at MEB Fashion! Take a look at MariaElena Barbosa’s latest releases: the Ravello dream gown, ideal for a ballgown and the Capri skirt ensemble, perfect to reveal silky legs for this summer!

MEB Summer 2010 Collection: MEB Fashion, by MariaElena Barbosa, proposes a black and white Summer, thinking of tanned skins, loose hair, great fun and vanity enhanced and stressed by these basic colors. Almost all the clothes have names of famous sea places in the italian Mediterranean (Ravello, Panarea, Capri, Ponza, Positano).

Ravello is an incredible natural balcony over the splendid Amalfi coast (near Naples). From its Villas (some of them are ancient roman ones) one can see a stunning mediterranean view, and they have been very often wonderful location for international fashion shows.

It’s difficult to be original designing a black gown, but MariaElena has been able to this, creating Ravello. It might be no more than a classic gown, but the raw opaque silk turning to deep gray, the deep neckline touching the waist made the dress unique. But the “coup de theatre” is a long silk bow slightly more bright than the dress, fixed on neckline’s end by a silver and black stone broche. It moves on every step, meeting the skirt’s moves and mixing with it. Who wear Ravello can’t be set aside in an elegant party or in a dance night.

The dress is sold at 650 l$ in all the MEB stores, including Glance SIM one.

This skirt ensemble is “Capri”. Its name comes from one of the most famous VIP location in the Mediterranean. The island’s “Piazzetta” (little square) gathers in the Summer actors, models, sport champions in classy and exclusive parties. The dress would represent this style, joining classy elegance and sophisticated naughtyness.

A fresh cotton white jacket, thigt and short, short sleeves, worn on a thight, black miniskirt and white stilettoes. I would choose this outfit for the last working days before holydays, or for my elegant afternoons of shopping. The glamour of this outfits depends on the simpleness of the whole, but also on some fashinating details: the jacket collar, the jeans-like skirt, the fabolous belt marking the body just under the breast. For the woman born to be always elegant.

The dress is sold at 590 l$ in all the MEB stores, including Glance SIM one.

Gatcha Machines at Plastik!

Hurray, random vendors, or Gatcha machines, or whatever theyre called.
This was one of those tiny side projects i never got to and so i decided to finish them! There are 32 colors in the plain, 32 colors in the studded, and about 18 in the multi. <3.
The plain ones are 20l a piece, studded are 30, and the multi ones are 45 a piece. Theyre no copy and you can modify them if you like changing the colors of the studs, etc etc, things like that. I'll be putting them out at the gatcha fair and at the mainstore because i know that the fair's laggy as all hell right now. <333..

Hi sweeties!

I'm sure most of you have heard about the Gatcha! Festival going on right now in the Albero and Cioccolatta area's. I'm joining as a guest designer and got some special goodies made for this :)

The Gatcha! Tops :) They come in 5 colors, 30L$ a play. You'll get a random color per play. All these items are transfer, so if you get doubles no worries! You can trade/give away the items, there's even special trading parties!
Also, i've put in a rare item, which means this is a tad bit harder to get. Though so far i've heard alot of feedback of customers who were able to get the dress fairly fast.

These items are made especially for this event, and will never go on sale after. Also they are ONLY available at the festival! Taxi?

You'll find some amazing designers items at the festival, I know i've been myself already 3 times and will definately visit more hehe. Goodluck everyone and enjoy!

Hey there! I've decided to take a much needed vacation from "working" for the month of August, so this will be my last release until September'ish.
