The OCO by Santa & Cole is the company’s latest solution to organize a warm and ambient light at your garden or outdoor patio. Thanks to warm light temperature of 2700K and the shape that reminds interior table lamps the new solution can definitely help to make your outdoor space cozy. The lamps feature LED lights that have such cool features as a low power consumption and a long work cycle. The base of each lamp is a stake that is driven directly into soft ground. Thanks to that, everyone can choose the right height of the lamp. Besides, lamps are available with covers in two colors: green and amber.

Beirut Residence is an luxury apartment located in Marina Towers building, Beirut, Lebanon. It is designed by Joe Serrins Studio in simple, clean and sophisticated style. There are a lot of unique things implemented in its interior design. For example, the craftsmanship on walls and ceiling is truly amazing. It perfectly harmonizes with the rest interior yet add cool, not overwhelming accents. The 5,000-square-foot condominium also features an amazing views of the city thanks to its high location. The cool thing is that even though the apartment is really luxury it doesn’t feature marble, gold and velvet that are so popular among such kind of living environments.

This very thin staircase combined is part of the house designed by architects Annie Han and Daniel Mihalyo. It’s combined with a cooking hood and a book storage system so it serves different purposes at once.

Levitate Architects used a staircase to a loft-like bedroom to create an enormous amount of book storage space. Even though the staircase isn’t very compact but could accomodate so many books that it would save some space anyway.

Tiny Yet Very Cosy Studio Apartment Design

Not all of us has large houses that have enough space for all our needs. Some of us live in small apartments that doesn’t have enough space even for comfortable living. Although some architects manage to create so thoughtful interior that even such apartments could be very livable. The East Village Studio is a tiny apartment that serves owners for both living and working. It has only about 500 square feet of space and made like an open studio. It features an enormous amount of millwork that not only makes an environment look cosy but also produces a lot of storage space. The wood looks amazing in combination with high-gloss white surfaces. Among the most noticeable features of the millwork are stairs up to the sleeping loft that also serve as dresser drawers.

Those of people who have a desk work get very picky about what they sit in after some time. The Chacra chair is designed by Karim Rashid in collaboration with Raynor Contract. It has quite unusual shape which is inspired by seven major chakras every human body have. In Indian medicine chakras are said to be force centers or vortices of energy in the human body so probably the logic behind the chair is to stimulate these centers in order to be more productive. If you think that such stimulation is possible then you should wait the arrival of this chair in stores. There is no information about release date yet but it definitely will be available in a variety of vivid colors.

It features an asymmetrical angled roof and made of mix of concrete, polished cement, timber, and natural kota stone. The house features amazing views of the Arabian Sea coast and coconut plantation. The home covers an area of 1397 sqm and features everything needed to comfortable holidays with family and friends. The Pup Tent is a modern indoor dog lounge made of laminated water-jet cut plywood. It has a very unusual for dog lounges conical shape and a very stylish design. Besides, the design is also sustainable. The exterior surface was sanded and finished smooth and the interior maintains the stepping configuration characteristic of the plywood lamina. A surface pattern is created as the planar plies of the wood intersect with the conical geometry of the surface. The dog lounge was designed and fabricated by Slade Architecture for the Design Trust for Public Spaces Annual Auction. Although such cool interior object could become a real product really fast.
