Personally, I'm not a fan of either drugs or alcohol, but I'm not naive enough to think we'll ever be rid of them. Banning them does no good. You can't legislate morality, and to be honest, trying just causes more troubles and bloodshed.
Alcohol isn't forbidden in the Bible. We're actually encouraged to take a little for our stomach's sake. Drunkenness is

Hubby and I met nearly ten and a half years ago. We started dating a month or so after we met. We've been together since, and we're actually coming up on our seventh wedding anniversary rather quickly.

My mother and I went on a diet together back in May. I've lost maybe twelve pounds, she's lost about forty. It's hard not to get discouraged every time I see her these days. She's as thin as she was in high school again, and she even managed to keep her curves. My scale's gone down a touch,

Part of this was due to something or other causing the lymph nodes in my neck to swell and attempt to strangle me for a couple weeks. Even the painless ones can cause all sorts of problems, and yes there is such a thing. 
They're  almost like having a petit mal seizure but without the zoning out.  Sometimes I'll see bright lights or shadows. Others I get vertigo so  badly I have to lie down on the floor or crawl to keep from

All us moms can agree motherhood itself is a full time job. Taking care of house and home, especially if you're trying to cook healthfully, isn't an easy task either. Then there's homeschooling, which takes up a big chunk of each day. But I keep hunting for other stuff to do anyway. Therefore, I'm a glutton for punishment.
