Blogger Rescinds Change To Porn Policy

Blogger sent me another email stating that they have received feedback from a lot of people letting them know they aren't happy with the changes Blogger was going to make in their content policy. (Well of course not.)

Due to the number of correspondence they have decided to not change their policy.

I'm not sure what made them want to censor their clients in the first place (Somebody got religion or sued due to kids seeing nekkid people. Who knows?) but I'm not at all surprised to hear that a large number of people were unhappy about the changes.

Like I said in my previous post, I understand the need to keep children safe but at the same time there are adults online who should be able to write and post what they want.

Parents need to monitor their children better. There are ways to protect kids from seeing things online with software and simply changing the settings on the computer your kid's use. The Internet shouldn't censor what adults post and view. We are grown ups, let us make those decisions.

One thing Blogger did do was direct my attention back to this neglected blog so perhaps I'll post more often. :o)

Censorship May Delete Blog

I received an email from Blogger today stating that they have changed their terms and conditions policy and will be deleting blogs that contain nudity or any obscene or offensive content. If it sounds vague to you it did to me as well.

They didn't come right out and say they would delete my blog and they may send this message out to everyone; I'm not sure. At any rate I wanted to let those of you subscribed to this blog know that if it disappears you'll know why.

I haven't updated in quite some time because I've been busy with other outside things. I wear several hats one of which is a yoga instructor and that has been taking up quite a bit of my time as well as my other writing.

They are making it more and more difficult for erotica writers to post online. I'm all for making people sign an online waiver stating they are over 18 and are okay with entering an adult site. Yes, I know it doesn't keep kids out but it at least makes them pause and think about whether they really want to go any further. If they are bold enough to move on they are most likely mature enough to see whatever comes next. Kids will get information if they want it badly enough, they always have.

As of this writing, Tumblr does not censor posts or blogs. I have one over there under this same name but I post nude men and gay erotica. I may add to it later but for now that's what I share if you are interested.

This is a touchy subject among many people especially women but a necessary evil in society. I will discuss this in a clinical manner that will not be vulgar.

In the 13^th century early bibles included tiny erotic and explicit images of men and women having sex and even art of two men having sexual relations together. Interesting to find pictures such as these in prayer books of men who are supposed to remain celibate.

France is full of buildings and even religious cathedrals with erotic carvings and paintings dating back to the Middle Ages. Most of the art in churches were cut out or white washed in the 18^th century during the post puritan era.

There are paintings depicting acts that appear to be sadistic in nature but were a normal occurrence in buildings of Christian worship. If someone today were to hang a portrait of a woman having her nipples pinched with iron devices it would be a scandal.

Why are men interested in pornography?

Men are visual creatures and are turned on by pictures of naked or nearly naked women or men.

You would have to take a class in anatomy and understand the human male body to understand why they need relief. Viewing erotic pictures helps them release this pent up energy.

Whether or not people watch pornography there will always be sex slaves. If no one bought pornographic videos of these girls and boys they would still be sold into prostitution. The only way to protect our kids is to keep a close eye on them and educate them about the dangers.

Men and women are not turned on by the same things

American Soldiers Can Now Have Sodomy And Sex With Animals

The Senate Armed Services Committee approved S. 1867, the National Defense Act, which includes a provision to repeal Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCM). Article 125 makes it illegal to engage in either sodomy with humans or sex with animals.

So basically, anal sex between two men or a man and a woman was illegal until now. There must have been an orgy or incident several years back warranting a bill to make this a crime along with having sex with animals. Must have been a hell of a party.

I am glad the military is finally allowing two men to have sex if they want to and I sure hope they add “consensual” in the wording but they need to take animals out of the verbiage.

As of yet I couldn’t find a reputable news story link but if you put in a search you’ll find all kinds of talk about this, including news sources in other countries so I’m pretty sure it’s true.

According to some “blogs” there will be chapels and priests set up to marry same sex people if they want to tie the knot. If all this is true, I am personally glad to see it. I’m not sure how Bloggers got that out of this repeal but hopefully they are correct on this information. It’s about time LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered) had the same rights as everyone else.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m okay with part of this bill I just don’t like it that they combined sodomy with bestiality.

You know what will happen, animal rights advocates will get involved, as they well should, and they’ll reinstate the old bill. They’ll blame it on PETA that homosexuals can’t have nuptial agreements or conjugal visits when it shouldn’t be linked to animals in the first place.

Personally, I have a much easier time thinking a couple of guys are loving each other than to try and picture drunk soldiers molesting livestock but some people have their priorities screwed up. They need to give homosexuals their own bill separate from animals.

Of course the religious nuts are all in an uproar, ranting about how everyone is going to hell in a hand basket. We knew that was inevitable.

It’s about time we stop making gay men feel like animals and include them in society. They are human just like the rest of us. They love and have feelings and deserve to be treated with respect.

If a person is willing to protect our country and put their life in danger everyday the least we can do is make them feel appreciated and treat them with dignity and letting them love whomever they choose is a good start.
