This was COMPLETELY FALSE! The government only released the IRS automatic lien which was DUPLICATED.  See attached affidavit you will only get here:  Francis NO LIEN RELEASE

In addition, the Court on February 24, 2010, took off calendar his March 1, 2010 hearing date and said he will consider the matter without oral argument.  The Court had already denied Francis’s bid to release the levy and the tax lien and his motion for reconsideration had a slim change of being granted anyway.  Here is a copy of the order: FRANCIS ORDER OFF CALENDAR

The fact that the judge didn’t even want to hear from Francis’s attorneys probably means there is very little merit to his arguments. TMZ simply jumped the gun when they saw the duplicate lien release and I have asked them to issue a retraction.

Fortunately, TMZ’s reporting of the story doesn’t equate to a real victory for Joe.  Yet, his lawyer’s foolishly argued that the duplicate lien release was a concession by the government until the government embarrassed them with the attached pleading I have provided on this blog.

It’s no surprise that Corey Feldman isn’t welcome at Corey Haim’s funeral -- a quite ceremony to be held tomorrow, in Haim’s hometown of Toronto, Canada.

“Understanding the recent media attention and to be respectful of the family’s wishes, I have decided not to attend,” said Feldman. But, fame whore Feldman says within a months time, he’ll be suited-up for the cameras to honor his so-called “best friend.” “At that time, the media will be invited to honor and celebrate the legacy he has left behind,” said Feldman.

To be sure, we’re talking about a bitch made man who evidently didn’t open his home to Haim, because his wife told him that was the way it was gonna be -- A female fame whore who is now drawing up the divorce papers, leaving Feldman after she cashed in.

What a match made in hell, two fame whores who tied the knot under false pretenses…a pair who couldn’t handle the real in Corey Haim. Know why? Because Real Recognizes Real mane!

BET President and CEO Debra Lee recently hosted a meeting as part of what she says is an effort to improve the image of black women -- That’s the Bait.

Here’s the Switch -- The meeting comes after years of BET exploiting black women scantily clad while booty-shaking on shows like “BET Uncut”; promoting black college kids gone wild in BET episodes of “College Park”; and advocating a spin the bottle Spring Bling game show on BET’s “Do it Or Don’t.”

Now that the damage is done, and this new generation of kids without respect are scarred, isn’t it too late to take back what’s been pumped into the minds of young BET viewers?

As usual the major media news outlets are out of touch and usually accept every statement made to them as fact. Regardless if the person making said statement has an interest in what is reported.

Well HSK is about to get highly detailed about the alleged sexual assault Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been trying to explain away for the last week,

Willie Colon is quoted on TMZ as saying he had, “no knowledge of the incident” until he was questioned by cops on his way out of the Capital City nightclub on March 5th….but thats not exactly the truth. Willie is intimately familiar with exactly what went down between Ben and his accuser.

HSK sources close to Willie Colon and Ben Roethlisberger have reported the following to Jacky. To quote Willie Colon,“Ben did have sex in the restroom with the accuser and she was so wasted, she pissed on him mane”!

This is not the first time the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has been under the investigation of police for sexual assault claims against him. As you may remember about the Lake Tahoe resort incident from 2008 which Roethlisberger also denies.
