Wow. Look at Adele on the cover of Rolling Stone. Wait...is she, covered up...yet again.

What-a-sur-prise.

I dont know what is going on here, but this is out of control. It doesn't matter if its a video or an image, this girl is covered up or sitting down. Check out the pics.

Vanessa Carlton - Rabbits on the Run

2011-03-23T08:57:00.001-04:00

Vanessa Carlton's new album is finally ready for release 6/2/11

As an underrated artists, i think that her underwhelming success has helped her become a stronger artist and give her a voice that she wouldn't have had at a big label.

Check out "Carousel," which I'm guessing is her lead single. Not confirmed, but the website leads you there... Great track, great harmonies...

Artist: Vanessa Carlton
Album: Rabbits on the Run

Britney Spears - Hold It Against Me

Love this video and love the TBC hint at the end. I only hope "Till the World Ends" really does keep a storyline going for this album.

MUST: Chiddy Bang

2010-08-10T00:28:00.000-04:00

Obsesssssssed. I first heard my manager at WEA lightly talk about Chiddy bang in a "whatever" fashion. Since then, Ive heard a few CB tracks and my two interns at another job are all about them. Now, I am all about them. There indie references/samples are REDIC. Kate Nash, MGMT, Sufjan Stevens, Yelle and more make the cut. Its like I did this! Its like I dreamed this. I love it - check out Chiddy Bang NOW!

Nikki Minaj Brings Back Female Rap

2010-08-10T00:17:00.001-04:00

I was first introduced to Nikki Minaj almost two years ago. I was looking for a remix to Beyonces Single Ladies and discovered this one. I also remember when I heard this I thought she British... At the time I was going on and on how female rappers have disappeared, are getting no respect, and most importantly are not equals to male rappers.

Nikki Minaj has single handily brought back female rappers. Shes quirky, fun, and climbing the charts. I wouldn't doubt if her November album gets pushed up. Go Miss Minaj. Here are a bunch of videos or songs shes featured in, its mind blowing...

The song sounds great! I wonder how much Christina is giving to the soundtrack. Maybe she should have shelved Bionic til late 2011 and done this soundtrack. It would've been a great follow up to Back to Basics.

As some of you may or may not know, Material Girl is the new line by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes Leon (who i saw shopping with her father in TopShop early this year!!) and the line is due out in Macy's stores mid-August./ Its an 80's inspired collection and fits perfectly into today's world. Check out the blog, reads Lola's cute 13 year old post and look for the collection soon. (And hopefully some new Madonna tunes!)

Kylie Minogue - Aphrodite Out Now

2010-07-08T14:00:00.000-04:00

What I love about Kylie Minogue is that she is not giving up on the US. Billboard recently published an article with the headline "Third Times the Charm" and their right. She keeps coming back and hopes to stay, but somehow we dont let Miss Minogue stick around too long. I hear no reason for Kylie's songs not to be featured in today's pop world, especially since Gaga has ushered in a new simple UK sound board. Check out the promo trail for Kylie and pick up your copy of "Aphrodite" now!
