Cluster back up after storm related power failure The K3UK Digital Spotting cluster was off line for 6 hours today due to a snow storm that caused power outages in this area. The K3DX Cluster has been reactivated but this time as a DX Cluster designed to assit the digital radio experimentor. The digital radio operator looking for QSO with such modes as MSFK-Olivia, SCAMP, or DRM will now have a place to log on to (via Telnet) and arrange scheduled QSOs or monitor the "spots" of digital activity.Access is via telnet://208.15.25.196
