I want to share with you interesting Kindergarten Art Projects For Toddlers and Preschoolers we’ve done in October. They are really simple and can be done in the kindergarten or preschool, or even at home together with parents when the weather is rainy or without any special reason, just for fun.

First is a Dog made from paper napkins.

Any animal can be done in the same way and or anything you want. It’s really easy and can be done even by toddlers. Just watch them to be careful with the glue.

Plane from plastic bottle.

It’s not easy for toddler to make a holes for wings, so in this part you need to help. But to cut and color the parts from paper and stick a passengers are not hard at all.

I love this Butterfly. It’s so easy to make and to play. It’s great training for your toddler fine motor skills.

To do such rose you have to make first 9 petals of round shape and than to stick them together one at a time. It’s much easier than may seem.

They are lovely friends. They can play and keep your secrets. It’s impossible to forget them. Especially after you’ve done such friend by your own hands. You may think they are promitive but my daughter play with them more than with stuffed animals bought in the shops. What is their secret?

Maybe it’s your desire to create something that gave them some energy and special character. You ame think – it’s waste of time to do such toys. I’m not with you here. They are really special and while making them you can teach your child to be a creator but not only passive consumer.

All toddlers love different bags. Boys and girls love to play with them and to put in the bags lots of things they think are important for them.

No matter how many bags you have you’ll feel you’ll run out of bags very soon because toddlers love to have some new things every day and their desire to collect lots of things will make your house full of EVERYTHING. We do know that many parents know what we are speaking about.

So. We advice you to make some bags yourself. That’s would be great because you’ll show your child how to create the things and you don’t have necessary to buy everything. Besides you’ll make a really unique thing that is only in your property.:) The last reason – you’ll be very proud of yourself because you are a parent who can make a very unique thing for your very special child.

A little story for little toddler (1) about snail

One a little girl met a little snail.

- Hello! Who are you and where are you going? – Asked little girl.
- I’m snail and I’m traveling.
- Traveling? And where is your suitcase and tickets? Where is your car?
- I’m green traveler and I don’t use car because I want the air to be clean. I took only one thing I need with me.
- What is it? This is my house.:) Everything I need is inside. I’m sorry but I’m in a hurry. I want to visit that field before this fall. Good buy!
And the little snail continued its traveling.

Tell your toddler he is Autumn and his job is to color the trees.
Ask what colors does Autumn use to color the trees.
Give a picture with trees and say that summer is over.

When the masterpiece is ready place is in the nice place where it can be easily seen.

I see that some people come to my blog with this question. I want to say them, PEOPLE, don’t be obsessed with education too much. There can be several reasons why your toddler doesn’t sort.

1. Sometimes toddlers are too young for sorting.
2. Sometimes they doesn’t want to sort and that’s the main reason. They are not interested in this activity and it’s boring for them. They have their own right to decide what are their likes and dislikes.

3. They may also don’t like the way you ask them to sort.

It doesn’t matter sort your toddler or not. It’s only activity, not obligatory exam.

The holidays are connected with the change of the seasons, that’s why the celebrating the different holidays helps toddlers learn about the year, the seasons, the weather and differences of particular season and of course traditions. Halloween also can tell toddlers about special believes and surperstitions. BUT I don’t like everything about Halloween, especially when we speak about Halloween for toddlers. Mostly because toddlers are very impressionable or sensitive. Things that can be funny and harmless for you can cause a child a strong stress and emotional injury. They may not show you this from the first time but have a nightmares or start to play strange or agressive games. The distinction between funny and scary is very delicate and for every child is different. So, be careful telling about vampires and werewolves, because for toddlers they sound real. But if this holiday is widely celebrated in your country you should explain what is Halloween. Some funny songs may help you. Here are some lyrics that we learn with my daughter this year. Hope they your kids will enjoy them too.

Pumpkin is the kindest character of this holiday. I love everything about pumpkins and my toddler loves too. We love draw and color pumpkins and to carve them.

My toddler thinks that ghosts are just cartoons characters and I think it’s enough for her age. When she is older we’ll speak about it more.

When the weather is rainy we can’t have fun outdoors but after the rain we can have a lot of fun with the puddles. This is very cute way to have good time together playing and laughing.

1. To play with paper ships in the puddles

I don’t know about you but I still like to watch the ships swimming in the water. I don’t know who likes this game more me or my daughter?:))

2. To throw stones in the puddles.

This is absolutely magic activity for me and all children all know. Everybody loves to throw stones. It’s the part of our nature. The main thing is to be dressed comfortable in something old or not very fashionable in order not to be afraid of becoming dirty.

3. Top measure the puddles in rubber boots.

Summer was a fabulous time for different physical activity outdoors but autumn changes our activity schedule into its own way and we have to obey this rainy and sometimes nasty season.
