A rose by any other name would taste just as sweet – at least when it is made of creamy milk chocolate! We make each rose using the highest quality chocolate couverture and attach them to beautiful faux rose stems. We are so happy to announce the opening of not one, but TWO new Dilettante Mocha Café locations!

Westlake Tower

Our humble Coffee Cart at Westlake Tower is the first of the two. Technically, it opens next week, but we are just so excited we had to let you know! Located in the lobby of Westlake Tower, right next door to Westlake Center, our Coffee Cart will serve up your favorite Dilettante drinks and a selection of our delicious products too!

Our Coffee Cart won’t be around too long though, because it will soon be replaced with a permanent Mocha Café in the same location! Work on this café will begin soon, with a projected Grand Opening in early 2014. Until then, we hope you will enjoy visiting our cute little coffee cart for all your coffee and mocha needs!

Sea-Tac North: N Gates

We are even more excited to announce the opening of a second location at Sea-Tac Airport! Our Central Terminal friends have loved our original Sea-Tac location for years. Now it’s time to share the coffee and chocolate love with another part of the airport, the North Satellite. Hello to our new N Gate friends! Whether you have time to sit and enjoy, or you must simply grab and go, we look forward to serving you delicious Dilettante drinks and treats. We built this kiosk from the ground up, and we must say, it’s kind of gorgeous.

So, whether you find yourself downtown shopping at Westlake Center, or headed out of town via the airport, we hope you’ll pay our new locations a visit. We’d love to serve you!

Dilettante Women’s Triathlon is coming! Join us June 15th at Five Mile Lake Park!

We are happy to announce the second annual Dilettante Women’s Triathlon! This great event, organized by our friends at BTO Mulitsports, takes place June 15th at Five Mile Lake Park in Auburn. This family-friendly triathlon welcomes any skill level – from the seasoned athlete, to those just starting out in the world of athletic events.

This year participants will have two course options. The Sprint Course includes shorter swim, bike, and run distances, while the newly-added Olympic Course is available to those looking to step it up. The Olympic Course features swim, bike, and run courses at Olympic-length distances.

For some novice athletes, the word “triathlon” could be quite intimidating or daunting. The Dilettante Women’s Triathlon has the perfect solution – the LUNA Chix Race Buddy Program. Athletes have the option of teaming up with a member of the Seattle LUNA Chix Triathlon Team. A LUNA Chix Team member will be by your side throughout the race to offer guidance and inspiration. Support from another female athlete may be just what you need to cross the finish line!

Did we mention that race prizes come in the form of chocolate? The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers of each category will receive delectable Dilettante Chocolates, along with an engraved wooden plaque. There will also be plenty of other chocolate goodies for all race participants to enjoy, including a chocolate fondue fountain!

Hop to It! Choose your favorite Chocolate Rabbit today!

When it comes to Chocolate Easter Bunnies, we like to think we know a thing or two. We’ve been hand-crafting these tasty rabbit confections for years, and as they say practice makes perfect.

Each of our Chocolate Easter Bunnies is handmade using premium chocolate. Our confectioners hand paint white chocolate details into each mold, then carefully fill out the rest of the bunny with milk and dark chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, each sweet bunny treat is packaged in a beautiful display box or wrapped in cellophane and topped with a colorful bow. But enough talk about that, let’s meet the Dilettante Chocolate Bunnies!

	Say hello to Scouter. He’s a kind-looking fellow just waiting to make your acquaintance. This adorable chocolate rabbit comes dressed to the nines in trousers, shirt sleeves, collar and tie. He’s all dressed up for Easter Sunday and ready to hop into the nearest Easter basket.

We are pleased, and very excited, to announce that our Westfield Southcenter Mall location is open!

We’ve been working hard for many moons to get this new Mocha Cafe up and running, and from the looks of things our hard work has paid off with a beautiful kiosk serving up delicious mochas, hot chocolate, chocolate truffles, pastries, and more!
