New Emtree thesaurus available for Embase files on legacy Dialog

The 2013 version of the Emtree thesaurus for Embase (Files 72, 73, 972, 272 replaces the 2012 version on legacy Dialog. The 2013 version has also been installed for Embase Alert (File 172) and EMCare (File 45). A list of terms added to the Emtree 2013 thesaurus is available for download.

ToxFile 2013 reload completed

The annual ToxFile reload on legacy Dialog is completed. MeSH descriptors in all records throughout the file now match the 2013 MEDLINE thesaurus already available in File 156.

You may wish to consider updating your search strategies to take into account changes in the MeSH thesaurus. MeSH vocabulary changes for 2013 can be found at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/introduction.html#changes.
