Use a whisk to mix thoroughly. Add chicken-pierce chicken with fork, and spoon liquid over. Allow chicken to marinate for about an hour. Remove chicken from liquid-add liquid to skillet and cook over medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender, with a lid on the skillet. Serve over followed Ginger's lead and decided to join blogger as well as my facebook and myspace..<br />I just married a down south boy last July and in January we moved to his hometown of Grenada for me to pursue my insurance career further..I am still adjusting to the small town life again..I am happy to report that I took a job with Allstate..However, I will be in training for 6 weeks..out of town..Kylie is not gonna be very happy about this I'm afraid..I feel sure that massive spoilage from grandmothers will ease the pain..<br />Hope everyone has a great
