Bishop Visiting East Greenwich

The Rt. Revd. Christopher Chessun, Bishop of Woolwich will be visiting the Parish of Christ Church East next Tuesday at 3pm on Tuesday 17th November Rev.

He will visit East Greenwich Traders Association at Greenwich Communication Centre in Trafalgar Road where he will be introduced to representatives of the East Greenwich Traders Association.

The Bishop will learn about projects underway in East Greenwich particularly with the Olympics looming.

I often bleat on about the benefits of using a regulated agent and here I find another classic example as reported on EAT today

Landlords need to understand that mandatory tenancy deposit protection operates – ultimately, in favour of the tenant.

If the agent goes bust the landlord is going to struggle to get the deposit back and will have to fork out of their own money. If however you use a regulated agent such as a member of NAEA, ARLA or RICS they are required to have client money protection insurance. This will enable the landlord to claim their money back regardless if the agent goes into liquidation
