Carrot + Ginger + Apple - Boost and cleanse our system.

Apple + Cucumber + Celery - Prevent cancer, reduce cholesterol, and eliminate stomach upset and headache.

Tomato + Carrot + Apple - Improve skin complexion and eliminate bad breath.

Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk - Avoid bad breath and reduce internal body heat.

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber - Improve Skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat.

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney.

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion.

Pear & Banana - regulates sugar content.

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization .

THE FOODIE FACE MASK

Helping him relax after a long day or even week can show we care.
This simple face mask that's okay to snack on. It can be used for a complexion treatment.

Ingredients:

1 banana, very ripe
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp orange or lemon juice
OPTIONAL: Almond meal or raw oatmeal

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and apply a thick layer onto your skin. Massage for one or two minutes, then let the mixture sit on your face for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

More for your guy. Pamper him date night.

Use a combination of salts in your bath. They help pull out toxins from your skin. Minerals and salts make the bath water feel silky and leave your skin cleansed and soft.

1 cup sea salts
2 cups baking soda
1 cup Epsom salts
1 to 2 tablespoons glycerin per bath

Her due date she and husband Jay Z only know. One thing I do know is her makeup looks great.

Makeup artist Mally Roncal created the luminous look for her.

To get the look:

Use concealer. It brighten under the eyes and any area where there are dark spots.
Use a highlighter and contour powder. The highlighter lifts the face and illuminates the eye area. The contour powder slims the face.
For the eyes, Roncal used the creamy, shimmery shadow from her Mally Beauty My Favorite Things Collection. She then followed with a smudge proof eyeliner and voluming mascara.
And for glossy, "Beyoncé-worthy lips," Roncal used her High Shine Liquid Lipstick, also from the upcoming collection.
