Yz125 top end time?

Im aware the recommended time for a yz125 top end is around 30 hrs of racing and 50 hrs of trail riding. I have waaay over that on my yzs top end but i have about 150-155 compression with a few kicks. Im planning on rebuilding it soon but im curious to see how urgent you guys think it is because it is mid season for me right now.

2012 RM-z250 Hard start Cold

My 012 rmz motor is stock 11:5 compression 13hrs on bike 3hrs on top end. The bike now is EXTREMELY hard to start cold or after it sits can be 30 kicks. After up to temp 1-3 kicks no issues.
I am running Sunoco 100oc fuel. Which is high for the low compression they have these motors at :-( but pump gas is worthless.
