From the air, we can see a hole in a peninsula that is like a small lake. In fact, it was an underwater cave which formed by nature. The Indian Ocean's wave that hit coastal cliffs over the years making this underwater cave more bigger. It then tear down the land above it and forming into lagoon.

Nusa Penida is an island located in the southeast of Bali, which is separated by Badung Strait. This island can be reached via cruise with charter boat , fast boat or quicksilver from Sanur, Benoa, Kusamba and Padang Bay. Unlike the neighbouring small island of Nusa Lembongan there is very little tourist infrastructure here. Nusa Penida covers a wide area of diving locations.

A view of freshwater big area surrounded by the mountain is one of my favorite place. Indonesia has many destination place like this, from a natural lake that occur because of volcanoes and artificial lake that made for reservoir.

Lake Cirata or Reservoir Cirata located in Ciranjang Cianjur, West Java, is a potential hydropower dam. In addition, Cirata also used for fish farming using floating fish pond. Basicly, this floating fish pond made to produce economical fish, Lake or Reservoir for fish farming. But in Cirata, we can see that floating fish pond also can be use as floating restaurant.

Many local tourist who visit Cirata will enjoying the beautiful scenery with a fisherman's boat that can load 10 passengers. You can ride it from Jangari - a small port in Cirata - with a small fee around 10 thousand rupiah per person. Or you can charter it by paying 100 thousand rupiah for 1 to 2 hours trip. During the cruise, the owner of boat will offering you to visit a floating reastaurant with grilled fish or Ikan Bakar as the main menu.

That's the fascinating of the trip to reservoir like Cirata. You can eat in the middle of lake while enjoying the scenery. Or you can enjoying the scenery while you fish.

More than 60% of Indonesia's population work in agriculture, this is why Indonesia called as an agricultural country. There are two types of agriculture are predominant in Indonesia: permanent irrigated rice farming ( sawah ) and rotating swidden or slash-and-burn ( ladang ) farming of rice, corn, and other crops. The former dominates Java, Bali, and the highlands all along the western coast of Sumatra; the latter is found in other parts of Sumatra and other outer islands, but not exclusively so.
